We loved all of the amenities and the central location to Pike’s Market, the Aquarium, the Space Needle, and so much more.

Great location for food, bars, and walking distance to Pike Place and original Starbucks. Walking distance to Target, Space needle, and Climate Pledge arena. Great on-site parking in a convenient located garage and 30 minutes to the Airport. Great sports bar (Buckleys) on the next block over.

Husband and I needed a place to stay for a few days before going on a cruise. Condo was exactly as described, nice view, walking distance to lots of restaurants, tourist venues, would definitely recommend!

Liked the place so much we stayed twice. Coffee shop and market just downstairs, close to Pike's, eating places all over.

The location, accuracy of listing was what we were expecting and what we got. In fact, we are booking again.

Very comfy/cozy spot in a VERY well secured building! It was a very seamless check in process and the owner has more than enough accommodations to make it a very comfortable stay. It’s near a live music/nightclub so weekend nights can be a bit loud, but otherwise, a wonderful stop.

Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The unit was clean and all amenities were as advertised. The location was perfect for a coffee looking over the water in the morning and taking off via bus/ferry to get around the area. If you're a light sleeper the club/bars outside may be troublesome though. 10/10 would visit again.

Stayed for 4 nights to attend a conference on the waterfront so this was a perfect location. 8 min walk to the conference, 15 minute walk to the arena for the Kraken grame was also an unexpected advantage. Condo was comfortable and felt very safe. Plenty of amenities available, great Bakery downstairs and corner store had everything else you could need.

Right above a bakery, safe/secure parking, only 15 minutes to walk to market, arena, and many other attractions. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful time in Seattle. Condo was in a fantastic location so we could walk to everything. And parking was included which was a plus! Rosana was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all my questions. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Check in couldn't have been easier - we had everything we needed and the view was awesome.

We had a great time with the family here. So close to everything we wanted to see. Some pretty loud noise at night as it's an active "party" area but nothing too bad. The garage has pretty small spaces for larger vehicles but we made it work. Overall a great stay with so much nearby!

There’s a lot of good value here. You will not be disappointed. Will book again to explore more of the city.

The unit is clean, decorated cute, and has everything you need for an overnight or multi night stay. The towels in the bathroom are super plush making it feel a little luxurious. Our stay was 3 nights and perfect for our vacation. Pike Place is a 10 minute walk, and ample bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The secured parking garage is a must in that area so greatly appreciated. Don’t pass up on Macrina Bakery or you’ll regret it. And Imperial Kitchen and Bar was unsuspectingly good as well. The owner was very responsive to my questions which was appreciated. There are two minor things mention- the first is it would be preferred to have self check-in. In fairness the process was quite simple to text ahead of time with my ETA and they meet you in the alley to let you in the garage. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. BUT that made me feel like I was on timeline and not ideal when I’m driving on I-5 trying to text to send my ETA. The second this is the key to the door doesn’t open easily. You have to wiggle and jiggle and get it to catch just right. The first time we had to unlock the door I almost though it was not going to work until it finally caught. But again, super minor. Overall I would totally stay here again! The balcony view is amazing, the place is clean and safe, and met our needs perfectly.

This condo was the perfect location for us on our anniversary trip to Seattle. We walked absolutely everywhere from here and only used our car once for a tour that left out of Edmunds. Everything you need is walkable from this location including grocery and Target stops, the Fish Market and all of the other tourist locations you may want/need. Check in and out was smooth. Very secure and safe location as well. Communication with the host was easy and responses were fast. The laundry was especially nice to have in the unit so we didn't have to pack quite as much for our full week trip! Would absolutely stay here again if we come back this way in the future!

The apartment was very nice. Ample room, fully stocked. Check in was made easy by the owner's assistants, who met us on arrival to give us keys and an full orientation. The only downside was the noise coming from a nearby bar and music venue. We were greeted the first night by a large crowd of revelers who were shouting and hollering until 2 am. Fortunately, things quieted down the next few nights. The owner Rosana was terrific, answering our every question. Thanks, Rosana.

