The staff where helpful and friendly the breakfast was also nice

The toilet would not flush 9 x out of 10. The sink would not drain. The hose on the toilet for washing was impossible to use. Basically the bathroom decor and shower is great but the toilet was a problem. Apart from that it was a very well appointed room

You cannot get closer to the historic center than this. I had an amazing view on the sulfur baths and the canyon from my balcony. Pleasant staff, helped with all of my requests.

Stairs going to the hotel, very difficult with the stroller, no ramp available

The room was clean, the breakfast was nice. the view from the balcony is of the church on the crag by the river and very pleasant. The location is very touristy, so it's safe and there s plenty to do and buy.

The hotel is located very near a bar or restaurant that plays music very loudly until 3am. The sound alone isn't such an issue for me personally, but the vibrations from it can be felt and that kept me awake. If you plan on sleeping before 3am, I suggest a different hotel.
