Il terzo piano comporta un bel atterraggio che conduce nella grande camera da letto principale con vista diretta sull'oceano. La camera da letto ha un letto king size e una TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno principale è enorme! Gli ospiti possono accedere al loro balcone al terzo piano fuori da questa stanza, ed è un ottimo posto per guardare le albe!

We stayed six weeks in this beautiful home. Ocean front was wonderful. Although we were informed that the pool and hit tub were not heated, we were assured that the neighborhood pool was. I called on this the first week and was told to check with homeowners association, which I did. The pool is never heated except for a couple holidays a year when the owners request. I called to request a correction at SPI twice. Both times was told they would get back to me. They have not. Would have been a higher rating if the had been responsive.

We are friends from different parts of the US and we get together once a year to catch up. We were surprised when we got to this beautiful home on So Padre Island and were told there was no heater for the hot tub and pool! That plus an unpaid electricity bill left us without power for 5 hours our first morning - not pleasant. But once all these problems were resolved by a very responsive staff at SPI we had a nice stay.

The house was more than we could have expected. Plenty of room for everyone. House was beautiful, the views were Fabulous. Could not have asked for a better place. It was perfection.

The house is spectacular! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and the en suite bathrooms are an added plus. Our family enjoyed everything the house has to offer. Will definitely be back!

Perfect spot with waterfront views AND private pool! Size was perfect for family reunion with 10 adults. In a great location with restaurants and bars walkable from the beach. There was really nothing to not love about this home, except maybe not being able to use the elevator if you are traveling with older adults. Would not hesitate to book again!

Beautiful home; however, we were there in August and the temp in the home was set at 72 or above. Two bedrooms were uncomfortably hot at night. Property manager failed to notify us of a boil water during our stay. As a result we were washing baby bottles in contaminated water.

Beautiful property
The location is perfect. The beach isn't crowded since you are in a gated community. Very safe. The house itself is gorgeous and stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. Very spacious and you feel like each level (3 total) is its own little suite.

Great house for a big group! The view of the Gulf are outstanding and it's a very quick walk to the beach. Kitchen needs a bit more useful items for those that like to cook, but the kitchen is great! Comfy beds, great A/C, quiet neighborhood you can really relax in.

The Perfect Family Reunion
Bella Vita was the perfect vacation home for our yearly family reunion. It is far enough from the "tourist area" to avoid the craziness but close enough so that everything is convenient. We played in the surf, swam in the pool, fished, kite-baorded, had a fish fry and enjoyed cold drinks watching the fireworks from Claytons Bar & Grill off of our balcony. This is truly a first class rental.
You will need to bring beach towels but there are beach chairs and beach toys for the kids at the rental. There is an elevator but it is not available for renters. This would have been nice to use for our elderly guests but everything was still great. We will be back agian next year. Thanks SPI Rentals for a first class experience!

AMAZING HOUSE AND LOCATION
My guests and I cannot emphasize how amazing this house at 6508 Beach Drive, SPI, TX is. We had so much room and privacy with the way it is set up. The beach access, private pool, and location cannot be beat!! The management company are OUTSTANDING!! This owner takes pride in their home, and this mngt. company is extremely easy to work with, responsive, and they too take pride in the home. This rental is HIGHLY recommended!!!! Kudos to the owner, to SPI Rentals, and to Texas!

South Padre Island for Christmas
The house and location were perfect for my family: my husband and I and each of my children and family. We were a party of 9 (6 adults and three children). Each family had their own floor with very comfortable community spaces. The house was lovely and there was very little reason to use the car while we were there: the house is on the beach, in addition to the private pool, there was a heated community pool that worked well on cool days. There is also a lovely bird walk and wildlife sanctuary near by.

Beautiful home, very spacious and very well stocked. Directly on the beach and has a very clean pool. The home is also close to almost anything you would need. We used a golf cart almost entirely while there. Would recommend this home and rental company again. Very easy to get anything you need done and answered.
