A very modern studio with great access to the city center

Great location facing the former bishop's palace. Very tastefully decorated rooms, cool in summer, good facilities for the size of the room too. Very little street noise.

Excellent location in the historic center. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Perfectly working and easy to adjust air conditioning system.

Right in the center, location is unbeatable. Nice little studio, with all you need. Staff is attentive, room is quiet in a quiet neighbourhood and bed is super good.

Excellent location, and the hotel LOOKS very nice, and very quiet.

* No hot water... the hottest the shower got was luke warm - lucky it wasnt winter. * No microwave, it had a type of convection oven, which had a smashed glass front so was unusable (see photo). * Dirty towels hanging up behind the bathroom door, stiff as a board and obviously dirty (see photo) * left standing at the front desk for 15 mins because no one was there. No bell or buzzer to ring. I emailed them with no reply. Another TWO couples who came later were stuck outside and couldnt check in for the same reason. A staff member eventually turned up. * the bed was really uncomfortable, mattress was kind of dented with a trundle type base. * considering all of the above, it was not worth the money, you can get better in Portugal for much less.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Right in the center of the city and close to the main attractions. We had 2 issues when we arrived to the room (wif-fi pass was not working and the mini fridge appeared to not be working) that were solved really quick! It was a wonderful stay. The staff also was also very kind and let us storage our bags for free after the check out so we could enjoy our last hours in the city without our bags.

Its difficult to sleep in the morning because of the outside noise.

The room exceeded our expectations. Huge bright, modern room with a massive comfortable bed. It had all the facilities you could need for a short or long term stay. I will definitely return here!
