We spent 4 days living downtown during the Apple festival. What an amazing venue. We love Hendersonville. Very welcoming.

Great location to enjoy downtown Hendersonville, just step out and you are on Main Street, in the middle of great dining and shopping. Hendersonville is cleaner and feels a lot safer than Asheville (having owned a downtown condo in Asheville for 10 years, we witnessed first-hand the decline of Asheville, what a shame!). Highly recommend this property...

Very nice condo; updated and modernized. Outdoor cushions need to be replaced. Promised starter detergents were not available, and no dish towels, which required an early trip to the market. Limited paper supplies were available.

beautiful place and location. Until we had issues with shower/tub combo. We could overlook the irritating squeaky bed / head board, which needs to be replaced. We called the number given to us for property manager, but never received a call back. I had to go to the real estate office next door which covers this place. Finally got a hold of someone, who came by to look at the problem with the faucet: was at first very hard to turn on, then after taking a shower, the water continued to run despite best efforts to turn off the faucet. Water continued to come out. They decided to call a plumber. That evening we were getting ready for an event for daughters wedding which was the next day, One of our party was unable to shower due to this issue, since it used up all the hot water. After we left to go to our daughters pre wedding event, the person with real estate office wanted us to return to condo for the key to the place, they did not have access to the spare key, due to property manager being off that day, and her office was locked and they were unable to access it. Owner of place was also unable - they lived about 1 1/2 hour away. They expected us to return to condo with the key and wait on plumber, this was after receiving a text saying that they would leave a key for the plumber who was due to arrive between 6 - 7pm. finally after numerous text messages, the guy agreed to meet with us at the event and get the key for condo. The stay started well but ended badly

The apartment is wonderful. Great location in a great town. We did experience difficulty contacting the owner to ask for help with a couple of concerns. Finally gave up and decided to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend.

So cute, clean and convenient - we totally enjoyed our stay. Great shower with good hot water. Christmas lights right across the street visible through the windows. Quiet and roomy! Just a wonderful VRBO!!!

Clean, cozy & comfortable place in downtown Hendersonville. We could walk to cafes, restaurants & shops. We love this place & try to stay there every year!

My need for this stay was a place centrally located in town, near services and stores within walking distance, that would be comfortable for me to relax and stay and have enough room for my family to visit and socialize, and this property met all of those needs and exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, beautiful, clean, and the location ideal and near available parking for all of my family’s needs. It was very easy to check in and check out. I highly recommend!

This is the second vrbo we have rented from this owner, and we have loved both! Great floor plans, always clean and we were able to walk to lots of shops and restaurants.

Great place and great location. No need to drive anywhere. The only complaint is they need new beds, we could not get comfortable. otherwise, it is wonderful.

Met our daughter and son in law for a special get away in one of favorite towns. The condo was simply perfect for us - all clean and shiny and modern and well-decorated. It was so much fun to be able to just walk downstairs for coffee. We hardly got in the car all week. The Hendersonville Saturday morning farmers market is worth the trip alone!

We had such a nice time visiting Hendersonville and Flat Rock. This property location and size of the property were perfect for us. The unit is clean, well decorated and very spacious. The only recommendation we have is to replace the mattresses and in particular get a king size mattress for the main suite which is large enough to handle it. We will definitely stay here again should we return to this quaint part of NC.

The apartment was located right downtown, which is what we wanted and were very pleased with that. It was clean and easy to "check in" via the keybox. The only downside was the Mon. & Tues. early morning trash pickup right outside the bedroom windows. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a place in downtown Hendersonville.

Nice property, good location

The inside of the property was really nice and clean, however the mattresses were too soft and caused us all back pain. The outside was horrible, moldy cushions, dirty tables and the walls needed a coat of paint. Also, had we know about the brewery at the back of the apartment we would never have booked, too much loud music, people yelling and screaming which meant we got very little sleep.

My husband and a friend of ours stayed here for three nights. We absolutely love this place. It is so clean, nicely updated and super convenient to all the things downtown has to offer. There was plenty of space inside for the three of us and a nice deck outside. We will definitely want to stay again!

When we arrived, 2.5 hours after allowed check-in, the place had not been cleaned. Dirty linens were piled up, beds not made, trash, and crumbs everywhere. We were unable to reach the owners at the numbers provided and they never responded to our message on VRBO. We called VRBO customer service and they were able to get in touch with the cleaning service. The cleaner called and asked if we wanted to leave to go to dinner so she could come clean. We had no other choice. It was very inconvenient after a long day of travel. The cleaner did clean while we were at dinner but it was rushed and not a great cleaning. The floors were still dirty and she didn’t have proper replacement linens. She said she would bring a set of towels the next day but she never did. The towels we had smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke, so we had to wash them before using. The sheets put on the bed were new and had never been washed (creases still in them from packaging) and they smelled bad. The guest room bed was very squeaky and felt unstable. The pillows were flat. The plastic mattress cover made us sweat. The surrounding area was very noisy, especially Saturday night with a live band playing next door until 11:00pm and the garbage trucks early Monday morning. We definitely left the place cleaner than we found it and I understand that the cleaners probably made an honest mistake by not seeing the reservation on their calendar but I feel it was unacceptable for the owners to never respond to my calls or message on VRBO. Very disappointing.

This place is beautiful! The windows overlook the courthouse where there are three huge Christmas trees. It’s so convenient for shopping & eating & taking romantic walks downtown at night.

Skylights, fireplace, beautiful appointments, modern appliances, windows along one side of the loft overlooking Main Street .... great TV. I didn't want to leave. At check-in I didn't know the 2 keys in lockbox were different for front door and back door so I had some trouble. Luckily, it was before 5:00 and the Remax staff helped me. Did not formally meet owners - again, Remax staff helped with TV remotes, questions. Charlene was especially great. This place is a gem! AJ

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had two adults and two young children who enjoyed playing on the back patio and watching the sunrise from there. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen fully stocked. More than anything, we loved being able to walk out the front door to grab coffee at Black Bear and pastries at McFarlan Bake Shop. Hendersonville is very charming. Thank you to our great hosts for sharing this place with us. We hope to return next year!