The unit is much better looking than the pictures in the listing! The view is stellar and couldn’t get much better in my opinion. The building is within an easy walking (and stroller pushing) distance of everything in the city. We walked north of I-5, Pike Place Market, Chinese International District, Sculpture and International Parks, to T-Mobile Park, waterfront and into Capitol Hill. It is close to everything! The only flaw would be that we waited outside for almost 20 minutes during check-in after our very long flight, waiting to be let into the building. With that being said, the security of the building was great and we never worried about safety. Everything was provided as would be in a hotel and the washer/dryer were the best to use. Full kitchen is always great. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t open the fold away bed at all. Our toddler fell asleep really early everyday (still on eastern time) so we spent a lot of time at the pizza place downstairs while she slept in the stroller. The food and drinks were good but the service there was fantastic! As other reviews mentioned, the unit is just under the top floor patio and it sometimes sounded like people were up there dancing and jumping around, but it wasn’t something that ruined any part of our visit there. We would return and would recommend others stay there as well. The view of the Sound was everything - I could watch the ferry boats all day and night (I did)!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our first trip to Seattle. The location is perfect with walking to anywhere and a great view of Puget Sound. The unit was spotless and had all the conveniences we needed. Check-in was a little complicated with garage and fobs, but necessary to maintain our security. Highly recommended!

Best location with beautiful view of the bay. It also has an amazing bagel/bakery cafe right downstairs making it easy for breakfast or lunch. The condo also has a toaster so you can get some to go. Great TV options. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower, and I loved the little lotions and shampoos available. The location was easy to maneuver. Walking to the needle, market, aquarium was very easy. I hope to come back and would 100% stay here again. Roberta was AWESOME! Very helpful and accommodating. I also highly recommend getting the CityPass - do the Space Needle both during the night and day times, the Chihuly Glass, Aquarium and the bay tour at sunset - totally worth the $120. We had no issues scheduling our visits an hour prior to going to each place. (but it was kind of a pain to pre-schedule each visit on my phone, but still worth the savings). I highly recommend this condo.

The Condo is in an excellent location. Easy to walk to the Needle and Pike's place. It was also well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. Check in/out was very easy. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee and looking at the views!

Perfect little getaway. We stayed for a few nights after a cruise to Alaska. The bed was comfy, bathroom was great and rest of condo was just as pictured. We enjoyed the little patio overlooking all the action on 1st ave and the view of the water. The location was the best. We were able to walk to the Needle, Pikes Market and the waterfront for numerous boat tours. Owner was available and very accommodating since we were delayed 11 hrs. Great bakery, Italian restaurant and pizza right next door. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was so clean, plenty of towels, and all the extras to make you feel at home. Beautiful balcony views!! So close to great restaurants and Pike’s Place!! Will stay here again when we return to Seattle ❤️ S.Merino

Rosana was very communicative the entire time before and during our stay. The place was perfect for 2 people, close enough to everything that we could walk, and amenities were good. We would stay again if we go back to Seattle.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had essentials needed for traveling guests. The location was perfect.

My spouse, her adult daughter and myself stayed for a week. We had everything we needed and it was a great stay. We were even accommodated for an early check in, which was very much appreciated. Probably the best aspect was the location- we were able to walk to most places we wanted to go and there were a number of great shops and restaurants very close by.

Very well placed location, easy walks to the Space Needle, water and Pike's Place, beautiful view of Puget Sound, bed was sooooo comfortable. Parking spot was a huge plus. Easy check in and out, we had a fabulous time!

This Belltown condo location is a great! The views were amazing and we loved the little balcony. Walkable to all major attractions near downtown Seattle. We loved that it came with a private, gated & secured parking garage. Once we pulled in and parked, we didn't have to worry about the car for our entire stay. The building itself is also only accessible to guests with keyed entrances, we felt very safe here. Communication with host was easy, prompt and very thorough. One downside to be mentioned is, the condo is located directly below the shared rooftop patio/BBQ area for the building. It wasn't horribly bothersome to us but with the beautiful weather we had during our stay; the rooftop area was used fairly heavily every evening, it was quite loud if you were inside the condo. Saying that, we would book this again.

Loved our stay. Could not have asked for a better location with free parking. Did not have to get the car out while in downtown. Everything was walking distance. Washer dryer was very useful. AC a good touch. Everything you need was there in the unit for a family of 4.

Great property. Has all the amenities needed and more. Close to activities. Clean and Professional decor. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. Host was great. Highly recommend!
