Seaside Serenity: Renovated Beach House Oasis in Charming Niantic
Splendidamente ristrutturato casa sulla spiaggia a pochi passi da 2 bellissime spiagge e città. La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto con 2 bagni e 2 spazi abitativi, cucina completamente attrezzata, terrazza rilassante con grill e doccia esterna. Set up perfetto per famiglie con 3-4 bambini o 2 famiglie piccole, fine settimana per ragazze e altro ancora. Al piano superiore dispone di 2 camere da letto con un bagno completo e spazio vitale, al piano di sotto ha anche 2 camere da letto con bagno completo e spazio vitale. Un sacco di spazio per il relax e una breve distanza a tutto ciò che Niantic ha da offrire: bellissime spiagge, negozi carini, ristoranti, stand di fattoria e lungomare di 1 miglio sul lungomare sono tutti a piedi o in bicicletta. House è attrezzata con sedie a sdraio e carrello per godersi la spiaggia Crescent meticolosamente mantenuta, è a pochi passi di distanza. Tante cose da fare, spiagge, kayak, antichità, traghetti e pesca sono tutti nella zona. I casinò e le gite di un giorno alle spiagge del RI sono a soli 30 minuti .... ma una volta che vieni a Niantic, potresti non voler andare via! La casa è progettata per sentirsi come un rifugio dalla vita di tutti i giorni - molto costiero - bella e tutti i comfort necessari per il puro relax senza preoccupazioni! Cammina verso la città per i negozi - pittoresca sala cinematografica della città - molti ristoranti - con gelati e hamburger vecchi tempi lungo la strada! La spiaggia di Crescent è conosciuta per la sua spiaggia meticolosamente mantenuta - scogliera ben illuminata e ristorante all'aperto sul mare.

My friends and I have had a girls weekend at this home twice now. Walking distance to downtown Niantic and close to the beach. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and everything was very clean. The owner, Liz, was super easy to reach.

The property was well cared for, well equipped in the kitchen, with no big issues for small children (almost 2). The host was very prompt in her responses to questions .

I couldn't have asked for a more responsive host than Liz, who is a marvelous and friendly communicator. The beach, as promised, is a only a brief walk away, and the house is not only beautiful but extremely comfortable, and filled with lots of "extras" to make the stay even more enjoyable.

Fantastic cottage close to the water
This was a fantastic spot! The owner was extremely attentive and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was super comfortable. The location is awesome - close to the beach, easy walks around the neighborhood. We really appreciated everything about it!

Absolutely loved the house - the layout is perfect for getting together and catching up with family. There's plenty of space, the back yard is super peaceful and the beach is just a couple blocks away.

Great Weekend
We had a great time. The house was adorable and well kept. It's in a great location--close to the town of Niantic and local beaches and only a 20 minute drive to Mystic. We really appreciated the fact that we could text any questions we had directly to the owner and she responded quickly. We did think it would be helpful to have a printout of the house information that was sent earlier via email, as an easy reference and also so we wouldn't have to bother the owner with texts. But, again, the fact that the owner was easily reached was above and beyond what we expected.
Side note: we brought a dog with us for the weekend, and took her on our excursions, when we could, but be aware that the beaches are only dog friendly from September to May (we were there the very last day of dogs being allowed).

Great Get-away
The owner was wonderful; very communicative, helpful and pleasant. The house was clean and comfortable. It provided all we needed for our family of 6. The beds were super comfortable! The town offers so much to do and our kids loved the beaches.

Winter retreat
Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending time here. The house offered us enough space to spread out for the adults to work and the kids to do schoolwork. Liz was an amazing host! Always available to answer questions. She couldn't be more accomodating. We had two small dogs with us who loved exploring the neighborhood with us. The restaurants we ordered from in the area were terrific and we did plenty of cooking in Liz's wonderful kitchen. We had everything we needed from pots and pans to countertop space. We hope to stay again when it is warmer and we can enjoy time on the beach!

Fabulous girls weekend
Liz's house was perfect for 6 of us to meet for a girls weekend. There was ample space for us all to spread out and we enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. Great dining and shopping opportunities! Liz was extremely communicative prior to our arrival, providing us with lots of helpful recommendations. We stayed in the fall season but I can imagine that summer would be wonderful due to its' close proximity to the beaches. We all agree that we would love to book again in the future!

Beautiful house in East Lyme!
We loved our rental! The owner Liz was great and very accommodating! The house was beautiful and included everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, beach cart and chairs. The location was great with a short walk to a beautiful beach. We also walked into town for ice cream and dining. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to coming back again!

Spacious & Clean!
The house was set up perfectly. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs each with their own bathrooms. Even though we did not rent with another couple this would have made it a perfect set up. The house is spacious and clean with all the amenities necessary to make for a fun vacation. Its nice not to have to bring a ton of stuff with you.

Perfect!
This house was perfect for my family. Having two floors with bedrooms and a bathroom worked well. It was an easy walk to both beaches and so close to the center of Niantic. Also a great area for walking. We had a very enjoyable time in Niantic.

Family celebration
We were 8 family members. 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean and comfortable. The communal space upstairs with an additional tv was great for kids. A few nights we even had my daughter and her kids for dinner. Plenty of room since there is a deck off the dining room. After dinner kids could watch tv upstairs. Adults could stay downstairs. We enjoyed the week and would recommend Liz’s place highly.

Comfy beach house in cozy beach town
We recently stayed for 4 days/3 nights in Liz's house with 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was inviting, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed to head out to the beach. My kids loved the yard. Liz went out of her way to welcome us and made herself available. Will definitely look to return next summer!

Great beach house!
We enjoyed a terrific stay in Crescent Beach at this great beach house. It has everything you need: comfortable beds, a nice deck, private backyard, beach toys, an outdoor shower and in walking distance to two beaches. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to go back!
