Venite a sperimentare il paradiso in questo appartamento di 1 camera da letto appena rinnovato proprio sul bordo dell'acqua. Perfetto per coppie e famiglie che vogliono allontanarsi da tutto, questo condominio ha tutto il necessario. Il soggiorno e la cucina hanno vista sull'oceano. Questo perfetto pezzo di paradiso offre una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca, ideale per lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia (lunga 6 miglia, rendendola la spiaggia più lunga continua nello stato delle Hawaii).
Le tartarughe marine verdi amano questo tratto di spiaggia e posano le uova sulle spiagge appena a nord del complesso. Anche a circa un miglio di distanza si trova la riserva nazionale della fauna selvatica di Kealia con una passeggiata per osservare l'ambiente degli uccelli tropicali ... senza danneggiare le aree di nidificazione. Nei mesi invernali, le balene Humpback hanno scelto le acque calde di Maui per avere i loro bambini. Tra dicembre e inizio aprile, vedrete le balene madre insegnando ai loro bambini come violare, portando la maggior parte dei loro corpi fuori dall'acqua e atterraggio con uno spettacolo spettacolare.

Comfortable, roomy, perfect for 2. Close to beach, pool and parking. Josie with concierge company was so helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. We rented a boogie board for the week

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, the pool and hot tub were awesome and the view of ocean was fantastic. We were able to enjoy our coffee every morning while listening to the ocean waves. The place had amble parking, the grounds were meticulously maintained, and beach was only a few steps away. Highly recommend!

We loved sugar beach and want to come back! The complex is just the right size, not too crowded but big enough to have a nice pool and sprawling grounds. The location is amazing as a jump off point for points east, west, and north. The beach itself is never crowded, offers great swimming for young kids, and even fair snorkeling. The condo comes very well equipped with kitchen equipment, many sand toys, and beach chairs. Despite being a busy spring break week with many families, the surrounding condos (above below next door) never disturbed us with noise. We would love to come back!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach and experienced Maui again. Great pool area. Loved the morning walks on the beach!

The property is dated and could use a coat of paint. Shower doors leak badly, you must keep a towel on the floor to prevent flooding.
There are no smoke detectors.
Quiet hours were observed which was helpful since we were over the pool. Unit was well stocked with everything vacationers needed.

The place was perfect! The proximity to all things was amazing. A few steps from the pool, a few steps from the beach, incredible views. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives!

First of all, this unit is BEAUTIFUL. It's clear that the owner enjoyed decorating and providing her guests with thoughtful decor and amenities. I know it's beautiful because I was nosy and looked in other empty units as they were being cleaned. I was glad I booked this one.
Second, due to a screw-up on my end, the owner (thank you AGAIN) resolved a booking problem that was totally my fault (had 2 trips saved under VRBO for different dates and I guess I booked the wrong one? I'm an old), and it could have gone the other way.
Third: EXTRAS -- so many towels, chairs, swim masks, boogie boards, an umbrella...dishes, dish soap, trash bags, books, puzzles, games, laundry detergent, extra pillows -- NOTHING was missing. A cute little basked with rolled up washcloths to help scrub off that mineral sunscreen. Very nice.
The check in process couldn't have been easier, there is even on-site carts for hauling groceries or luggage or if you don't have a teenager for slave labor like I did. What's nice about staying in these "older" condos is that they've had a long time to get their act together and everything anyone needs is totally ironed out.
Kihei is a nice location -- 10 minute walk to Ululani's Shave Ice (teenager recommendation), short drive to Lahaina, short drive to airport, shorter drive to southern beaches. It was our first real vacation in nearly a decade, and it was spectacular.
Funny story: My family stayed at this same building when I was 12 years old. 40 yrs. ago.

This condo was beyond our expectations. The condo was clean, well furnished, had necessary items such as towels, blankets, pots, and pans. In addition, we found a beach umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, ice chest, and so much more! The best part was the amazing ocean views from the living room and kitchen area. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.
Our only negative thing to say were that the bath towels smelled slightly moldy. Probably related to someone keeping the towels in the washer wet for too long. One light bulb was out and one of the remotes had bad batteries. Those were such minor things that would not affect our want to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed or would want for a sun break from the winter snow. Checking in and out was a breeze. Wi-fi works great for our needs. Used the shared barbecue grills with no problem. It was great to have a farmers market close by.

Loved this centrally located condo. Nice pool and beach area and could walk down the beach to the left near the outrigger canoe place to find sea glass! Would recommend highly to people planning a visit to Maui!

Very nice and relaxing property. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It is clean,, (a bit dated) well equipped with all kitchen necessities, the A/C worked perfectly. Could use more bathroom towels, only 1 set out for use, would have to bring out the plastic bins in the closet to get to more. The washer only fills 1/4 way with water maybe that’s normal but could only do a few items at a time. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would most definitely return

Good property, low floor facing pool and ocean . Spacious, bright and clean. Pool, hot tub were great. Beach was excellent - sandy bottom, clear water. Only negative was concrete path to beach very slippery in places - fell and did damage to my knee. Watch out for that.

Shane took very good care of us when we had a problem with the cable box. Unit was fully equipped and very cozy. Loved the decor. View was wonderful.

This property was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful! Clean, filled with necessities, and within driving distance of anything needed. Being on the 2nd floor was nice because we were steps from the pool and beach, plus had incredible views.
On the property there was a concierge for adventures and a sandwich restaurant bar with the sweetest staff.
We loved our stay here and feel like we hit the VRBO jackpot! Thank you for having us!!

We didn’t have a rental car so we mostly stayed at sugar beach but Uber was always available and affordable when we wanted to go into town to eat. We came to the island to attend my son’s wedding in Wailea and this location was perfect as we were close to both ends of the island where we attended the wedding at Gannon’s and the rehearsal dinner at a luau in Lahaina.
We had everything we needed and the daily cleaning of the grounds, including the grilling area, was appreciated.
Ample parking and the view was spectacular from both windows. No loud parties and while the pool area and hot tub stayed active, we chose the chaise loungers next to the beach most every day.

The condo was beautifully appointed, it had everything you could ever need.
View was stunning.
The noise was a bit much at times as this condo is right next to the pool. People slam the gate all day. But that’s it. It’s a great place.

Lovely condo, steps from the beach
For 44 hrs of rental time this property worked out to $20.59 an hour for our stay, (this includes sleep time). I would not spend this amount again
The condo is cute and clean with all the amenities but cleaning fee is very high and you are expected to start laundry, do the dishes and take out the trash.(All cleaning tasks in my book)
Pool is nice but due to dangerous surf conditions everyone was in it. The condo location is on the very edge of Kihei so it’s a hike to restaurants and shopping if you’re on foot.
The ocean is just steps away and the sound of the surf was music to our ears. Lovely but pricey
