I would 100% rent again, even with a few hiccups along the way. We rented with 2 families with small children and 1 set of grandparents. We paid for early check in, although they called and said it wasn’t ready when we were 20 minutes away. That wasn’t fun with 2 toddlers missing nap time. They were great about it, refunded me entirely and still made it available within an hour and a half. When you get into the condo you will be blown away by the view, the cleanliness, the large size of the rooms, the comfy beds and the updated amenities. It really is stunning. We were given a packet prior to arrival via email stating what would and would not be there. Even so, we were disappointed with the lack of toiletries given, even with 3 families staying there. We had to go out and buy more paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and Kleenexes. That seemed cheap to us since the condo was high priced. It still didn’t damper our overall vacation though. No beach towels included but an unreal amount of bath towels which is unusual for places! The ice machine is slow and maintenance had to fix it so we didn’t get much use out of that. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need. We had a few issues with the elevators in the condo while there (just slow and had to wait a while for one to be available most times). The beach is private and gorgeous. They even have some toys available downstairs to borrow for kids. Getting the chairs and umbrella was easy, although I wish small tents were allowed for the little ones to be more shaded. We even rented 2 more chairs and 1 umbrella for a reasonable fair daily. The surrounding area is great but next time we will be renting a car. Taxi/Uber/Lyft were readily available but most of the really fun things and best restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Crossing the road takes a while. Overall great stay!

There were plenty of towels, linens, dishes and cookware. We stayed with another family. 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room. There were even some games the kids enjoyed playing. We saw dolphins several times from the balcony. The beach was beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Very quiet and family friendly area. We will definitely be back!

Property was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Located within distance of everything and everywhere you’d want to go. There was plenty of space for everyone and room was clean and already equipped with all your necessities. Only hiccup was I paid extra for the room which was supposed to be ready at 1300 and unfortunately when I arrived they was still cleaning the room. Staff was friendly and said they wasn’t told by management and ask for an hour to finish things up so we had to make plans for something in the meantime. Other than that the experience was great I would consider revisiting.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There were plenty of starter supplies. Access codes to the room, the beach, and pedestrian gate traffic to the street were all provided and easy to use. Washer and dryer in unit. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great 3 bedroom condo with plenty of room for our family. Very nicely renovated with very nice decor and a great balcony with an awesome view of the beach.

Clean condo, manager very helpful with wi-fi issues. Disappointing that our favorite restaurant, Callahan's, has closed.

The unit was exactly as advertised, with picture perfect views. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

What an amazing condo! Lots of room, private beach entrance with private chair and umbrella. Food located just minutes down the road! Most walking distance!! Comfortable beds and just all around great experience! I will be staying again land recommending all of my friends and family here. Not a single complaint, and that’s a first, coming from a very picky person.

We had a great experience! The condo was very nice and updated. The views were amazing! We saw many sea animals from our balcony every day. The only issue we had was handled by the management immediately and the rest was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone. We will be back no doubt.

We were surprised how spacious the condo is! The rooms were large and very comfortable for multiple adults plus kids. The walk from the condo to the beach is very short. The beds were comfortable and condo had all the amenities we needed to cook for a crowd. Phenomenal rental service. Carolyn was excellent to work with! We had family staying in the building also and were able to request chairs next to them each day. Reasonably priced to add extra chairs! Only downside of the entire trip - we were stuck on the far end of the chairs (with a handicapped 78 year old who can walk very short distances) and told that they would move us down as people checked out, which never happened. They said chairs are assigned based on check in day. It would be so helpful if there was an exception policy for elderly people or those who are legitimately handicapped. It really put a damper on his trip. Something to consider if you have an older family member. We would definitely stay in this condo again, but not if we had a grandparent with us.
