good size house. neat and tidy.

Great value compared to others in the area. lovely decoration and everything you could need in the home for a very comfortable stay. On a busy road but with parking always available. When back in the area we will stay again!

Could benefit from a deep clean, especially the bathroom but that’s being fussy.

Price, space, cleanliness, decor and super comfy beds and sofas. Plenty of on street parking. Great location for our walking weekend in the Forest of Bowland. We loved our trip to Gisburn forest especially.

Bathroom could do with updating.

It was beautifully clean and well equipped.

Only a tiny little bit disappointed that we couldn’t get the light on the fire in the lounge to work..would have added to how cosy and comfortable we felt. The picture in the dining room of The Kiss was sideways so turned it round ..hope that was ok.

SHAME ON YOU Booking.com bathroom listed for this property is not the bathroom for Marsden lodge - why the false advertising ?? the bathroom is small - no grab rails on the Bath - tiles with no grout!!! House also smelt of damp / damp walls and peeling paint on walls - outside drain full of cigarette ends and patio area neglected. broken window blind and the main bedroom window does not open. all air fresheners either used of shrivelled we bought our own which managed to mask the smell in the house. Management company certainly not looking after this property. in dire need of some t.l.c. I have photos to prove all this.

We're paid for no breakfast and location it's busy but we're knew where go.

I was happy because I got everything for I paid and what I expected.

The property is a spacious 3 bedroomed terraced house, clean and bright decor. It had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen with new appliances. The bedrooms were beautifully setup for us and the whole property was immaculate. The WiFi was fast and free. The neighbours were friendly.and the area felt safe. I would recommend the property, it was good value for money and I will definitely stay again in the future.

The hill is rather steep and I was a bit nervous about whether my handbrake would hold. 2nd night I parked on a side street to avoid the steep hill.

Comfortable beds, nice sitting and dining room. Good WiFi. I read other reviews before arriving and all earlier complaints eg missing kitchen utensils, instructions for heating etc. have been addressed. Main bedroom lovely and bedding clean and new throughout.

Small bathroom and kitchen, neither really big enough for the number of people and both needing work. No instructions for bins and not completely empty.

I would have liked to have had few board games etc gor kids also some main toiletries like handwash and shampoo etc

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Not a huge property but spacious enough for 5 adults and 3 children.

We didn't like the outside area which needed a lot of attention. We didn't consider it usable in its present state. There was no dishwasher as was stated in the advert for the property. More kitchen equipment was needed eg spatulas for use with non-stick pans, collinder, cheese grater. Casserole/serving dishes large enough for food prepared for 8 people. Larger mugs. Large sweeping brush for kitchen and dining room floors. Some TLC/DIY needed eg Blinds did not work in the living room, seriously protruding screws on carpet rail in living room.

Excellent value for money and ideal location for visiting family

A few basic supplies would have been nice: soap, sugar etc

Could do with darker blinds in main bedroom as light in early morning was pretty bright in the room
