We absolutely loved our stay. The location was fantastic, and the house was beautiful and clean.

The house is on the smaller side AND was just right for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Great house and at the end of the street is the water. Short drive to Dock Square and Cape Porpoise. Communication with owner was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

Property was wonderfully located. A short ride to many beautiful places to explore in around Kennebunkport. The deck was the perfect place to sit and relax in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, cozy house. A bit small for 5 adults. No bedrooms downstairs. Stairs are steep and narrow. Hard on seniors. I recommend this house for younger folks. Good location. Had a good time.

Wonderful location - close to all DownEast Maine has to offer, and the inlet at the end of the street is a lovely spot to enjoy. Property was well appointed, clean and the deck space was especially nice.

We had a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we could have needed. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do, beach, shopping, exploring the Maine coast, fishing, dining in Portland. Loved the little beach at the end of the block! Would go back in a heartbeat! Susan was lovely!

We loved our stay! The house is comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful porch and large dining area. The location is wonderful--close to town, close to beautiful ocean views, yet off of the main road(s). The host is gracious, kind, and responsive.

Our stay at Susan's property in Kennebunkport was fantastic! The house is older, but well maintained, clean, and the perfect size for 6 of us for a long weekend. The location was amazing - not to far from anything. Animals being allowed was a huge plus - the pup had a blast at Gooch Beach - less than 10 min drive away! A big thanks to Susan for allowing us to stay

Our family stayed at Susie's home in Kennebunkport while celebrating our son's graduation from UNE. The house met all of our needs- It was a great space to relax in between celebrations, a wonderful location to take walks and so close to the shops and restaurants in KPT village. Susie was very responsive, easy to communicate with and made the check in and check out process very easy. I will definitely consider booking this property again if we have the opportunity!!

The place was wonderfully stocked, walking distance from a small beach and from town - the property manager was available for all of our last minute questions. The internet was great - I was able to have all my ZOOM meetings at the house. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the rooms were great. We stayed in November and the house was nice and toasty. We will come back!

We had a magnificent stay and the house met all our needs. The home was warm and cozy. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a very safe and welcoming neighborhood with a beautiful bay at the end of the road that changed every morning and evening with the sunlight.

Perfect location. Minutes from Main St and The Colony Hotel. Puts you close enough to enjoy restaurants/shops yet just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Friendly, helpful neighbors. Host was very accommodating and offered both early check in and late check out which was greatly appreciated. Our dog loved the beach at the end of the street.

Great location, nice indoor and outdoor space. Beach at the end of the road is tidal driven. Loved exploring at low tide 😀

We loved this house so much. It was a wonderful location with a short walk to a small beach, adventures at low tide walking to Vaughn's Island. Lots of walking, biking and a short distance to town. House was well equipped and the highlight was the wrap around deck. Also loved meeting the neighbors and their dogs!

We really enjoyed our stay in Susan’s beautiful home. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The home was full of charm and lots of extra touches that made our stay enjoyable. Our three college-age children loved how close the house was to the beach at the end of the street. They spent a lot of time there swimming, tubing, and snorkeling. The house is close to town, too. It was the perfect place to spend a week so we could do all of our favorite Maine things! We look forward to coming back next year!

Our family really loved staying at this property. Susie went over and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We are extremely happy that we found this beautiful home. We truly cannot wait to come back.

Unfortunately , this property has a Tick problem . We were sitting out on the decks ,and pulling ticks off us not only adults but our dog . Ticks were on the sliding glass door going in and out . It became so concerning we decided to leave as we were very concerned for our young grandchildren. It’s funny , but one of the last messages before getting the door key pass from the owner was talking about our pet being up to date on flee and ticks meds. I think they were well aware of the situation at that property , and they need to deal with it . Not put people at risk , as we felt we were . We even had Ticks in the back of our bed of our truck , when we got home , we pulled ticks off our luggage . Please be careful there . We left two days early because of it. The property needs to be treated professionally. Thanks

We stayed 3 nights in this cute house, in a lovely neighborhood with friendly people. From the listing, I had the impression the bay/marsh was just behind the house but it was a few houses down the street. We could hear the ocean at night! The kitchen was small but effective and the bedrooms comfortable. The new deck was lovely but it got very cold so time spent out there was short. I really enjoyed our stay.

The house was as advertised. Cannot see the ocean from the house but only a short walk down the street small but private so I loved it. All the people on the street were so friendly and helpful I met many and would look forward to seeing them again on another trip

Susie is an incredible host. The house, property, and location were amazing. Plenty of space for 5 people (with some to spare), very clean, tons of amenities and extra toiletries. House is on a great dead-end road with plenty of places to walk and all of the neighbors are very friendly. Decent walk to downtown Kennebunkport and short 15-20 minutes drives to some neighboring towns. Ubers and Lyfts are scares so be prepared to drive a bit more, acquire taxi services, or just make good friends with an Uber/Lyft drive on the first night ;). Great spot! We rented this house for 4 days at Thanksgiving. Our son is a senior at UNE in Biddeford (he lives in Old Orchard beach)and we came to spend a few days with him. Very convenient location. Absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. Owner let me know ahead of time that the dishwasher wasn’t working so we were prepared with plenty of paper plates!! Home is immaculate, tastefully decorated and in a great location. Quiet dead end street yet still close to all the shops and restaurants. A previous review mentioned the steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. Yes, they are steep but my parents were with us (both late 70’s) and were able to get up and down easily, albeit slowly. There is a full bathroom downstairs so they really only went upstairs to go to bed. But worth mentioning if you have anyone with mobility issues. Home was stocked with plenty of wood for nightly fires. Owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely rent this home again

We came up to the New England area with our first stop in Kennebunkport and while we were too early to see the leaves changing (last week of September), the fall temps and scenery were well worth it. The house was great for our family (6 adults) and fit us very comfortably with three bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. Susie was very accessible and easy to get a hold of. She left great recommendations on things to do in and around Kennebunkport. The house had everything we needed and we really liked that it was a little bit out from the main part of town, but a super quick drive with a beautiful scenic route. Quick tip: the three bedrooms are all upstairs with pretty steep staircase, so if you have someone that can’t climb stairs easily I’d maybe find another place. Overall it was a great stay and just what we wanted!

We loved the house especially all the windows. had a great stay. The house was in a great location. Kennebunkport is a great town. Lots of great food. Enjoyed the ocean drive.

Susie & Stu helpful and quick to respond. Space was great for two couples, even room to spare! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Great location for walking, beach trips, downtown Kennebunkport, Cape Porpoise and restaurants.
