Great property to stay at. Listing is accurate and the property manager was very responsive. Only complaint I would have are the window dressings. Floor to ceiling would be great to have in the master. Other than that no complaints.

So pleased with how stocked, clean, and lovely this location was. We had a fantastic stay. Communication was great and everything was just as shown.

Great time staying here for Bikefest. Condo has everything you need. Only suggestion is window coverings. There are no blinds or curtains on living room sliding glass doors and no tint. Sun blasts in the room at sunrise. Main bedroom has curtains on sliding glass doors but they are white, don’t cover completely, and don’t reach the ground. People on patio can see you changing in your room unless you go in bathroom and close door. The sun is also relentless if you are trying to sleep in or nap!!! Otherwise great amenities and condo!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The view is beautiful and we had plenty of room for 6 adults. The condo is fully stocked which made it easy to enjoy cooking meals. It has a screened in deck which was great for hanging out at night. I would definitely recommend this condo and liook forward to staying again!!

We stayed at this condo with friends. The condo was spacious, clean and supplies were stocked up. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. Nice views of the lake. The elevator was so helpful! We needed a boat slip and the owner was awesome in helping get us one that fit our needs. Owner was awesome in responding to questions! We plan to stay here again!

Condo description was accurate. Clean and well equipped for a weeks stay. Grill and kitchen we were able to cook for 8 people easily. Great view of lake

Nice, quiet location but still close to many restaurants and shops. Great pool. Peaceful view across the lake from the balcony. Had several Bald Eagle sightings while we were there.

This specific room was over on the end so it was super quiet. Great views from the screened in porch. Condo felt super comfortable with plenty of amenities. Owner was super responsive and gave all the info you need. Overall, it was fantastic!

This condo was very well stocked- things that normally are minimized as "starters", such as TP, trash bags, etc. are provided- and this is very much appreciated. There are also other "plus" items such as coffee pods (plenty)housekeeping items, spices, etc. The condo has a stereo system which is becoming a thing of the past- we loved it! The Towers property is well kept and the indoor pool and whirlpool are great amenities. Jason was great to work with, as well. Great experience.

Great location and property. The indoor pool was perfect for this time of year! Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short 1 night and were locked into paying full price, would have loved to be there for entire stay.

It’s outdated. Not a big issue but is really dirty. Floors were filthy. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Wet towels in the dryer. In the master bed the linens are torn. The location is great but probably not stay there until the fix the condo up a bit. Sorry not trying to be picky but I didn’t appreciate having to clean the first night we got there.

We love this place. It was our 3rd year in a row staying on this property. It is quiet and clean. We love having a boat slip as well. We plan on staying again next year.

This unit was perfect for our family. It was well stocked with supplies needed for our week stay and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 teen) really enjoyed our week at the Towers. We spent several mornings at the pool. Every day we had a different adventure and really enjoyed our time at the apartment. The amount of space really allowed us to all spread out. Jason, the property manager, was quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away.

Not a fan of this place
Terrible building….
We will book a place that we can step out our door and fish or boat. We stayed 9th floor…. Bad idea! One elevator out of order…. Took a long time to unpack car and load car.

Property was beautiful. Just could use a good deep cleaning.
Floors and rugs were sticky and dirty. Overall, a great place just needs a good end of summer cleaning.

9th floor location provides excellent views of the whole area. Clean and neat. Loved the coffee bar addition! Owner is super easy to work with as always. Only downside was wifi didn't work very well. Overall definitely recommend for a great family vacation

Great place!
We had a great time. The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The only downside was the walk from the parking garage. Pool/hot tub was nice. Highly recommend!

Owner was great, housekeeper not so much
We immediately felt that the condo was dirty and pretty neglected. Candy under furniture, socks under the bed, lump in middle of master bedroom and bed felt like it would fall apart if touched. Towels smelled like dog and had to be washed before using. Blinds were down in the front bedroom so anyone could look in so felt unsafe with kids in there even though we paid for 3 bedrooms. Laundry room doors were wrong size and don't shut, the main door needed adjusted as it kept sticking and was hard to open and close. Owner was great and responded when I had any questions or issues right away. I feel if the condo was updated and had a new housekeeper it would be perfect.

