Great room and very close to the beach.

Wi-Fi was very poor in our room.

Location is good, walking distance to beach, a couple of Tavernas and a posh hotel with excellent cocktails. Close to Punda Coast Beach Club which was lots of fun. Room immaculately clean. Bed comfortable, with proper mattresses and no plastic bed covers. Little outdoor terrace. Decent value at a very expensive time of year. We enjoyed our holiday.

The bedroom does not have AC, it's only in the living room. A fan was provided which did help. There is no oven despite the listing saying there is one. The fridge needed defrosting which I did myself or it wouldn't have worked. Paros is extremely windy, and I think this is what made the pool too cold for anything but a quick dip. I'd put a solar heating set up to warm it - it was hardly used by any of the guests while we were there. While the location is handy, and nice and quiet, the immediate surrounding is a bit bleak. There's a view of a long abandoned concrete structure next door. Maybe some trees to frame the grounds a bit would help.

A little corner of paradise, 2 minute walk from Golden beach where you can rent windsurfs, kayaks and paddles. You get a little house which feels spacious and is clean with a nice outside terrace (especially with the pool view). Very nice welcome, very reactive and quick assistance. The pool is big and always extremely clean and there are only a few other houses so it’s a very calm and relaxing environment. Stella’s tavern is the closest restaurant, very easy access and very good food! We would return for even longer.

Nothing apart from the fact the nearest supermarket is a little far by foot but if you have a car that is not a problem!

location, facilities and setting of the room were fine. it was also quiet, which we enjoyed especially at night. felt like we had our own little house.

the only negative thing was that during our stay nobody came to clean and freshen up the room…

The room in total was ok, the bed was comfortable, the decor was nice. The owner answers really fast to every message so it’s easy to talk to

It wasn’t clean enough and a lot of ants. The WiFi didn’t work. It would be nice to get recommendations about the area.. you need a car to go everywhere, so don’t think you will be walking somewhere. The photos of the place are nice but it shows only one side of the property- the other side(the view from the pool) is construction site, so not very pleasant..

This is a small collections of one room apartments. 4-5 units total. New construction. A very nice Private pool, which appeared to be a rare amenity for the area. The unit was perfect with a separate sleeping area, kitchen and sitting area with on-suite bathroom all in addition to outdoor space. The location is a short walk from Golden Beach and several nice restaurants. It feels secluded, but is not. Bus service is available only 100 m away (once you know how the system works). Our host was very helpful with all our needs, even taking time to drive us to the main bus station for the area ( 2 km away) so we would get on the correct bus. If you want to be away for the tourists and 24 hour party people, this is a great place to stay.

Exceeded expectations: no complaints. It would have been nice if the AC unit had a little more cooling capacity, but it was certainly up to European norms.

Spare bed was quite uncomfortable, the rest of the room was lovely so it would be great to have had as nice a spare as the rest of the room

Lovely rooms and a beautiful pool.

It was really neatly furnished, simple and nice. It was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The studio was one the backside not facing the street, which means it was really quiet.

It was a Studio with a small terrace and not a One Bedroom House. The Bedroom was not a separate room and in the same house where 3 other studios. The AC and fridge where quite loud.

Lovely and modern renovated small house just 5min walk from Golden Beach. I totally recommend it I will definitely come back. thank you Andriani for being such an amazing host! best, christina
