I give it one star because my guests and I did not get a good night's sleep 4 out of the 7 nights we stayed. The first night we discovered the full sized bed box spring support was broken causing it to be noisy. My guests slept uncomfortably on the couch. Two more nights passed until it was repaired. I spent a couple of those nights on the couch while my daughter slept with my wife in the master BR. Just after the full bed was repaired, we had a power outage that tripped the breakers on the guest air conditioning units. Another night was spent on couches and the queen mattress was moved to the floor of the master BR. I would not stay here again.

Perfect location 5 min walk to beach food , bakery and grocery store. Beach is amazing with alcoholic beverages and food on beach, protected by waves. Snorkeling is a must you can see 20 different color fish and even sea turtles

The home was as advertised. New and comfortable and plenty of space. Unfortunately I missed it NOT having a dishwasher. No HOT (just warm) water in kitchen so had to boil water to sanitize dishes. AC in bedrooms were great! SO cold and worked beautifully! Beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets, pillows and comforters. Bath towels could use replacing. Had wonderful beach accessories … towels, cooler and bikes. Nice touch. The electric gate to the house was a little unreliable, got out the manual that didn’t help. The property mgr wasn’t able to help either. Should be a manual override so can open if power goes out or like in our instance just stopped working. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices, appliances, beautiful plates and plenty of glassware! Kitchen could have been cleaner … glass hood dirty and microwave was filthy.

House was beautiful and location was excellent only flaw was Master bedroom AC is not so cold and communication with host was not so good it took many calls to reach her we had no electricity for a few hours and could not leave property due to gate was electric but reached owner and she was very helpful and quickly responded to us but overall it was a wonderful stay. My only recommendations to owner they should have BBQ utensils available for BBQ and invest in more patio furniture for downstairs.

As promised, a great place to relax
The house is exactly as advertised and reviewed. Friendly, easy check-in and check-out process with no one standing over your shoulder hovering while you’re trying to get into the house (many past experiences) and situated. So helpful to have the beach stuff ready at the door and the cooler pretty much lived in the back of our rental while traveling the island. So much easier to carry your own water and adult beverages wherever you went. The Econo grocery store is so close and very well stocked for everything you’ll need.
I wasn’t aware the upper deck is only accessible through the master suite but I loved that. It was my quiet place at night to go sit, relax and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood. We lost power one night for about 6 hours and that was brutal. No fault of anyone but wanted to mention in case anyone needs constant power for any medical devices.
To sum it up, great location, beautiful beach and access to plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. And great spot to catch sunsets by the beach wall in front of the house.

Paradise at its finest
For sure the best house in the community, i love this place!! Definitely moving to PR in the future. Staying in this house would make you want to get your life together. I have nothing bad to say about my vacation. I didn’t need a car, the bikes got me every where i needed to go. Beach chairs were easy to carry on our backs to the beach. We love the balcony and so much open space. I recommend this place over San Juan !!!!! You will save so much money. The host was more then perfect i will definitely be returning!!

Great location for your vacation adventure!
This home is spacious and conveniently located to a beautiful beach. This was our first trip to PR but we experienced many things that the island has to offer. Many days we visited the beach in the morning and then ventured out to some of the natural wonders in the afternoon. The house was a comfortable landing spot where we could refuel, pack the cooler, and head out again. We were able to get groceries at the econo down the street but our big grocery haul was from Wal-Mart, about 15 mins away.
There are beach chairs, snorkel masks, a large cooler, and some floats at the house. These made for easy days at the beach and few things we had to purchase. The house manager has great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants.
Plan your week knowing that the weekend including Sunday night is very, very busy on the beach strip. Bumper to bumper traffic, loud music, and people drinking. We were not worried about the crowds and just enjoyed people watching from the balcony! The beach was crowded by 9am on the weekends! Plan accordingly!
The home is nice and the house manager will make sure you have everything you need! Don’t hesitate to ask! We would definitely stay in this house again!

Merylou was awesome, had great suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. The house was very comfortable and very clean. The views are amazing of the beach from the upstairs balcony.

What a perfect getaway!
We had such a lovely time staying at this property for an early spring break. The views were fantastic, the beach toys available to us (cooler, chairs, and surf boards) were a hit, everything was clean and exactly as pictured, and the property manager was responsive, helpful, understanding, and kind. The beaches close by were exactly what we were hoping for too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach getaway, and we would absolutely come again. Thank you!

Wonderful house
I was visiting Puerto Rico for a week with my 2 adult daughters. At first it was difficult finding a suitable place as we wanted 3 bedrooms and this place was perfect. The location is also very good if you want to stay in the country and away from large cities. It was mostly quiet except for barking dogs and Sunday night seems to be a party night with cars driving by playing very loud music. The weather was very pleasant and if it did get too warm in the house we appreciated the air conditioner units in the bedrooms. It was just a perfect house for what we wanted.

