Beautiful and luxurious resort in the desert. Elegant and well kept rooms. The swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was super tasty and the choices were endless. The best part was the service. Every single staff went out of their ways to make sure all guests are welcomed and served to highest standards. Don’t miss the spa, one of the best massage treatments we’ve ever had. Ala in all we highly recommend this resort.

This is our 4th time, the rooms always great, and the breakfast is amazing!. The music around the pool is always perfect for the vibe, and the staff are lovely and welcoming, but not overbearing.

Lastig eten te combineren van de restaurants . Er waren 3 locaties waar je kon eten bij elkaar maar het was erg lastig als iemand Italiaans wilde en de andere sushi of lokaal eten . Op Balkon zat veel ongedierte

- Great location "in the middle of a desert" - Nice design with Arabic vibes, but not too overwhelming and pretty much minimalistic - Really liked buffet options for dinner - Nice, quiet and cosy environment

- I would encourage more thorough cleaning of public areas after birds - It is stated that they have EV charging station, however, output is limited to 1,6KW which is less than in regular home socket - would be great for technical team to update system and provide at least 10KW+ charging capabilities

Alles war wie im Märchen und hätte nicht besser sein können. Besonders due Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals war unglaublich. Jeder hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben und uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen. Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Die Poollandschaft super schön, sehr sauber und das Wasser im Pool sehr angenehm warm.

Der einzige etwas negative Punkt war die Lage des Resorts. Es kam kei richtiges Wüstenfeeling auf.....aber das war wirklich der einzige Punkt, der leider nicht so optimal war.

The hospitality was second to none. There was nothing that the staff said no to, very accommodating. Felt like a little palace with royal treatment. Gym 24hrs and spa was very tranquil and relaxing. Staff were friendly, relaxed and happy, no complaints at all. Breakfast and bbq buffet dinner was amazing. Pool was stunning and so was the sunset. Rooms and amenities were high quality. Will definitely return.

Hotel was very secluded and far from the city. Taxis had to be ordered in advance. The rooftop bar was closed during our 3 night stay. We were told that there was a private event but didn’t see any events going on. Would have been nice to have some evening entertainment as the hotel is very secluded and far from everything so after dinner there was nothing to do.

We loved the room and our view. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean and felt luxurious. We had a delicious meal in the Italian restaurant and breakfast was perfect. We used the gym and pool and met the horses and camels. The facilities are amazing.

The only thing is that we wanted to have a bath but the running water was so slow that it wasnt worth it waiting for a lukewarm bath so we enjoyed the shower instead.

Bed was OK.

Food was terrible and an absolute joke. The bathroom and room floor needs dire cleaning as it was very dirty and had lots of stains and marks on it. Bathtub faucet not working, room was not cooling very well. When going please bring your own food because you in middle of desert.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night as a short staycation to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were greeted at our car with a buggy to take us to reception, we were then greeted with a huge smile from the reception staff. The room we received was very nice, we received a surprise upgrade and arrived with roses on our bed and a cake in the fridge. The facilities at the hotel including the pool area, the gym spa was all fantastic. We went on a walk nearby to see the bourses and camels which was lovely. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, the staff in each of the F&B were so friendly and we were made to feel very special by each member. We booked a facial at the spa in couples massage room which was very very relaxing. We will definitely be back to staff at the hotel, and can’t recommend it enough. The service from all the staff was outstanding.

The location is very good, isolated and in mid of desert. All the staff were very good and courteous. As we were vegetarians,and with a 2year old kid, the staff were generous to ask our food preferences during our 3 days stay and the chefs went out the extra mile to cook for us which was very touching. My kid also enjoyed the food very much. Thq so much SHAFI, JESSICA, SANDRA, CHEF UMA MAHESH,SHIVI, TEAM@ ITALIAN RESTURANT, and team for making this a memorable stay for us. Would love to visit again.
