Accomodation was stunning and views absolutely breath taking

Not much actually... Place was perfect...

The ocean view

Every night for approximately 4 hours, load shedding occurred, preventing us from fully enjoying the location as we were occupied with day tours. Furthermore, the hot water supply isn't satisfactory for a group of 6, as it loses its warmth after just 3 persons showered. Apart from that everything was fantastic.

Location and the 24hrs breeze on a daily basis.

The apartment is quite hot inside, aircons not working and opted to open windows at night. Lack of Electricity backup in such a majestic hotel was a disappointment.

The view was amazing and the apartment was spacious and lovely.

No Air-conditioning only electric fans that did not work, Loadshedding no generator, we go burgled while we were alseep and our stuff was stolen, internal phone did not work, could not call security or order food from the Hotel restaurant, we were told no television remote, Just disgusting service and treatment!!! Keep your family away from this place, such a bad experience, Owner just did not give a damn !! We left the same day for our safety

Fantastic Accomodation

We loved our stay here! it was comfortable and Cosy, despite the bad weather. the views are magnificent and the location excellent. Very well equipped and maintained.

. Front door lock needs repair. would have liked a cleaning service option once during our stay.

I loved the rooms, lounge and sea view. I love the kitchen and the terrace. My vocation was excellent, I enjoyed every minute of it.

The trash can was half full and the first bedroom had crumbles in but other than that it was amazing.

The property is beautiful with stunning views though the place was dirty & the bed sheets were not changed on our arrival.

The place could have been cleaned & well prepared for our stay.

It was self catering. Location is perfect, beachfront with beautiful views.

It was not clean. Wet towels stashed in the wardrobe, dirty under the beds and couches. Mold in bathrooms and showers. Paint cans and brushes inside wardrobe. Dirty plates inside cupboards. No housekeeping provided. It must be mentioned on the site and must be provided if required at a reasonable additional cost

The place is lovey just 1 staff member wasn't helping when we arrived. Other staff members are very lovely.

When we got there the receptionist wasn't so welcoming and not helpful at all we ended up being assisted by the Security Guy. We waiting for over 2 hours for assistance

great space with amazing views. it had everything we needed except braaing facilities.

The place was clean, and cozy the view was to die for. Beds were super comfy I really loved the place will definitely come back again. we used Uber so everything was just close to us we didn't spend much on transport.

I just didn't like that there were not enough Champaign glasses there was only 2 and we were 6.

The property did not feel safe, the kitchen window and one of the bedroom windows points out to the main corridor and did not lock properly. We had no air conditioning for the entire stay even though I reported it the day we arrived. We didn’t find the property clean, the linen was dirty and it clearly lacked in cleanliness. It probably was a lovely property a few years back but it’s been neglected!
