Questa è un'impressionante, grande casa (2.730 piedi quadrati) per 2-3 famiglie con un massimo di 12 persone. Our family of four adults had a fabulous time at this well- appointed and large home. The air conditioning was terrific to have, especially since there was a great deal of wildfire smoke.

This was an easy property to stay at. The property owner communicated everything very well and was easy to contact if there were any issues. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, large nice deck, hot tub, lots of beds and the master bedroom was HUGE. The kids (& adults) loved the SHARC passes! It was a great location and we had a fabulous time!

The communication was fast and so helpful with the owner. The 7 of us (3 adults and 4 teens) had so much space during our stay. Such a great layout for quiet when the adults wanted to sleep and the teens wanted to stay up. Great bikes, hot tub, foosball and pool table. Super fun 3 nights!

We had a great time with 3 families here! The downstairs living space is a life-saver to give the teens their own area to hang out. The kitchen is small but very well stocked. The home is older but well maintained and several areas have been remodeled. (Probably a new deck would be the next needed big update.) The beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the views of the golf course--very quiet at the end of a long drive with culdesac. The only thing we missed was being a little closer to more of the bike paths--it wasn't feasible to ride to the SHARC or village from here. But the plus side it was very quiet! Home owner was a great communicator. Would definitely recommend this home.

We had a great week in Sunriver and other family members in the area for a big reunion. Our house was perfect for entertaining and the 10 SHARQ passes and bikes were a big hit too. Thank you!

Five stars for easy communication with the owner, cleanliness, easy check-in, comfortable beds, and beautiful updates to the kitchen and baths. The kitchen was well stocked beyond most rentals which was much appreciated. The only issue we had was the condition of the bikes. They were not useable. The owner offered to pay for rentals, which was greatly appreciated. The downstairs is perfect for teens with the pool table, big screen tv and private access to the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was the perfect location to use as a base for family members who went skiing at Mt. Bachelor. We enjoyed the different spaces in the house so the college-aged grandkids could hang out and play pool and watch TV while the adults had a place to visit.
The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful.

As a Christmas gift to each other, we all decided to go on a family vacation! My spouse and I spent 9 days in this beautiful SunRiver home with our 4 children, their spouses and our granddaughter. The space and amenities made for a wonderful time together! All the extras allowed us to feel at home, yet be on vacation. We loved our stay in this beautiful place!

We stayed here in July of 2022 with two 4-person families and this home was perfect. It is the most well-stocked home/kitchen I've ever stayed in at Sunriver and we enjoyed every moment of our week. The game room downstairs was perfect for our tweens to get away from the adults, the hot tub was awesome, the rooms were perfect and the AC worked great even on hot summer days. We loved BBQ'ing on the grill and having family meals on the deck overlooking the golf course. You'll have to drive to the SHARC or the village, but we didn't mind the trade-off to have such a lovely house with all of these amenities. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing such a wonderful home with us!

Great house for a family get together. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of seating for all. Would be nice for hot tub to be on upper deck but everything worked well. Thank you!

Great family vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day vacation with biking, swimming, hiking, games, and relaxation while catching up with family who came from afar. We'd definitely come back again!

The house was great nothing to complain about. Personally for our family we would have liked the bunk room close to our bedroom, so the girls didn’t use it. We also didn’t care the 3 bedrooms upstairs were all right next to each other. But the house itself was clean and the hot tub was amazing

Great 2-Family House
Love how this house allows kids to have entire bottom floor. House had all the amenities we needed. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub. Very nice bathrooms, especially the master. And Steve went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had a bit of a personal emergency. Highly recommend!

Great place for 3 families with kids for a ski getaway. Close to Mt Bachelor and Bend. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is clean, remodeled, and has comfortable beds. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen including spices and plastic products. The kids enjoyed the pool table, foos ball and hot tub. Very accommodating host. Great communication. SHARC was closed due to air quality, but the passes great bonus.

Very spacious home with a great game room for all ages. Hot tub is a nice added amenity.
Great place for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and we thoroughly used every bit of it. Hot tub needed to be serviced and wasn’t until the day before we left. The downstairs tv didn’t work either. That was disappointing but we enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. Bedrooms were spacious but guest beds were very firm/hard. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless and would consider renting it again.

Not worth the money
We have stayed in many homes in SR over 20 years and this one is very overpriced for what you get. Bedrooms close together, one of the main windows viewing golf course is permanently fogged up, deck needs work, barbecue on deck is really dirty, small living space, bedroom closest to living area needs new mattress. On the good side the area is nice, view from deck is great, master suite is comfortable, kitchen well stocked, downstairs is nice but we don't have little kids so didn't use that space.

The house had everything we needed in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we loved getting cozy by the gas fireplace.My 13 year old and 10 year old loved the pool table and Foosball, and we all loved the big hot tub!

Beautiful Sunriver
This property was clean and the kitchen was well appointed with good pans, spices, and a new refrigerator. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The beds were comfortable and had great sheets and blankets.
