The location is great and very accessible to most places! Bus stop #9 is only a 3-4 minute walk. It’s also a 2 minute walk to Bonus, restaurants just outside the property, and other major attractions are within 10-15 minute walk. Easy check in and check out. It is really clean which we liked so much! It’s comfortable, has toiletries, even has condiments, coffee, and tea in the kitchen! I love the view from our room. You can people watch while sipping coffee in the morning. We always kept the window open for fresh air and natural AC. It feels like a home away from home. The staff are very responsive. We will stay here again when we come back to Iceland!

The pillows are extremely soft and feels flat when you lie on them but it’s not a big deal. The shower area when water spills but it is a common thing in Europe.

Parking is very tight. Our unit was cleaned on our final day earlier than our scheduled checkout, even though we hadn’t checked out through their online app.

Main windows looked down onto an abandoned construction site. A little scary. Some street noise, especially from partying frat boys.

I liked the code process, really hassle free however when we arrived our door was unlocked which was a little scary

The noise on the street during the night (we stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday) The fact that we had to throw the trash/start the dishwasher whilst there is a cleaning fee we pay.

Die Lage des Appartements war unübertroffen – direkt im Herzen der Stadt, ergänzt durch einen Parkplatz im Innenhof, was während unserer Rundreise einen außerordentlichen Komfort bot. Check In-Out war sehr unkompliziert.

Wir hatten die Wohnung 201 bezogen und trotz geschlossener Fenster war der Geräuschpegel hoch – die Fenster schienen nicht richtig abzudichten, was zu Zugluft führte und die Lautstärke merklich erhöhte. Obwohl wir normalerweise nicht sehr lärmempfindlich sind, war die Kombination aus Lärm und Kälte zeitweise recht störend. Leider wirkt die Wohnung auch sehr abgewohnt.

We loved the location and that there was parking! The apartment was spacious and we cooked breakfast every morning. Loved the view from the balconies as well!
