Sulla spiaggia di Silverstrand, appartamento ristrutturato, con camino e letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto sulla sabbia. Bagno completo, angolo cottura, soggiorno con divano letto per 1 bambino o 1 adulto e un bambino di età inferiore a 2 anni senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Ottima spiaggia per l'imbarco boogy o una passeggiata al chiaro di luna. Viste delle Isole del Canale quasi tutti i giorni. Ascolta le onde che si infrangono mentre ti fanno addormentare la sera.
SPIACENTE SENZA ANIMALI O EVENTO SPECIALE (feste, matrimoni, ecc.) Hosting. Per favore, non chiedere. Non c'è spazio, né parcheggio disponibile per queste attività.
Successivamente, mentre stiamo ristrutturando il resto della casa, dopo le prime 24 ore, abbiamo bisogno che lasci i locali per un minimo di 2 ore al giorno IN QUALSIASI MOMENTO dalle 9:00 alle 21:00 per poter fare rumore, avere accesso al garage, ecc. quindi non disturbarti l'altra volta.

We spent a week in this cute little place on the beach and it was perfect for us! Had everything we needed and was close to grocery store and restaurants. The place was immaculate upon arrival. Directions were clear and host was easily accessible. Definitely would stay here again. One caution (or perhaps it's a plus) cell phone reception isn't great in this area as a whole. I tried taking some work calls but it was not doable as the calls kept dropping. (I didn't mind too much, LOL). Internet calls work great though - if you must work while staying here.

The apartment is cute, cozy and a little quirky. I loved it. I would have loved it more if there had been a comfy chair in the bedroom to read or watch tv. And the tv situation is a little iffy. But who wants to watch tv when there's the whole ocean to watch?!

We recently stayed here to visit our son who’s in the Navy. I must say this place is a gem! It completely met our needs especially the location. The place was spacious enough for the two of us, clean, and organized. We fished, sat outside and enjoyed the sun. Being on the beach has its perks! It’s also close to a nearby market where you can buy almost anything- it’s within walking distance, too. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was absolutely amazing! Richard was a terrific host, gave us excellent check-in/checkout directions, and kept the place spotless! We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets, and excellent dining at nearby restaurants.

This property is amazing...from the comfort of it to the view of the beach and ocean! It truly was the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at, way above any expectations we had. The shower is awesome...the bed was so comfy...the owners were so helpful with ideas of places to stop and see on our drive over...We highly recommend this place! I hope we venture to Oxnard again in the future so we can stay there again!

This apartment on the beach was beyond our expectations! Clean, bright, everything we needed for a perfect rest. The blow thru breeze was cool and refreshing. We were steps to the water and peaceful picnicking. We hope to return and enjoy again. Host was responsive and left us to ourselves.

This is the perfect accommodation to take a relaxing getaway in California. Located directly on the beach, the apartment and surroundings offer everything you need. We couldn't think of a better place to stay and a better host for our vacation. Anytime again. Thank you very much!

Richard's place is awesome. It's everything you need and want for a peaceful time on the beach. There are eating establishments and a small local grocery store all within walking distance. The beach is one of the nicest in the area. The apartment was impeccable. Everything you need for your stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back.

Richard’s beachhouse was very clean and homey. Communication with Richard was also very easy. The beach is literally the backyard, straight out from the bedroom, which made it easily accessible. Not only that, but beach chairs and towels were also provided along with some kids’ toys if you have kiddos. Will stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. If on the fence about places to stay at, pick this one :)

This property is even better in person! Located on a quiet street, just a short walk or drive to the marina, restaurants, The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Even though it is on the ground floor it is bright. Richard and Juliette are great hosts. Very responsive to questions and made excellent recommendations about the area. Don't miss this hidden gem.

We had the best experience at the most adorable-on the sand-property. Abundantly stocked with everything you could need. They even left sweet decorations for our anniversary!
The location is quiet. Walking out the back door to the sand is heavenly. It feels like a well loved home.
The communication with the owners was fantastic and quick. It couldn’t have been smoother. I highly recommend this property!

We hardly had time to explore the area. There's much to do and everything is nearby. We visited Santa Cruz (Channel Islands NP) and went kayaking inside the caves. I wish we would've had time to walk the ⛱️ beach. Everything was great!

We love this little place on the sand. It was just a 3 minute walk across the sand to reach the water. The beach seldom had more than 5 people at it and the solitude was perfect. We definitely want to come back.

Beautiful, we’ll maintained property. Property has everything you need if you happen to forget an item or two. Quiet, right on the sand. Enjoyed spending the early mornings outside on the patio listening to the waves and feeling the cool ocean breeze. If I could stay there forever, I’d have no complaints! Would love to return someday soon. Thank you for having us!

I stayed with my wife and 3 year old daughter and we had a wonderful time. It is a cute, cozy apartment with the beach as your backyard. Richard and his wife were wonderful. One morning we were surprised with some coffee cake and some toys for my daughter. I would highly recommend and we will be returning. As a National park fan, I loved being able to see the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, our boat ride was cancelled due to rough seas but the location was very close to Ventura.

I reserved this getaway for my husband's birthday being he wanted to be by the beach, and this place totally outdid our expectations. The house was very nice and comfortable, and the beach right outside our door. It was just perfect! We will definitely consider this place again! Thank you Richard and wife.

It was amazing! Right on the beach, super clean, and fully stocked for any type of stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find. The hosts are wonderfully kind and easy to communicate with. I will happily return!

Loved staying here; was clean, tidy and well appointed. Cannot beat the location and I was thrilled to find the murals at the end of the beach - a bonus for me. Quiet and safe, would definitely stay again! :)

I had a fantastic time for my birthday weekend. My sister and I enjoyed the gorgeous foggy November mornings, while sitting in chairs on the beach, drinking hot cocoa. The apartment was very small, but we loved it. We ate outside and played board games on the covered porch, and enjoyed reading with the sound of the waves in the background. My only suggestion is to bring a laptop for streaming. We didn't, but ended up not missing it. 5 stars, I will be looking to rent this again in the future.

Richard is an amazing host - responded very quickly to my questions. His unit is absolutely fabulous - cute, clean and comfortable. We love Silver Strand - this unit is away/down the street from the public parking lot, so "our" beach was quiet (almost like having a private beach). As an added bonus, The Beachcomber is a perfect little neighborhood beer/wine bar just down the block. We'll definitely be back.

Property was very nice. I wish it had a kind size bed or better queen mattress. Bed was very uncomfortable. Also the shade in front of the sliding glass door is disintegrating and needs to be replaced. Those are the only complaints, everything else was good.

Cute little place, and can’t beat its location right on the sand. Perfect place if you love being on the actual beach. Owner was great. Timely communication and very understanding.

We had a great time! My three year old loved it and kept telling us “he loved this house” . It’s home away from home but better. Anything you need is there! Richard was very detailed with 411 about your stay. Would love to stay again.
