We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay inside and outside for the beach. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Communication with the owner was prompt. The sunset views from balcony are incredible! Will definitely will be returning in the future.

Unit was modern, updated and very clean. Exactly as advertised. Gorgeous beachfront and sunset views. Beach and pool never seemed too crowded. Really appreciated the beach chairs! If our family decides to come back to this part of the Gulf Coast, we will certainly check to see if this unit is available!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything about it was amazing. Access to the beach was easy, beach was fantastic, communication with owner easy, the unit spotless. Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels available for use. You can rent an umbrella $20/daily and chairs $10/daily per. Bar right by the pool and many other activities. We had a blast.

After a 9 day stay in the hospital with our daughter we seriously needed a break. We arrived a day late due to being in the hospital and she made sure we were taken care of upon our arrival. We had every accommodation and then some. Pool/beach toys, a sleeper crib, high chair, etc. The apartment was SPOTLESS. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Our view was amazing. Parking was right by the elevator. We had very quick responses from the host. There was a binder that listed nearest attractions and most popular restaurants. We didn’t have a problem with any appliances or otherwise. We will stay here again.

We just returned yesterday from our week in Treasure Island and this amazing condo. I can not say enough about how beautiful it was. You walk in the door and immediately you see the view of the beach which was breathtaking! Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was furbished with everything that you would need. The mattress in the master was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. As a matter of fact, I contacted the owner to get information on it and we are going to be purchasing this mattress for our bedroom at home. I have never slept so good in my life! We really appreciated the book that she put together of restaurants and activities in the area. Some even had menus you could look at. The location is wonderful. It is close to many restaurants so you don't have to travel far to get meals. We went to Gigi's Italian which was excellent. We also went to Shrimpy's Waterfront and it was amazing. For breakfast when we left we went to Frog Pond and had one of the best breakfast I had ever had. You will not regret renting this condo. We have already decided that we will be coming back again next year, hopefully for the same week. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool was great. Also really appreciated the covered parking. The owner is wonderful and responds to any questions immediately. We already miss Treasure Island and can't wait to get back next summer.

We absolutely loved staying at Sunset Vistas! Our unit was exactly as pictured and described...very clean and well equipped. View of the sunset from the balcony was amazing! Our 9 and 11 year olds absolutely loved the pool and we spent most of our time there. Beach access was very convenient and it wasnt very crowded when we were there. The property manager, Carolyn, was very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. The local info she provided was also a huge help since we have not been to the area before. Would definitely consider coming back and staying in the same unit!

We couldn't have asked for more. This property was exactly as listed. The owner provided everything we needed for our beach vacation. Towels, beach chairs, even sunscreen! Nice to have a small cafe and tiki bar on site. The pool was very popular and the sunsets were an added bonus! The next time we vacation in Treasure Island I would DEFINATELY choose this condo.

We loved our week long stay. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Carol left the 2 of us enough paper goods for the week. The view from the 3rd floor condo is beautiful! We enjoyed every minute and hope to be back! She also has a generous supply of beach toys and at least 2 good beach chairs. The beds are very comfortable! We also enjoyed the Shake Shack just outside the property. 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather didn't cooperate the first few days, but we made the best of it. Later in the week, the weather improved significantly, and we took full advantage of it w/walks on the beach and on the boardwalk or exploring other beaches. We also walked down to St. John's Pass several times. The Seafood Festival was happening the weekend we got there, and that was a lot of fun, even though it was very wind and chilly crossing the bridge. The food at the local restaurants was great! But my absolute favorite things to do was walk the beach looking for shells, or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing views! The unit had everything we could need, and Carolyn was always very responsive when we had questions. Would def recommend !!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. We had no difficulty with anything. We had a great beach view. Great location to take very long walks. The restaurant was great. We stayed in the villas last year and we decided to come back. I’m sure we will come back next year.

The condo and all amenities were perfect and just what we were looking for! The property owner was amazing to work with! The condo is very clean and you can tell extra care goes into making sure it’s clean and perfect for guests. The view is amazing and easy access to food, bars and fun things to do. We definitely hope to stay there again!

It was such a pleasant surprise to arrive at the condo to find that it looked just like the photos and was immaculate. Carolyn, the host, was extremely nice and helpful. Whenever I emailed or texted her with questions before and during the trip she replied immediately!
We have had some issues in the past with property descriptions and photos not matching up with the real deal and have had major issues during our stays that were nightmares with hosts that were neither helpful or cared.
So we were very pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience with this one! We would love to go back some day! Thank you so much!

We had the best time at Sunset Vistas and in this unit. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We will absolutely be back! Lots of fun in the sun, the heated pool was great and we saw quite a few dolphins everyday!

The unit, the beach, the location - EVERYTHING WAS SPECTACULAR! This place exceeded our expectations! Unit was extremely clean which was important to us since we were travelling with a toddler and a baby. My dad loved the unit, building and area so much he now wants to buy there lol! The owner was always available when required and super friendly. We will definitely be back! Location couldn’t be better and owner recommended some wonderful restaurants and places to go ! We love love loved it !

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, plenty of pillows, kitchen and bathrooms were good too. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach and the gorgeous views of the beautiful ocean and beach. The shops and restaurants nearby made it easy to get food and have things to do. The town was easy to get around in and small enough to not feel overwhelmed. Loved it. Wouldnt have changed a thing.

The location and condo itself were great. Only issue was that although it was a non smoking Condo, it’s not a non smoking property. There was always the smell of cigarettes in the air when walking around the property and even on the balcony.

Beautiful, clean and comfy! Ideal gulf/beachfront condo! So nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Host was very quick to respond to questions and unit provides a large cooler, beach umbrella and water/beach games and toys. Cafe onsite good food reasonably priced. Our 3 generation party of 6 enjoyed our stay!

House was great for 10 people for what we needed, and we very much enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very communicative and friendly! Recommend updating the bath towels, dishwasher was not working properly and downstairs toilet had plumbing issues but overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is a lovely condo, right on the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with, and the condo is so thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including sand chairs, umbrellas, etc. The large pool at Sunset Vistas is heated and very comfortable, even when the January weather is a bit cool. We hope to stay here again!

We loved this condo and all it had to offer! Very clean and cozy.
I struggle with back problems and finding a place with an exceptional mattress so I can sleep well is very important to me. Had the best mattress topper on a good mattress so I slept fantastic.
It is a wonderful area with much to offer.

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be, and more. We always stay at Sunset Vistas, but staying in 306w was phenomenal! Owner goes over and above to take care of all guests. Great communication and easy to work with! Will definitely rent from her again.

This condo had everything we needed for a week stay with 3 young kids, although it would still be perfect for just a couple or a family of older children. Decor and furnishings were nice, condo was wonderfully clean, and the extra touches like sand toys and beach chairs worked great for us. The condo had everything we needed so we could pack light and we made use of the in-suite washer and dryer. The location within the resort was great- close to the pool and beach access- and the view was incredible. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She left detailed check-in and check-out info, as well as numerous recommendations for dining and activities in the area. She really thought of everything to help make our first trip to the Treasure Island/Clearwater area seamless. Thanks for a great stay!
