We really enjoyed our time here. Perfect for family and the cousins loved the bunk room. The fireworks were beautiful from the deck.
Our only frustration was with Vacasa. We contacted them for oven mitts and baking sheets (the kitchen had everything else and then some) they never got back to us.

This home is well-appointed and has a good layout and location. Our busy family with dogs had plenty of room and enough bedrooms for all.
The housekeeping before our visit was less than great in that the hot tub was quite dirty and had no chlorine added (someone came by to clean it out but by then we had missed 5 opportunities we had counted on). That was disappointing. There were little things that may have been overlooked by staff such as no hot pads or oven mitts, not enough dishwasher detergent, no rug to step onto out of the upstairs shower, and the floor of the bathroom was dirty (not sure about the rest of the floors). There had been a broken lamp in the living room but we didn’t need it. We did try to clean up a bit but didn’t see a dust pan to go
with the broom, and the dishwasher detergent situation. Again, the house layout, the beds/bedrooms, the wrap around deck and the location/view were very nice.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this house! It had a comfortable living room with a view, the kitchen was well stocked, and with 5 bedrooms everyone could spread out. I would rent this house again in the future.

This home is overall lovely. The owners left a binder with personalized recommendations for food and recreation. The beach is a quick walk down the road (not ADA friendly though) The home was equipped with most things we needed for a stay as well as puzzles and games we got to enjoy as a family. We came with extended family and the house layout is very nice for groups of adults and children. We would love to return.

Cute home that supports pets. The rooms all were perfect in size and there was plenty of space. Was surprised by the game selection and puzzles. My kids enjoyed a couple of those and even the entire family joined in on a board game. The kitchen was stocked with all the needs, except a sheet pan. There was an abundance of towels even though we brought some. We stayed for Christmas, five days, and enjoyed the hot tub. Only downfall we ran out of toilet paper...no big deal though a trip to the store wasn't to far out. The house was clean and all the tvs were smart so even though movie selection wasn't great we hooked up our accounts on TV for some movies. Overall, we would stay here again...we really want to come back for the summer.

The home was spacious and well equipped for all guests, including pets. We ended up not bringing our pet, but was very happy with the house (including the fact that the home did not have a pet “smell” to it. The proximity to the water was great…the hot tub never got really HOT (tied the instructions provided but could not seem to get it hotter), but we only used it once during the stay…and it is a wonderful bonus, especially if you can get the temp up.
We would stay again for any beach trip that included pets!

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, the yard for our dog, the hot tub, and the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property, can't wait to come back. Great for our extended family of 11! Lots of space inside and out, fully equipped with all the things. We had a group ranging from 6 to 76 years old. Outdoor shower was amazing, kids and adults loved it! Close to the beach, nice short walk. Couldn't have asked for better! Great views of the ocean and in a quiet neighborhood.

The home is beautiful. Waking distance to ocean. Beds were comfortable! Blankets and pillows, plenty of! Board games supplied, pack and play for little ones. Dog friendly.
Hot tub did not work. Ice machine in freezer did not work. Little to no water pressure for shower upstairs. ONE extra roll of toilet paper was left for a 12 person occupancy home. Dumpsters were locked so we were unable to take the trash out, we just had to put it outside to prevent inside from smelling. Frustrated to say the least.

Close, easy beach access. Every bedroom is great! Lots of natural light and ocean views. 12 of us stayed for 5 days and loved it. Bring your own toilet paper, they don’t provide it! One cupboard in kitchen was broken upon arrival, and looked like it had been previously glued instead of repaired properly, but other than that, everything in the house was great, and we would definitely stay here again! It was super clean and comfy!

This home is ideally located near a lovely beach. We loved the outdoor shower, hot tub, and views of the ocean from the top deck. There are even sharp knives in the kitchen (kind of amazing). A couple things could use better maintenance, however: stove burner was broken our entire stay, as were both grills and blinds in a bedroom.

What a fun house! It's walking distance to the beach and yucked away from the general public. The house was ama,ing, unfortunately, there was no propane to bbq and the paper products ran out so we had to buy our own. Otherwise, we will absolutely be back!

The home is a little south of Lincoln City north of Depoe Bay Th e kitchen is very nice with many appliances and helpful utentsies They have a regular coffee pot with filters, griddle insta pot crock pot, toaster, etc Many pots fry pans muffin pans and cookie sheets. we loved the covered and lit hot tub area 5 nice bedrooms plus a family room. Games and puzzles Lots of kids beach toys It’s on the second low of beach houses, but had an ocean view The house was clean and very comfortable There were a few sugar ants in the kitchen mostly, but those can get into Amy home We used the down stairs BBQ and it worked good Was a nice stay for all four generations

We had a wonderful time with our extended family in this home. The deck is fantastic and the location is very close to the beach. There is one safety issue on the deck we noticed the day we left—the railing has a few slats missing near the entry door at the top on the stairs. This could easily be addressed. Overall the stay was good. Great views. We had little kids so the short walk to the beach was perfect (and no stairs to the beach so taking our wagon was easy!). The home has good-sized bedrooms and a kitchen with lots of small appliances (instapot, electric griddle, slow cooker, etc.) and many utensils. There were also kids plates and cups. The living room couches were comfortable and they reclined. There is a TV in every room. We also loved the hot tub, which was filled the day we arrived with fresh water, which we appreciated. The house needs some TLC, specifically the appliances. We cooked meals on the grill and ate takeout most days because the range was falling apart. Three of the four burners don’t work properly. It’s a very old style of electric range and the connections to the burners appear to be broken. The refrigerator is large but the freezer does not maintain a temperature to keep things frozen. We had ice cream bars that melted, despite adjusting the freezer settings. The bunk beds in one room are metal and very loose and squeaky. We contacted maintenance via Vacasa a few times during our stay with issues and a maintenance person (who was great) came over to tighten the bunk beds. It didn’t help very much though and the beds still wobbled and squeaked. They need to be replaced. The dryer is also an older style and took 2 hours to dry clothes, which wasn’t very convenient. Lastly I think the bed linens in the queen room downstairs could be upgraded. We love Gleneden beach and world stay here again if some upgrades took place. Thanks!

Beautiful, well loved home! Two families of 4 and grandparents stayed for 3 nights and had everything we could need and lots of space. We appreciated that we could bring our dogs and the close proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, the hottub was great. Truly a wonderful place to stay on the coast!

Perfect place for multiple families
Beautiful, well loved home! Two families of 4 and grandparents stayed for 3 nights and had everything we could need and lots of space. We appreciated that we could bring our dogs and the close proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, the hottub was great. Truly a wonderful place to stay on the coast!

This house was beautiful and accommodating. Plenty of space and a very short jaunt to the beach. One drawback would be the tiny garbage bin outside. After the cleaners left thw garbage bin half full, we didn't have much space left which was difficult considering the size of our party. The house is quite large so I would expect Vacasa to upgrade their bin to a larger size so their stayers don't have the police breathing down their neck regarding the over flowing bin.

Home is well-appointed with everything we could ask for. Everything worked and all 6 of us were comfortable (home would easily sleep 10, more if you don't mind sharing a room equipped with bunk beds). No "house rules" that were difficult to comply with. A really nice place indeed
We all had mostly positive impressions of Seabreeze. It was very clean and orderly and mostly updated. Some very minor negatives: We noticed there was one less TV remote than there were TVs. Some people thought the beds were too soft. Several of the wine glasses were pretty dirty. Pretty minor stuff as you can see. We all agreed coming back was definitely a possibility and one of the group is already planning on reserving Seabreeze for another family event.