This place is advertised
Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful place. Marylou was wonderful and was always there when we needed her, which wasn’t often needed.
To be honest there were a few things that were learning experiences. I suggest a better key system for getting in and out the house but this could be user error. The neighborhood did have some noisy dogs at times but the view is amazing, the air works great, the communication was easy with the host, loved having a covered patio area when needed, and the home was as advertised and very comfortable.
Marylou even had coffee and cold water in the fridge since we didn’t get in until after 9 pm. If I come back to Vega Baja I will definitely look this place up

Rebooking for next time!
Everything was great ! We loved staying there ,bikes surfboards, beach chairs etc. The views were beautiful, day and night. The beach was in walking distance. Great restaurants. Definitely booking again!

Picture Perfect Location
I booked this for our ladies' NYE getaway. After arriving at this property, our party was shocked we were able to get it so last minute!
Incredibly kind and flexible hosts (thank you!), amazing views from the patio, well-stocked kitchen and beach gear, comfy beds, etc. A short walk (under 5 minutes) from the water and about 15 to a picture-perfect sandy beach.
This is a very relaxed local beach town, we enjoyed friendly neighbors, delicious local food trucks and restaurants, quick trips to the grocery store, and being so close to San Juan. Vega Baja at its finest!

Vacation Stay August 2021
I can appreciate an honest review ,to make an informed decision.The communication between Bob and myself was excellent, he responded to any concerns in a timely manner.There were some pros and cons to this property.The location to the beach and the views were great and it was very spacious.The property was equipped with beach chairs ,a full service kitchen and cooking necessities.The cleanliness of this place could have been better, given the 158.00 cleaning fee charged, the laundry room was very dirty ,in fact, the washer and dryer needs to be replaced.I would suggest a new cleaning crew or checking their work upon completion of cleaning .Upon checking out it was required for guests to wash all towels and strip the beds and place a load in the washer ,again we are guest and we paid a cleaning fee ,this should not be required. I would suggests some upgrades to the place ,such as the master bathroom tub ,it is very slippery,I actually fell getting in and it leeks water.The flooring throughout the place was dirty ,this property has so much potential. In addition ,I would suggest regular pest control to deal with the tiny bugs in the property.Overall,the house was a nice size ,but the cleanliness is a big factor ,for that reason ,I would not stay here again.

Family Trip 2021
This place was excellent and the host was superb! The place looked just like the pictures... inside, the yard, balcony, the VIEW!!! Everything was really nice. The host met us and showed us around the property. He also recommended some things to do and things to see which really helped alot! I will definitely book this property again!! It did not disappoint!

Can’t wait to go back
Our stay was nothing but AMAZING!!!! The views were breathtaking. The beach is a walk over. So many little spots to get a drink and some food right by the water. The property was big. And felt very safe. Bob, the property manager was great. He was such a big help throughout our stay. I can not wait to go back. I will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful ovean views & perfect size for 2 families
I wish we could have stayed longer, and taken advantage of the bikes, surfboards, etc. As it was, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing lawn games and amazing days at Puerto Nuevo beach, minutes from the rental. Bob was helpful and easy to communicate with ahead of and during our stay. Highly recommend! Only negative was neighborhood barking dogs, but can't blame Bob or the home owners for that. Just bring earplugs :)

Great house and great property management
We had a great family vacation here. It’sa good location because of its proximity to numerous beaches and restaurants.
The house is well stocked with beach supplies, kitchen supplies and entertainment options (movies, video games, books).
Bobby is an excellent property manager. He was there to greet us and checked in on us a few times via text message to see if we needed anything. Of the dozens of VRBO vacations we’ve done, Bobby is one of the best hosts we’ve met.

Amazingly beautiful & relaxing home!
Wow wow wow! I cannot say enough about this beautiful property. We stayed for a long weekend and couldn't have asked for a better home. The house is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need - towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, gas grill, hammock (my favorite part!), even an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of dining space. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and the entire house was exceptionally clean. This is the perfect house for families--we had our 6 year old & 16 year old with us and everyone loved having their own space. The view from the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom is incredible! We sat outside each night with a glass of wine and enjoyed the view.
The beach is so close - easily walkable or if you decide to drive, parking is easy and convenient. We go to PR a few times a year and Vega Baja has easily become my favorite beach. It is absolutely breath taking. There are great restaurants, bars, and kiosks nearby and a grocery store just a couple minutes away. Whether you feel like having a sit down meal or just grabbing a couple of pinchos after a day at the beach, there are plenty of options.
This beach house truly felt like a home. We were so comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The house was easy to access, clean, functional, and extremely enjoyable. Though the area feels extremely safe, the entire property is still fenced in and gated with plenty of outdoor lighting and flood lights for added privacy and security. There are TVs and a gaming console, but you will definitely spend more time outside enjoying the beauty of this property and the close proximity to the beach.

