We were a group of 3 families staying in unit B. The location was perfect for us, it was quiet and right across the beach. Although the house was clean, some parts do need more attention. There was a table/chairs set on the terrace that is falling apart rendering it unusable, and the sink faucet on the first floor is just a trickle. Despite that, we did have a good time and would stay there again. The check in/check out process is very easy.

This property was very great and added on to my fun vacation. It was nice to relax in the pool and chill on the balcony. Beautiful house and location. The kids enjoyed it and so did we. The only thing was the snug rooms and water pressure for the sinks and showers that were a bit off. But the overall house was very spacious and 10/10 would recommend.

The property is very well kept. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of linens. The pool area was great and a perfect retreat from the beach. The kitchen was perfect for our week with all the cookware needed. Having 2 master suites was perfect! We loved this location as well.

The master bedrooms were great, the other two rooms were on the smaller side, and really no dining area. Loved the location, pool was great, and our favorite part was the upstairs deck!! Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed this past week with our group of friends for a ladies 50th birthday trip. The house is in an excellent location, pool is wonderful and beds are something we all talked about daily, couldn’t have had better sleep! Only thing we were missing would be a small vacuum, as a group of ladies we tried our best to keep the floors clean during the wrk but could have used a vac! Used the washer and dryer daily to do towels and clothes, very convenient! Overall, we plan to stay again due to communication, price, location and cleanliness!

The home looked EXACTLY as the photos did! The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of dishes for use. The kids really enjoyed the pool toys available and the fact that the pool was heated was certainly a plus. We were nearly across the street from Beach Access #35 so a quick walk to the beach each day. Our stay was phenomenal and hope to rent again!

The location is ideal. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. We sat on the deck every night. As mentioned in the other reviews the door knobs are very difficult to open. The first day the pool was cold. Something with the breaker switching off. But it was taken care of the next day. We called on Sunday so that was understandable. We used the pool every day. We loved it. It's nice that it's fresh water. So no chlorine. There is a very strong mildew smell in the upstairs shower. The water pressure is not very good. We had 8 people so had to wash towels every day. The washer and dryer were great. There are things for the beach. The cooler was nice 2 wagons lots of beach chairs. No toys for kids. We purchased our own and left them there for the next quests to enjoy. We had a late flight out. And we were able to extend our stay until 4pm. That made our last day really nice. Got to enjoy the pool one more day. Before heading back to the cold in MN.

My family of 5 stayed here with another family of 5. We had so much fun, it was well stocked with what we needed, the pool was very nice and we loved the outdoor area on the top floor. The outside storage had a few wagons, coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys which was nice. Our toaster was broke and we had a light out and both were addressed efficiently. There were a few things it could use and I know a few other reviewers have mentioned also. There was a blind missing in the upstairs master, it allowed no privacy for those staying in that room if someone else wanted to sit outside. A few of the door handles were messed up, but we were able to get them to work with some finagling. And thirdly, it could use another mirror on the first floor, whether it be in the main living area or the bedroom. It made it difficult with 3 teenagers and 2 adults to get ready with the only mirror on the first floor being in the bathroom. If someone was in the shower no one else could get ready. The things I mentioned were minor and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Super nice and great communication!!!

Great location, beach is across the street, the beach access does not have parking area so that access was never crowded. White sand and you can take your dog with a 6ft leash, they aren’t allowed in the water just the sand. Pros: The house was cleaned and just as described in the pictures. The password provided for the WiFi in the handbook was old, but after a quick phone call we got internet access. The fridge is huge we didn’t have any issues for the big amount of food my grandmas carried. Tons of beach and shower towels. The pool area is great with a lot of chairs and a nice Barbecue, all fenced so you have privacy. Cons: if you are not used to stairs be ready to exercise! The main room in the third floor could used a black out window. 3 doorknob were loose making it hard for us women to open. Overall great stay with the family, we all enjoyed. Definitely will be going back next summer!

There were 4 adults and 4 kids in our party and I was concerned that the living area would be too small but it actually worked out just fine. There were several instances where thought was evident and the most was made of the space (e.g., a dining table on the covered patio outside the living area, tons of beach towels and so on). The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The pool was a great size and we appreciated the latch place high above children’s heads on the fence surrounding so we felt assured they could not get into the area without us. The house is right across from beach access and several restaurants and shops are in walking distance. The only small suggestion I would make for improvements would be new door knobs. Every outside door knob was slightly broken making shutting and opening the doors very difficult. A center shade on the French door in the upstairs king room would be great too. The street lights are kind of bright with no blinds.

Family of 10 for a week, spacious house. We enjoyed the pool and many bar b ques in the evening. Afternoons at the beach until sunset. Sure to return again.

Loved the house, the amenities and the location.

We stayed for one week and we had a great time. The pool was amazing and very well-maintained. The house was well-kept as well, although, it needs some maintenance and cleaning improvement but overall it was in a very good condition. We will definitely refer this home to friends and family.

Loved every minute of staying here! Beautiful property right across the street from the beach. My husband and I took 8 girls for their senior trip and it was perfect.

This property was very nice. Pictures online do make place appear bigger but with the amazing weather we were inside for breakfast, dinner and to sleep. The porches are great, along with the patio by pool and close proximity to the beach. We took advantage of the beach items available to guests (plenty of options; sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, coolers etc.) and the grill by pool. Would definitely book again.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Would recommend better tv programming for little ones. We had 3 families totaling 11 with kids & we had plenty of bed space but livingroom was a bit smaller. Pictures do make it look huge but it’s still such a perfect location & we all enjoyed our time there regardless. We will definitely book again!

6 of us stayed for a week and had a great time. The unit is as described. It has a nice balcony on the second story. You can’t see the beach but it’s a good outdoor space. Nice open space for eating and conversation. The check in and check out process was easy and all communication was very prompt. Times Square is about a 15 minute walk. There are restaurants within walking distance, or you can take the free shuttle. All in all we had a good stay.

House was as described, very clean, and well equipped. We had 6 people stay and it was very nice that each of the kids had their own bed and didn’t have to share, but it could have easily and comfortably accommodated more. The pool was wonderful and kept at a great temp, so we used it every morning and evening. Thanks for the great house, with a great location, close to the beach. We enjoyed this property!

The location is excellent, just cross the road to access the beach! The weather was a bit cool so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much except for laying out and chilling. The house was great, ample space for 3 families. Took a while to log on to the WiFi trying to figure out the password. The cable is pretty basic and this family are big sports fan and ESPN was not part of the subscribed channels. It was a little tight in the living room with these 3 families especially on Christmas morning but there’s plenty of outside space with the wraparound balconies.

Planned a week-long vacation around the offshore boat races in Fort Myers Beach. Everything about this process was super easy down to the minute we checked out. I highly recommend this property as it is very clean and the amenities are awesome. Nobody ended up staying in the front unit while we were there so we had the whole place including the pool to ourself which was really great. The beach is super close by, literally a 3-minute walk. The place felt like home from the minute we checked in. Having 2 teenage kids that are hard to please at times is no easy task, they absolutely loved the place and having TVs in their rooms. We will be booking this place again for next year.

The whole family enjoyed our stay from 11 years old to 66. When we come back the Fort Myers Beach we will look forward to staying in this property.

Great first time visit to Fort Meyers. House was updated so nicely and the pool was a big hit with the kids.
