Comfortable bed, good use of space providing for living area, kitchen, dressing and work.
Not always having access to car except by valet

We loved that there was valet parking, easy check in and the rooms were MASSIVE! Totally didn't expect to have that much space in a room and the shower was huge and the kitchenette was practically a full size kitchen. There was also a wonderful spread for breakfast
The pool was pretty small and while down for breakfast, the tables that had outlets on them weren't plugged in.

Room was comfortable and hotel was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good quality (if standard US fare). Staff friendly and helpful
Hotel cancelled my booking due to delayed flight (despite me calling in advance to advise of delay). Luckily the lady on duty (apologise I can't remember her name; but she was excellent) was able to reinstate the booking. Card reader at check-in wasn't working properly - very frustrating when arriving 5 hours late at 4am!

The room was large. We had a well stocked kitchen, sitting area with large screen TV and king size bed. The bathroom also was large and had a full size shower and very clean.

The parking situation was not the best. Parking in front of the hotel for vallet was a hasel because of the busy street.

Breakfast and the location were fine.
The customer service was horrible. From the manager's regressive "policy" of handling a booking mixup to refusing to a shuttle ride to the airport (a 10 minute trip) to difficulty getting in the hotel after hours to cleaning staff insisting on cleaning the room at 9 am while still in there.

The size of the room was terrific. I didn't realize that there would be a full kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, except the groceries! Great size room.
The bed in my room (room 413) was as hard as a slab of cement. I did not sleep well because of this.
Also, they charged me $20/day for "Valet" parking but I had to retrieve my car each time I left. That is hardly valet service and for that price, it was ridiculous. Maybe charge $10 if I have to retrieve the car myself each time.

This was an amazing property! It is very clean and modern and has all the amenities you could possibly need! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful! It is very close to restaurants and the Xcel Center which was the reason for our stay. It’s located right off the highway and easy to get to. I could keep going with more amazing things to say but I’ll stop here. lol. I would HIGHLY recommend!!