Amazing, Relaxing, Spectacular Beach House
This house is awesome. We want to own this place, live here permanently. Seriously.
There were six of us for our five day stay. We found the house to be beautiful, comfortable, solid, accommodating, relaxing, everything one could ask for. While the place is uncluttered and modern, there are personal and homey touches scattered throughout. The views from both the upper balcony and the lower carport/veranda are amazing. It was so nice to be able to grab your coffee, adult beverage, plate of food and go out to enjoy the view. The grounds are perfectly manicured.
The house is located in a really nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood, comes fully stocked with bikes, towels, and beach chairs, and the local supermarket Econo is three minutes down the road. The beach is a quick seven minute walk away and much of that walk is along the water itself. In addition to Pizza Marina, there are a handful of food trucks and other nearby spots where you can grab a drink or bite to eat.
Oh the beach! The beach is awesome. There's a main regular stretch of beach and then there's the pool-ish part of the beach surrounded by sand on one side and rocks on the other. Waves crash over the rocks and flow down the into the pool area which stays calm all the while. Very family friendly but fun for all.
Property manager Bob was great as well. He reached out proactively before we got there, dropped a lot of local knowledge, and responded quickly to any little questions or issues we had.
Great stay. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back.

My husband and I were wondering about where we should take our 3 kids on summer vacation. None of our children had passports. My sister had recently returned from a romantic weekend in San Juan and suggested we go to Puerto Rico.
No passports needed, part of the USA, cell phones work, debit cards work, but you get the feel of being in a foreign country.
My husband said " Let's do it" !
My sister said everything was back to normal after the hurricane.
Then we came upon the listing of this fabulous beach house. Modern , spacious...enough bedrooms to include Grandma.
We booked it and it was amazing. 3 bedrooms 3 baths , terraces, big yard for the kids. My favorite place was the big hammock hanging between the palm trees.We could not have asked for more. The house is modern and even included an upstairs open sir work space and desk for my husband to pay a bit of attention to his office. It had a outdoor dining and barbecue area and outdoor shower. 2 blocks to the most beautiful beach in Vega Baja, incredible ocean views, good shopping , Walmart, movies , you name it.
During the day we toured the mountains of Orocovis to the south, and the beaches of Isabella and Rincon( The surf capital) to the west of the island...perfect day trip!
Spent multiple days in Old San Juan touring the historic city.
The kids went snorkeling and rented jet skis close by and my husband went deep sea fishing and even played golf !
We could not have been more happy. The house was fully equipped with everything and was only 45 minutes to San Juan and the airport. Spacious enough for our entire family.
We already rebooked the place for next year!

BUSINESS IN PARADISE !!
I recently returned from a month long business trip to Puerto Rico with my business partner. We have a solar power company. When we started our search for a place to stay we came upon this house centrally located on the north coast of Puerto Rico in Vega Baja. Close enough to San Juan, just off Federal Hwy 22 West. The house was BIG...more than enough room for two men. But, that enabled us to have our "own space". There was an upstairs open air study with two desk areas with a big outdoor terrace . Exactly what we needed. Incredible views of the ocean across the yard. So much Caribbean breezes blowing thru that the AC wasn't needed. My partner is a tennis pro and he spent 50% of his time on the towns local courts! Me, well Im a swimmer so every morning I was out at the beach near the house. The owners of this property have thought of everything . We had the best work environment anyone could have asked for. Good WIFI and cable TV....big fully equipped kitchen, all just 30 minutes from the capital of San Juan.
The worst part was having to go home to Detroit!!

Just a beautiful place!
Awesome property layout with great view, amenities and nice interior and exterior modern decoration. Very well located, just a few steps to the beach. You can feel the breeze while seating out or indoor. It was very clean and well-maintained. The owners took care of every detail and they were so attentive making us feel great with no worries. If you like to have a good time with your family, I recommend this place. You will enjoy it as much as I.

Amazing property just steps away from beach!
We had a wonderful experience at this house. It’s modern, clean, cool amenities, and just steps away from the water. The house is in great condition - - exactly what you see on the photos and much more. We hosted our rehearsal dinner during our stay and it was amazing. The yard was big enough to host our guests and have a full setup for the chef. We loved and enjoyed the beach in Vega Baja so much, we look forward to staying here on our next trip to PR. Book it - - you won’t regret it!
