Il mio posto è vicino a splendidi panorami, ristoranti, spiagge e piste ciclabili. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da un centro commerciale ea breve distanza da Monterey, Carmel e 17 miglia. Amerai il mio posto perché è una casa bella, pulita, ristrutturata, soleggiata con un sacco di spazio per il parcheggio. Il clima in questa zona è abbastanza moderato intorno agli anni '60 e '70, quindi l'aria condizionata non è necessaria. Il mio posto è buono per coppie, viaggi di lavoro e famiglie.

My family had a wonderful time stating here. We stay at this location two years ago, we decided to stay at the same place. Perfect place for kids and adults.

This property was perfect for our needs. A decent sized kitchen and close to the beach and shopping, it gave us an ideal home base for trips to Monterey and state and national parks. I would advise bringing extra towels, as the ones provided were quite small and there were no additional towels anywhere I could find. If you have to take an extra shower after a trip to the beach, for instance, you had no way to dry off because the only towel provided was still wet. I suppose you could run the towels through the dryer, but the dryer was outside and the room it was in was kind of smelly, so nobody really wanted to go in there. Also serving utensils like salad tongs were lacking. Overall an excellent experience, however. I would book this property again and just bring my own stuff.

Great place to stay and visit Monterey. There were 4 of us all over the age 65 including our 95 yr. old mother. We stayed two nights. The kitchen and living room, plus a master bedroom are upstairs. Mom did just fine going up and down the stairs. Beds and rooms were comfortable and I wish we could have stayed longer. It was cold when we went and we would have loved to have spent some time in both the front and back yards. Loved the garden plants. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the upstairs was pretty at night. We would go back again.

The property was very clean and perfect for our group of six people. The location was great as we were in town for CSUMB graduation. Would definitely recommend this property if you are in the Monterey area.

The house was perfect for our girls group get-away! Each of us had our own rooms, with comfy beds, and lots of space to play cards and visit. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house is spacious and comfortable. It has a lovely patio with a little view of the ocean and is conveniently located near the ocean and shopping. The kitchen has everything for cooking meals, which we used a lot for entertaining. Its a short drive to Monterey and pacific grove, which was nice.

We enjoyed our stay! Great place for a large gathering. The only thing that isn’t clear in the description is that there is a sunroom that sleeps 3-4 more people. The listing just has the 4 bedrooms. So close to the beach and so many fun activities. We will happily stay again!

This is a great home in a fantastic location. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to a dozen or more restaurants.
The drive way is long enough to park a GMC Yukon XL and a 22 foot trailer for your race car.
20 minutes to Laguna Seca.

Would recommend and reserve this place again, in a heartbeat. It’s close to all the attractions, easy access to the freeway and in a great neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom upstairs and the front or backyard were perfect outdoor hangouts.

We had a great time staying at this home in Seaside for a golf vacation. The house was close to everything. Amenities were as described. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations.

The property was neat & clean. We had a comfortable stay!! Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cups, glasses, silverware, pots n pans etc.. The living room is very spacious. The upstairs master bedroom has a nice big shower stall which was convenient to use by elderly family members.
There is plenty parking available for multiple cars in the drive way. Parking can be found on the road as well. The front yard has a nice succulent garden and table & chairs which was nice to have available. Neighborhood is fine.

We were a group of 6 senior gentlemen attending the Historic Races at Laguana Seca. The home was minutes away from the track. The house accommodated all of us, had all of the amenities we needed. Very clean home in a great location.

We had a delightful stay. The property met our needs very well. 6 adults and three children 5-7. We were close to other family and all wedding venues on Carmel Beach and Monterrey beach. We even got to watch a homecoming parade for the high school nearby😀. Would stay again if travelling to the area.

Very nice property. Clean, well maintained. Very well supplied with essentials; ie dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, coffee, tea and plenty of dishes. Very quiet neighborhood.

It is a great property, great location and the owner was very nice and answered messages quickly. The only thing I would suggest for the owner is to maybe do some decor and furniture updating but otherwise it was a great stay!

Honestly a great property! Conveniently located, close proximity to stores (grocery, Target, Total Wine), walking/biking trails and Monterey proper.
Enjoying coffee and the view in the sunroom was a favorite morning ritual. Beds were comfy and had ample space for our large party. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking dinner in.
Easy to access Monterey, we made several trips in and it was an extremely short drive every time. Can’t wait to book this property again!

We were there for a family get together and eBike experience along the coast and 17 mile drive. The house is conveniently located. I highly recommend Coastal ebike Connection. The owner, Carlos went over the top to make our trip exceptional. He delivered the bikes, provided backpacks, water, warm clothing, etc. Great trip.

I was pleased to see how immaculate and well laid out this house is. Everything our little group of older males needed was available. I really like the landscaped front of the house. It is a Japanese style garden and it is lovely. I would like to stay there next year in August.

Location has easy access to Highway 1, close to several shops,like Costco,CVS,restaurants,Starbucks,etc.
House is lovely,nice parking, comfortable beds.

The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The location was close to everything we wanted to see/do. We had a couple of issues and the host was very responsive to our concerns. This property is advertised as having a jetted tub in the master, which it does, but it is out of service. That was disappointing. The cleanliness of the house was not the best, but we're extremely picky so for the average traveler it would probably be fine.
