Nice apartment, quiet neighborhood. No cutlery. Sink and shower drains were very dirty full of grimes and hairs.

1. There was no iron in the room when it was stated in the Facilities that it had iron facilities. When I emailed the host, only the iron arrived without the ironing board. I had to painstakingly use the table to iron my clothes. 2. I asked for the host's help in booking an airport taxi on the day of our check-out from the apartment. The host willingly helped but when I asked for a large taxi he said he was no sure he could get one. On the day of my check-out, NO TAXI ARRIVED to bring me to the airport. As my sim card only had mobile data, and therefore no Japanese phone number, I had to ask for help from a kind Japanese lady to call the Go Taxi which she did. Thankfully, a taxi arrived after 2 minutes and off we went right away to Fukuoka International Airport. THE HOST DID NOT BOTHER TO CONFIRM ABOUT A TAXI PICKING ME UP. IN THIS REGARD, THE HOST WAS NOT RESPONSIVE AND DID NOT CARE LESS IF I MISSED MY FLIGHT. I understand that it is not the host's responsibility to care about me getting my flight on time. Unfortunately. the truth is, as long as the host receievd the payment for your stay, you're on your own. The cutlery available are 3 teaspoons and an old pair of chopsticks. I had to buy my own spoons and forks. On my arrival in the apartment, I checked the sink drain and shower drain because the water was flowing poorly. They were full of disgusting dirt which I had to brush off. I had to buy cleaning supplies to do additional cleaning in the apartment. The apartment should indicate in Booking.com about its policy on cleaning. IT SHOULD CLEARLY MENTION UNDER "POLICY" about making an appointment for cleaning the apartment.

中州や天神にも少し歩けば行ける程アクセスが良く、近くに飲食店も多いのでお店探しには困りません。 駐車場もありますのでレンタカーを使って連泊が出来ました。部屋は通常のマンションタイプです。 風呂とトイレが別で良かったです。

連泊したのでづローリングの床に埃が出ていました。ハンディタイプの掃除機があれば良かった。 身分証明書の提示は偽造パスポートの問題もあり若干抵抗感があります。

マンション型は初めての利用で、スタッフの方とお会いすることはなかったのですが、お心遣いが嬉しかったです。到着すると、室内がほどよく暖かく、ミネラルウォーターなどのサービスがあり、思いがけず嬉しかったです。立地も中心地にあるため、あちこちへ繰り出すのに便利でした。

車を止める位置が分かりづらく、ここで大丈夫かな？他の方のご迷惑にならないかな？と不安になりました。入口の目の前で大丈夫です。

Automated check in worked well. Another guest helped us contact the staff to arrange leaving our bags early and when we returned to check in later, our luggage was in our rooms. Good facilities in room.

ロケーション 洗濯機と洗剤まで準備していただけていたこと

11/28-12/2の4泊5日で13万円したが価格に見合うサービスではなかった。 理由としては以下の通り ・ベッドリネンやタオルの交換はなし ・掃除機が備え付けでなくお願いしないと借りられなかったこと ・空気清浄機なし ・カーテンが薄く遮光されないので起きたくない時間に目が覚める ・キッチンのシンクのごみ取りカバーがなかった ・浴室のカビが気になった 価格を上げるのは需要と供給のバランスでよいことだと思うが、サービスレベルや付加価値がついてこないなら価格は上げるべきではないと思う。宿泊費用6-7万円のサービスだった。
