Die Einrichtung war ganz nett aber einfach, eine im Innenhof liegende Terrasse
Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Wohnungen/Appartements, die zum Teil von Einheimischen bewohnt werden. Diese Bewohner haben sehr viel Lärmgemacht, z. B. Türen zuschlagen , laute Musik und lautstarkes Reden sowie Kindergeschrei, auch bis in die Nacht. An unserem Abreisetag sogar bis 2:00Uhr nachts. Vom Vermieter kam diesbezüglich keine Reaktion. Wir können diese Unterkunft als Feriendomizil zum Erholen nicht empfehlen. Von den Fenstern schaut man auf einen Schotterplatz, um den herum lauter Autos und Müllcontainer stehen. Von Meerblick kann in diesem Appartement Nr. 2, in dem wir untergebracht waren keine Rede sein. Zwei einzelne Betten im Schlafraum sind sehr schmal und haben superharte Matratzen.

The only bad thing is that in the living room there are no blinds. So if you sleep in the sofa bed a lot of light enters.

The appartment was really comfortable and made us feel like home. Our host welcomed us when we arrived and was really friendly. The terrace provided a nice place to relax and it was really quit. Lot's of details, like washing powder, tea.. Everything was clean, some kitchen items brandnew. Supermarket, restaurants and beach are nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Good vibes!

The apartment felt safe, modern, and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again.

The owner was very friendly and quick to answer and try to solve our issues
Wifi was good, Kitchen well-equipped
We got the apartment with the old bathroom, which is only visible in some pictures, check in advance which one you get;
We stayed there in March, as we arrived there was a lot of water in the entrance floor as it had rained outside and the apartment was very cold and damp (only heating are the two air conditioners)

It's very good equipped. Host is very nice. You are close to the beach.
Well outside it wasn't the best spot in the neighbourhood but you will have a nice vacation.

The location was ok, it's really close to the beach.
A bit noisy, even there was no traffic on the street, but because of the other neighbors. Definitely don't forget your ear plugs if you are sensitive to noises. Everything was old and cheap, the mattress very hard. You get used to it, but the first night may affect you. Some little improvements would add real value to this flat.

The apartment was really clean, comfortable and had almost all the stuff needed in a house. The relation quality/price was really good.
The water installation did noise sometimes, included during the night. The TV channels were not working.

The couch isn't very comfy - firm and not very deep.

Apartment was very poorly equipped , cold and very humid. Terrace was not prepared at all to use.
