Situato in posizione centrale per l'accesso alle attrazioni di San Diego; Zoo & Balboa Park SDSU Lampada a gas, Little Italy e Convention Ctr tutte 2-4 miglia, Sea World 5. 9 mi, e spiaggia 6. 7 mi. Cuscini imbottiti in piuma, piumino sul materasso Memory Foam Queen. Riscaldatore di spazio esterno per tenerti al caldo durante le notti fresche. AC / Heat appena installato. Letto singolo nello stesso spazio. Ingresso privato, parcheggio troppo !! . Asciugamani freschi, accappatoi e macchina per il caffè sono in camera. Forno a microonde, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e piccolo frigorifero sono tutti in camera. Tonalità più scure se hai bisogno di recuperare il sonno.

Both the casita and location were PERFECT! Immaculate home, peaceful quiet convenient location, furnished and decorated practically with flair, comfort, style, and attention to every detail. Outdoor area, dining alfresco, was like experiencing Italy or Portugal. Host was attentive to every detail- a true jewel and a very special place to stay/experience.
I would HIGHHLY recommend this place and hope to return.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved the outside patio. Great place to relax with a book. And pretty at night with all the lights. And the bed was comfy cozy! We will definitely be back again!

Jenny’s Casita was very clean and cozy. Cathy was a wonderful host and ensured we had what we needed. It’s walking distance from many great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Cathy for everything!

Enjoyable stay in Jennifer’s Cassita. Appreciated the driveway parking space. The upgrades were much appreciated. Many good places to eat within walking distance. Quiet and comfortable. So much better than hotel room. Definitely would stay again.

We visited family in San Diego for a week. Since I grew up in the area, we had a rental car and traveled all over SD: North County to East County to Coronado to the beaches in OB. This well-appointed and comfortable casita was clean, private and perfectly located for us. The host, Cathy was very easy to work with, she is very responsive and gave us lots of privacy. We loved her suggestions for restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay! ~D&C, Rollins, Montana

From Catherine to her dog Lucy, to the bungalow and location, I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip down. I come down often but have officially found THE place. Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Patio is great to sit drink your coffee and relax, it's paradise, walking distance to great breakfast. Bed is comfortable, sleep like a baby.has everything you need, plus parking. I would stay there again.

This property is very well maintained and super clean. It is also in a perfect location for a short walk to wonderful restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The property manager is a great communicator and this has been our favorite place in North Park over the last 2 years. This will be our go-to stay from here on out. Great place!

Place was very clean, having your own patio space is a huge plus, didn’t have a issue with parking, everything is in close proximity!!

The Casita is perfect. Well laid out and the host provides more things than I could have anticipated. The outside patio is lovely - we were there during the winter - but still spent a whole afternoon relaxing under the space heater. Will definitely come back to stay and highly recommend.

This rental includes a parking space which was SUPER appreciated as street parking is a bit of a nightmare in SD. The patio was amazing. Wish we had been there longer to enjoy!

Lovely casita with a beautiful relaxing patio. It is near the 805 easy access to move around San Diego. We lucked out and caught the Adams Ave Street Fair during our stay.

We loved this casita! The outdoor space was a lovely addition that we used a lot. Bed was very comfy and shower was great. Location is quiet and private but central to so much. Owner was so very sweet and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

Really wonderful property in N Park! Quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, face wash and even men’s body wash in the shower. It was super quiet and we even got to use the driveway to park our rental vehicle. No stairs or anything to conquer if that is not do able for you. Communication with owner was easy and they were responsive. Don’t usually say this but would def stay again!

The accommodations were somehow better than the description. Easy check in/out, spotless, cozy and quiet. The bed is comfortable, the shower was amazing and the outdoor area is beautiful. The letter from the host mentioned that there’s a dog on the property and I was disappointed not to meet (or hear) said pup, the area is safe, conveniently located to restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again in the future if I ever get the opportunity.
