Situato sul lungolago di più-desiderata Ledges Point Building, questo 3 camere (Compreso Loft), 2 unità bagno vanta un soppalco grande con 2 letti king. Il Loft prevede spazio di vita in più con TV e DVD! Apprezzerete lo spazio in più che dà il numero di adulti e bambini separati luoghi per raccogliere e rilassarsi!
Resto-assicurato che la vostra famiglia e gli amici sarà alloggiato in un molto pulito, condominio ben arredate con molti comfort. L'arredamento 'e arredi sono tutti molto gentili e comodo! Il Main Living Area offre un grande schermo piatto TV e lettore DVD. Portate con voi il laptop o tablet e accedere a Internet ad alta velocità (Wi-Fi).

Con l'acqua, sarete sul marcatore 20. 5 miglia che è proprio dietro l'angolo dal grande ponte Glaize.
Fine settimana Ladies ': tutti i negozi al lago è vicino! Il lago del Ozarks ospita il villaggio outlet factory, il più grande centro outlet nello Stato con punti vendita diretti oltre 110 fabbrica. Questi negozi sono stracolmo di merce famosa marca a prezzi che stupiranno anche i cacciatori di occasioni più esperti.
Golfisti: appena fuori l'ingresso al complesso è un campo da golf di sicomoro torrente. E 'stato votato # 1 al lago nel 2007! Avrai sicuramente sentito parlare degli altri corsi impressionante la zona del lago vanta. Tutti sono a breve distanza dal complesso sporgenze in posizione centrale. Portare quei club!

The property was nice and great location. Only complaint is the amount of spiderwebs everywhere. Felt like we were constantly cleaning them outside on the patio and when you looked up you could see them inside. When on the patio it felt like u were sitting on the lake it was so nice. Also wish the pools were bigger and more of them considering how big the complex is. Thanks for a great stay!!

Honestly disappointed- pictures made it look super great. Very small. Cobb webs all over windows and fan. Very dark on main floor. Oven was black inside and probably hasn’t ever been cleaned and not even level. Kitchen was very small not well stocked. You can tell the owners don’t personally visit property often. It has been well loved! The Loft was great and the best part

We had a wonderful weekend. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed the condo very much. It worked wonderful for playing board games and visiting.

We spent a lovely weekend with my sister and her husband, just relaxing and reconnecting. The condo was the perfect setting! We had a great view of the lake and enjoyed watching the sunrise and set from the deck. They love to cook, so the full kitchen was perfect! We all had a wonderful time!

Just like the pictures. Everything we needed although the kitchen could have used some better/sharper knives and there isn’t a big enough table to all sit together or play games. The location is great and it is right on the water so the views are stunning. Great selection of games. Would come back.

We had a great stay at the Ledges. This unit had arguably the best view of the lake in the whole complex. It was even more spacious than the pictures suggest. Plenty of room for the whole family. We made a lot of our meals at the condo and the kitchen was fine. Never used the grill. The shared pools and beach were very clean, but a little small. We rented a boat from Aqua Toys a short 5 minute drive from the condos. Parking was super easy. There were quite a few stairs to get to the condo, so be aware if you think that might be an issue for you. Overall a great spot and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was large and well stocked for our cooking needs. The balcony was close to the water I felt like could just jump in. Boat watch was amazing and the location is just minutes from everything you could want.

The layout worked great for our group. Parents had bedrooms on the main floor. Kids all slept in the loft area. Pools and the beach area were clean and the kids really liked both. Lugging trash to the receptacles was a hassle. Overall, we had a great time. I'd stay here again.

Condo could have been cleaner. Very dusty everywhere like cleaning dtsff was rushed. Pool was cloudy/not very clean & bathroom by pool was grossly unkempt.

Great unit & location for a family trip!
Located close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The unit has great views when your on the patio you feel like your on a cruise ship. The complex is a little run down both pools are pretty small and we’re packed with people but we came for the lake and found many great places to swim or boat there.

Wonderful family time
We had a wonderful time with family. The space was exactly as described and perfect for us with several small children. My only suggestion would be a patio umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

As always, Osage Beach and the Ledges didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect for our get-away. I was shocked at how large the loft was. 2 king beds. A sofa. And still plenty of room for activities!!! And let’s not forget about the couch in the main living area!! That couch! Probably the most comfortable couch EVER!! We’ve been renting from Jason for several years now and he is by far the absolute BEST!! His properties are always amazing and he is just the most awesome owner/property manager ever. We won’t get a place unless it has his name on it.
You’ll love staying at this condo. The views are beyond beautiful. It was super clean. Very comfortable. Just perfectly amazing!!

As always, Osage Beach and the Ledges didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect for our get-away. I was shocked at how large the loft was. 2 king beds. A sofa. And still plenty of room for activities!!! And let’s not forget about the couch in the main living area!! That couch! Probably the most comfortable couch EVER!! We’ve been renting from Jason for several years now and he is by far the absolute BEST!! His properties are always amazing and he is just the most awesome owner/property manager ever. We won’t get a place unless it has his name on it.

property was good. The stairs are a bit scatchy tog et up to the condo, some boards here getting warped. Also several lights only had one or 2 light bulbs working. Also their should be directions on how to turn the tv's on in the condo for easier access. Otherwise we had a great time!!!

This is my third time staying at the Ledges. The condo was awesome and was well stocked with pots and pans and other little perks. The property was clean and the A/C worked great! It was quiet and comfortable. No hasssles! Loved it and the price is very reasonable.
