Property was very nice, and easy to find. Check in instructions were easy to follow and host responded right away to any questions. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this condo and location. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. It is a short walk to the water. We enjoyed the ping pong table, pool, shuffleboard and hammocks. The condo was equipped with enough to get us started. It would be nice to have a little more supply of laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee and dishwasher soap since those items are hard to buy in small quantities and we flew so couldn’t pack in a ton. Some other helpful items that could be added…kitchen scissors, pizza pan, a few Tupperware containers with lids or plastic wrap for leftovers. We really appreciated the beach closet with chairs and also beach towels. We rented a car and found it helpful for getting to and from the airport as well as the short trips shopping and also enjoyed a TB Rays MLB game. We loved the enclosed air conditioned stadium! It was a short 20 minutes from the condo. This was wonderful place and wonderful location right on the beach and close to John’s Pass village for shopping and activities.

Great views, nice pool, game are was well kept. Gas grills to use are nice. Washer and drier plus awesome balcony. Master bedroom had a firm memory foam mattress—I didn’t particularly care for it but everything else was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom condo at the South Beach in Treasure Island. Nice condo right on the beach had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend!!

Clean & comfy . Easy to reserve , locate, check in and check out . Most important easy access to beach & $ reasonable . Good restaurants and shopping. This end unit has a great view of sunset and moon rise and of course the beach .

Quite a walk to the actual beach so person in our party had difficulty going. Definitely not for someone with walking limitations.

We have stayed at South Beach Condos three times in different units. We really like this property. It’s well maintained and the location relatively quiet. Like most rental units it could use some TLC, though you can tell it’s recently been painted and the sofa and chairs are new. The Customer Service is great. We had an issue with the dryer and they sent someone over the same day, a part was ordered overnight and it was fixed the next day. You can’t beat that. What you’re really paying for here is the view of the gulf, it’s incredible. We’ve already booked for next year and look forward to our stay.

We had a lovely time in our condo on the fifth floor! We needed two beds in one bedroom and this condo had that. The photos are accurate which is always a plus - it was as advertised. we enjoyed the TV - lots of channels and the balcony was lovely. We used the refrigerator and the microwave to heat water - no cooking! The seating in the living room was comfortable but very, very low to the ground (hard to get out of).
There was a sand sculpture competition down the beach a month ago and the entries still looked great. John's Pass (shopping area) was within walking distance and the other three in our party went there for coffee every morning. Yes, there's everything you need to make coffee here but they like to go out for coffee. There were some nice restaurants very close to our condo.

This was our second time staying at South Beach. We really love the location and style of the building. Our condo was fine for my husband and I and 2 adult daughters. Only complaint was that the property, specifically the landscaping was dead and unkept. Room was pretty good but could use new flooring. Several broken tiles. Would be nice to have a bigger bathroom in the master.

Dishwasher top shelf is broken and runs EXTREMELY loud
Refrigerator is missing a door shelf and is also running very loud
Mattresses in twin room are ridiculously noisy. Impossible to get out of bed without waking other person

We stayed south beach condos for a long weekend to move my daughter into Eckerd college. Perfect stay for us. Close to everything we needed. The beach view and access was priceless. The condo it’s self could be updated and cleaner but for the price and location you can’t beat it. I will definitely be staying here again for future visits.

This fifth floor corner property suited my grown girls’ and my need just fine. It isn’t fancy, could probably use some updating, but we weren’t there to hang out in the room. The view was amazing. Even though we were fairly close to the public beach, it wasn’t badly crowded. The kitchen is sparsely furnished, but we ate supper out, so that wasn’t a problem. Beds were fine. Pool was very nice; we enjoyed it. The hosts were very responsive to emails.

Condo had a nice view and was just as described. The appliances could be updated (squeaky dryer, old dishwasher). The water pressure could be a lot better, but overall nice condo with a gorgeous gulf view.

The condo was in good condition but could use a few updates; the front of the dishwasher had rust spots, there were a few cracks in some of the floor tiles, and paint had chipped in a few places. Overall, though, it was a great value for a semi-private beach and the owners were excellent to work with. We would visit again!

Our first visit to Treasure Island. Lots to explore. Disappointed about how far from the condo it was to walk to the beach. Otherwise the accomdations were perfect with a great view of the Gulf.

Our family had a great week here! The condo was just like the photos, management was easy to get in touch with and the location was perfect! The pool never got too busy and was the perfect temperature. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and John’s Pass.

Nice place for a couple, if had it had queen or king bed in second bedroom would good for two couples. Location was great close to beach and restaurants shops etc. Excellent view.

We have visited Treasure Island several times and have stayed at South Beach before in a different unit that was a little bit more updated than this one. This unit was ok and seemed clean enough, but could definitely use some TLC. We had requested two floor fans but they weren't there on our arrival. I sent a text and the fans were delivered to us very quickly. We received quick responses to our inquiries and were appreciative of that. Check in instructions were clear and we had no problems getting our key to the room out of the lockbox when we first arrived.
The king bed was not the most comfortable and took a couple of nights to get used to, it seemed very firm to me but I prefer a little more plush mattress. The twin beds didn't seem like very good quality and also could have been more comfortable. Tracks for the closet doors and for the door out to the balcony were really gross looking. Not sure if it was rust or dirt though. One of the closet doors in the twin bedroom was missing. Bathroom fans made a lot of noise as did the king bedroom ceiling fan. Showers didn't have very good water pressure. The lining under the king box spring was hanging to the floor on one side and looked really dirty. Just some small cosmetic improvements would make the place more appealing. We chose this rental mainly due to the price being right and the fact that it is right on the beach. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo and it served its purpose but while we will most likely stay at South Beach again, we will probably choose another more updated unit next time.

Perfect location with many shops and restaurants close by. The bathroom fans were loud maybe due to be replaced, and the appliances could be updated but they worked well.

The property was in a great location and the unit was good for our girls trip. We had an issue with a broken closet door upon our arrival and management responded quickly. There could have been more silverware as we like to cook and kept running out. We would stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. The beds were comfy, the unit was clean and the view was amazing! We can’t wait to come back!
