Wonderful Location, 5 minutes from Train Station, All shopping area is just around the hotel! Room Space is extremely tight! you either sleep or sit on the Chair, but you can not walk at all

You can hear people from Other rooms night and day! Sound Proof mentioned in the Hotel booking is FAKE! You can hear coughs, telephone calls. laughs as if you are in a shared accommodation or a hostel!

My room was really comfortable, I loved the bed, although it wasn't a big room it had everything important and everything was well placed. It was really comfortable to watch the TV from the bed. The staff was very friendly and quick. Overall I really loved my stay at this place and would recommend it to others aswell.

The only thing I think could be improved is that the price was a little bit too high, but only an amount that's not too groundbreaking. From experience there aren't many cheap hotels in the area anyways, and it was still worth choosing this hotel with the price tag.

The location was perfect easy to get around the city, the staffing is quick to response, I would also like to use the same hotel when next I visit.

I liked how clean it was. That's really the only upside I can find in this property.

Staff didn't speak English even though the website said staff speaks fluent English and French, but he just repeated everything in German 10 times. That doesn't make me understand anything better. He asked me to write a ten star review immediately after arriving. I thought that was very rude. When I arrived the door was closed and I had to ring the door bell, there's nobody at the reception. Reception was also closed when I left at night, and it was closed when I checked out in the morning. Everything was very crammy and there was no place to sit outside of the room except for a breakfast room. No ambiance at all. The room was tiny and the shared shower was ONLY that, a stall with a hose - no space to dry off or change clothes. You would have to run from your room to the shower and back naked??? Bathrobes would have solved this problem but nothing was available. The shower was unusable because of this. I'm not running along the hall naked. There was no kettle, and the TV only had German stations. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. Not worth the price, whatever the price is. Don't stay here, find something else!

For the price it was great

Great location, near train station and also neat a good restaurant. Staff gave me a better room for free. Great room, quiet, sleep very well.

Just a couple minor issues: park was not immediately available and I had to argue a bit to have it (but I got it pretty promptly), and the micowave oven was only available at certain times so I couldn't have my breakfast in the place.

The owners are very kind.

The couple running the place helped in every possible. They carried my luggage both ways. I am 79 though. The bathroom was very modern, with very hot water.

No elevator. Bedroom needs updating. No AC.
