I liked the size of the room, the location was ok just a 3 minute walk to the main road to get on a songtaw. Spacious room, however, no cleaning was offered as it is an apartment not a hotel. Has a good size kitchen with cutlery for anyone wishing to cook.

Large Room with even larger European-style kitchen. While staying during the low season I had the whole top floor to myself. I was not bothered by anyone it was very relaxing.

Had some trouble arranging the room cleaning/towel change with the manager, but we sorted that out with no problem.

The host and the housemaids were very friendly)

All in all. It was clean, the decor was nice and it was a large space. The lady working at the property was helpful.

It smelt like sewage the entire time we were there. There was no soap. No shower curtain. Bad smell in the bathroom. The key broke the first time we used it. The screen in the bed room fell out As soon as I moved it. No actual balcony like the picture. The picture over all are pretty misleading. Tv was not working. Not close to anything Except 7/11. The AC remote was disgusting. The landlord doesn’t reply Very loud neighbour hood noise. The fridge stunk and there was sand in the bed I wouldn’t recommend. See “ view” below
