The host was superb and a lot of information was provided regarding the whole process of checking in / where's what / ... Great views from the room that was exactly as described. Even though the room is located in the South Tower with the somewhat boring rooftop garden, you also have access to the North Tower with the pool at the top (access via swimming pool level). A water filter is provided for your drinking water needs. The internet worked well.

The building management should consider implementing a maintainance scheme, because the corridors' walls were not in the best condition anymore compared to my last visit in 2019. The main pool could be a bit warmer.

Timing not flexible for checking in or out.

The location. The pool end like 10PM.

The check out time. Bump with other customers at the lift area also wanted to use the same Lift. End up 50 minutes to get on the G floor after waiting to get in the lift. And the lift technology not really faster. The time of check out are too fast at 1100 am. Yes we need to pay more to get the extra hours but the basic payment its already high. Check out time not a customers friendly. Too early. The bathroom only one. Not so practical for big family. The guard security in pool area like to spit on the floor. Pretty disgusting.

Robertson Suites have different facilities agents a very confusing , hope the landlord will provide the tenants doors pin numbers a day before they'll arrive.

The information provided in advance to access the apt keys was great. The apt was good, well equipped, washer machine and wifi work perfect. The admin group was very helpful. Thanks!

Bad smell right in the lobby due to the building's sewer issue was very uncomfortable during the whole time we stayed there.

the location was good, within 15 mins taxi to most places we wanted to goto. the hosts very helpful when questions came up and responses were relatively quick. They accommodated an early check in although we had to pay for it. the kids liked the large swimming pool.

The configuration of the rooms was not as expected and thus we had to share the sofa bed in the lounge which also looked dirty and did not have enough bedding until we requested it. We asked for the futon that was meant to be in one of the rooms and was sent a mattress to put on the floor. none of the games rooms were open and did not look equipped either, did not benefit from any children's activities and the Jacuzzi on the roof also was in maintenance the whole time we were there.

Breakfast was included but at restaurant’s was told to pay more.Asked for additional bed and was given mattress and was meant to sleep on floor.My son never stayed with us.

Lifts took too long, I dont think there is enough lifts for the amount of apartments.

Pools and location are excellent. Fabulous food is within walking distance. Air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space for a family, with 2 bathrooms. Fantastic views from top floors. Washer / drier was useful. Water filter provided.

Towels were a little too thin and only 1 set provided so no towel for the pool Room was a little more run down than the images, particularly the bathroom. Bath soap / shampoo provided but would be great to have conditioner.

Location to places is not so accessible by walking, but Grab Car around is convenient Unable to leave lugguage at conceige without paying. Paid for 5 pax, and one has to sleep on mattress on floor
