we liked the property. the staff were amazing and helped us in getting to the property and also helped us during our return. all the ghats and major attractions were at walkable distance from the property.

The buildings is not so new so the price it’s a lot compared to others hotel of Varanasi & other city.

the location of the hotel is awesome . right on the banks of ganges and we had an awesome view of the ganges from our room. Though the approach to the hotel from the main road was difficult, the hotel staff came up to the main road to pick us up and took us to the hotel through the narrow lanes of kashi, which itself is an experience by itself. The owner Mr.Sanjay was really helpful and the entire team took good care of us . Extremely friendly and helpful owner and staff.

At first location seems little strange because of the narrow street going to the hotel but is fact, It was a very good place to stay. Amazing view of Maa Ganga river from ur room n terrace. Everyone was very helpful. And the best thing was that u can go in few minutes down to the ghat n hv a Ganga bath. We loved it.

We took river view room and had wonderful view. Sitting at the roof top was blissful too. The staff was very very helpful they even escorted us to a weaver from whom we bought good Banarasi sarees..The food cooked in the hotel was nice n fresh

The access to the hotel is by foot through a very narrow and filthy lane. This was not mentioned well in the site. The rooms they claim is 215 soft it's unlikely to be so. There was hardly any room to put up a chair. When it rained water came into the room from under the door. The room was definitely not worth 19000 for 3 nights. It would be a great deal at 3k per night. The photographs though of actual.spots create a misleading impression. The rating I saw at Booking.com was close to 9. That to me looks completely manipulated