Perfect for a girls weekend
Great location! Close to everything, clean, great view from the deck, spacious for 4 people, hot tub worked. I would come back. The only negative for some people would be the walk from where you have to park your car at the top of the parking garage to the condo. But there is a loading zone in front of the building.

Clean and nice property on the Lake
Overall this is a good place to stay. Good location, excellent view, very clean and fairly well equipped. The indoor pool and hottub are excellent.
However there are few negatives. The linen/comforter a bit inadequate to sleep 8. In addition, the beds were old and possibly broken where u sink into the bed and have a hard time getting out of it. In addition, you will have to use an outside corridor to access pool and hot tub. This was problematic because we went in the winter. In addition, the hottub was out or order for the first 2 days of our trip. This was unexpected and was just bad luck. Wifi was disconnecting multiple times in a day.
But again, overall a good place and would visit again.

The property manager was very easy to communicate to and nice. We did have a problem with the outside screen and we told the manager he did say it was on the list to get fix asap. The master room bed was very comfortable. We noticed one of the other bed frame was held by duct tape. Overall our stay was ok just the condo needs some stuff fixed and updated.

Lake vacay
It was in a great location with a beautiful view. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The condo was nice although I think the idea of nine people occupancy is really stretching it. Six would be comfortable. The only draw back is the parking. It is quite a hike to get to the top of the parking garage.

Did not meet expectations
The property manager is very prompt, nice, and seems to do his best at accommodating the guests. The condo itself did not meet our expectations on upkeep or on a cleanliness level. There were several things falling apart and broken such as a kitchen drawer, a missing facing on a drawer at kitchen sink, one at the wet bar appears to have been taped already. The toaster is temperamental, but does still work once the lever stays down. The refrigerator drawer is broken, there is duct tape on bed frames, the screens on deck are ripped, the patio furniture is pretty worn. A section of the couch was broken and sunken in.
To address the cleanliness, there were splatters on the ceiling, the table had residue left on it, the bathroom sink and mirror was dirty, the sliding door had some sticky residue on outside, crumbs on floors, standing water on the deck. We spent the first couple of hours cleaning, including wiping all surfaces and the wipes were all visibly dirty. We did let the manager Jason know who replied within the hour and also contacted the cleaning company. Again, Jason is very helpful and prompt. We were pleased he was working with us.
The kitchen was pretty stocked. Had a Kurig and traditional coffee maker. Several pots, pans, and mixing bowls. Could use more forks. There were plenty of pillows. I would suggest bringing some throw blankets for living room area.
Overall we did end up having a good time, but from renting different condos in the same place our expectations were much higher going in to this trip.

Not a complete disaster, but.....
On a scale of 1-10, I’d say it’s a sure 5. The complex was ok with both indoor and outdoor pools, which the kids loved. The location is pretty good, nice quiet channel, great views, the screened balcony was pleasant. Now for the not so great, on arrival we found a destroyed couch, burnt out light bulbs, and very dated TVs in the bedroom (one that didn’t have a cable box and I never did get it working). The manager didn’t seem too concerned about the couch (“it’s on the maintenance list”), and the rest we just lived with because they weren’t emergencies. We had trouble with the door lock too, and after some back and forth they did get someone to come change the batteries (I get it, it WAS Sunday, but I kind of needed to get INTO the condo guys without risking being locked out). This was more of a last minute trip, and we took a chance leaving the property we usually stay at. We won’t be back to this condo...but maybe I’m just picky.

Valentines weekend
The condo was very conveniently located and has a great layout. Unfortunately, there had been workers in before us and left their mess for us to clean up. Also, it took over 15 hours to get the temperature up from 55 to 70, although it was miserably cold outside, so we think that had a lot to do with the heat up. Overall, we would rent this condo again and recommend it to others.
