My daughter and I stayed in the flat for 4 nights and it was incredible. The communication with Paola was amazing and she met us with the keys. Everything about the flat was amazing, especially the location!! I highly recommend taking advantage of Paola's recommendations, as one of the restaurants was a local hangout and we were one of few tourists, and it was our favorite restaurant in Florence. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Florence. Thank you Paola for an Amazing stay!!!!

We were met by the Host's mum. Access was super easy and Paoula gave us a great tour, she was so nice and super friendly. The apartment was stunning with a balcony that overlooks a busy but fun street. People watching from the balcony was awesome. the location was perfect, so close to everything. the neighborhood is young with plenty of options for meals. The apartment was so well appointed with everything you could possibly want.

The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped with everything you could need. Modern appliances and fixtures. The location is fabulous, 2 bridges from the Ponte Veccio, near all services. Easy walk from the train station and to/from the city car rental agencies. A balcony with a grand view of the Arno tops any other location imaginable.

The host was exceptional. Walk to Train Station was not more than 10 -15 Min. Location is very central and quiet. One of the bridges, leading to all main attractions. was in front of us.

The apartment’s is very good though slightly noisy but didn’t bother us with door and window closed. we could and did a lot of walking to the Ponte Vecchio and town center etc. The train station is about a 20 minutes walk. so if you have luggage it’s better to take a taxi The apartment itself is quite old ( built in the?1400s) but beautifully maintained. the ceiling has beautiful wood carvings on them The heating system was adequate. The living room, bedroom and kitchen are spacious. bathroom slightly small but workable We appreciate that the owner Paola was very attentive in answering our questions and needs She is also a retired from the tapestry business and made beautiful things on display All in all we enjoyed staying at this apartment and would come back again. Highly recommended Thank you Paola! 🙂

Front door is sometimes congested because of a bus stop there

Amazing location, walkable from the train station and right across the river from Florence's main attractions. Host was super helpful - communication and check-in was easy and she accommodated our schedule to check-out early. Apartment was beautiful and it was great having a place with a washing machine to do laundry. Felt like we were living as locals for our couple days in Florence.

(Minor complaint) There was no way to turn down the heat in the apartment and we were instructed to use the room's wall unit to cool the room to our desired temperature. While convenient, it felt wasteful, but opening the bedroom door to the outside was not a good alternative due to noise and humidity.

The location was perfect! We loved being on the more residential side of the city but still were so close to everything. The apartment is beautiful. The photos don't capture how gorgeous it is. It is very comfortable to say in and the AC works really well. We used it in the bedroom and the rest of the apartment didn't get too hot at all. The washing machine was very convenient. It was the perfect place to relax. The hosts are incredibly kind as well.

Paola's apartment is beautiful. Spacious, quiet at night and well-equipped and a pleasure to.stay in. It was well organized with a manual which gives you a heap of information. Great location, at the foot of the Pont Carraia. 10min walk to train station.

Paola was the perfect host and her apartment was wonderful! It's located right across the River Arno and we were able to walk to all the sites in Florence. There were both a gelato shop and a pastry shop below. The apartment was beautifully decorated. We had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. We would highly recommend this apartment!

this was a family trip across France,Italy and Spain and we stayed in several places on our way this place was the best stays by far, great cute apartment, well equipped great location and Paola the host was amazing, high recommend this place to anyone

The best place I've ever been! starting with the host , who is an amazing lady, and waited for us with the keys and with all the info you need and more. The apartment itself is a piece of art being in a former palazzo built in 13th century. It looks better then the photos attached and all the furniture, paintings inside are just gorgeous. It is on the river bank next to a bridge and very close to Ponte Vecchio and to all the tourist attractions you have to visit while in Florence. Thank you very much Paola for this amazing place the you provided for us.

Absolutely perfect location. Beautiful original Italian style apartment. Everything you needed and more. Bakery below, ice cream shop to the left, mini market and pub across the road and only a 2 min walk across the bridge into central Florence...perfect. Highly recommend

Very beautiful apartment, walking distance to all the sights of Florence. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. There was a great gelato place just beside the apartment.
