The cleanliness and the hospitality they offered was very impressive. The communication and respons post booking is accurate and is timely.

The water filter is not purifying the water. But it was fixed in no time after getting it to their notice

1. Location is excellent, every tourist attraction is very near by on finger tips. 2.Stay was very highly comfortable. 3.Stay was value every penny. 4. Staff was very friendly and caring, especially Mr. Shan, manager of the property.

The flat was nice and cosy. Felt home like stay , it was nearly by to all the ghats and temple and to the city centre. I would definitely suggest and recommend this flat if one is visiting with his or her family to Varanasi

The accommodation was Ok. The reception at Airport was good. We were dropped at the Hotel & forgotten. Only Shankar who was supposed to be arranging THE VEHICLE AND GUIDING WAS EXTREMELY GOOD.

Nobody was seen after we settled in our rooms. Neither the Manager nor the attendant (Munna) including Shankar was seen during the entire stay. For everything, we had to phone up and the Attendant would say he would be on his way, but never turn up. Since there was no proper guidance or a point of contact whom we could ask, we had to take bad food. No food was available in the Hotel, only arrangement for cooking was available. We could not be cooking after all the tiring visits. I would not recommend to it to any person, even my enemy, if any.

Staff is rude ab impolite

It was very well received, helped and supported for everything(darshan, local trip, gaya, ayodhya, etc). It went very well starting by picking up from Varanasi airport and dropping back at the airport after 3 days trip.

Everything is very well maintained, felt like home and good hospitality received from staff and Manager Mr.Shaan. It will be good if they could arrange some south India dishes for lunch or dinner with rice and vegitable curries, which is essential for South Indians.

Kitchen fully equiped that we liked most..... Proximity to gadhulia, temple as well as nh19 is excellent..... Local market is very nearby........
