We have stayed at this property before and they keep it up very well. This unit was nice but we actually wanted to use the sofa bed in the second living space as a bed. It was absolutely unseeable! Like it wouldn’t support an adult weight. We ended up getting a blowup mattress instead. I think the owner’s would be better to try a Murphy bed in this room or at the least purchase a blowup mattress for guests to use as alternative. Otherwise nice place and accomidating host. Thanks for letting us stay!

The location of the property is excellent. It's about a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Coligny. The condo is nicely decorated but it's in a building that has some age. Overall the property was clean, safe well maintained and very convenient for a beach vacation. We very much enjoyed your home. Thank you.

Pooja and Deepak made our stay enjoyable. They did not have a long list of requirements/duties before we arrived or after we left to bog our trip down. Their instructions were easy and light...and their home was the perfect fit for our four family members. We would enjoy staying their again.

The location was great and a nice walk to the beach and restaurants. The heated pool was great for rainy days and the outdoor pool and beach were amazing for the warm sunny days. We came for the last week of September and we Love HHI during this time of the year. Towel service was cool, more than enough clean towels for a family of 5.

The condo is about a block from the beach just across the beac road. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sand when one is carrying all the beach stuff.
The owners are very attentive people with excellent communication and caring. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

First impression of the condo was not great. The cleaning seemed lazy/nonexistent. I sent a full breakdown to the owner (including that the air filter needed replacing) and it was not acknowledged
Pros:
It’s a 7-10 minute walk to the beach
Cons:
-Cleaning - hair everywhere (we brought our own sheets and bought cleaning supplies to do a decent job)
- a magic eraser could do wonders
- the beach chairs and boogie boards are an eyesore and take up a lot of room on the porch. They are mostly broken and rusted
- only one fob to get into the building is provided. This was problematic when the guys went golfing and ladies went to the beach. Coordinating is required
- no space to put pantry items
- only place to wash sand off beach items is located at the pool
Suggestions:
- get rid of porch broken beach items
- replace shower curtain liners
- replace batteries on thermostat
- consolidate dishes so there is an open cabinet for pantry items
- clean walls and property
- provide stand for drying on porch. The rusted bistro set left rust stains on my daughters bathing suit
We tried not to spend too much time in the condo as we all went very comfortable there. Just wanted you all to know proper expectations when making your selection

We had a wonderful stay. Dee was easy to communicate with, and answered our messages immediately. The location was perfect for what we wanted. We were able to easily get to the beach in nearby restaurants in Colonie as well as the island in general. The condo was perfect. For our means. There were a total of five of us three adults and a 12 and 13-year-old.
The additional beach chairs and beach toys were welcome surprise.
Only thing I would suggest is in the future is the second bedroom could use a dresser for clothing and a couple of TVs in each one of the bedrooms for those who like to watch TV before bed.
Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay for golfing and minutes from the beach to get your water fix. Central to everything on the island and only 20 minutes from downtown Bluffton.
Owner extremely responsive when we had issues with the lock and TV remotes.

The host was super quick to respond! We had 3 adults and 3 children. The heated indoor pool is 7-8 feet deep. Same for the outdoor pool that is not heated. Nice indoor hot tub. Easy access to all rooms with a trash chute at the end of the hall. The 2 bedroom unit is super roomy and easy to get your own space with 2 balconies!! The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. Maybe a French fry metal spoon would be a great addition.
There are 2 bathrooms very roomy and the rose tissue was a cute detail. Plenty of beds and the comfort was good. The washer/dryer was amazing i went home to no washing chores! We drove to the beach public parking about 4 blocks down to watch the sunrise. The condo was not loud or busy and everyone was friendly. Highly recommended! They also have carts to bring your luggage in.

Unit was clean and roomy for the 4 of us. Would’ve been nice to have heated outdoor pool. Not a block from beach as advertised. Not a bad walk, but my husband has a bad hip and it was hard on him. Still, had a great time.

The condo is located near enough to the beach to be a great location. The condo is roomy and the 2 living areas are a plus. The owner is great with communication. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice time!
We had a very nice time on our recent vacation to HHI. The host was very responsive and very helpful in assisting me with getting extra parking passes. In addition he was very kind trying to help navigate a few things for my elderly mother. The property was a little dated but we found the charm in it as a throwback to the 80s.... The indoor pool was fun for the kids and was hit on a rainy afternoon. The condo was nice and as described-- very big which allowed for the kids to be in one area and the adults on the other. The room could use some updates-- but overall it was perfect for what we needed.

Fun Girls Trip
We had a great trip. The place was exactly what we needed. We thought it could have been cleaner but other than that it was great! The bedding was really comfortable and the property of the condo was really nice. We stayed down at the outdoor pool one day and were super impressed with the cleanliness. Would definitely recommend. The host was great at communicating as well:)

Not bad, Not impressed
Overall, the experience was fine. The property was as listed, though not as clean as we expected it to be and not as close to the beach as we thought. Some furniture was dusty and countertops/sinks were obviously not wiped down prior to our arrival. The dishes also had dried food on them.
The one problem we had was there were never any parking passes provided to us. When I let the host know, he contacted me immediately and said he would get it taken care of but we never got any parking passes. Thankfully, we didn’t have any issues with parking. The host said they had recently changed property managers or cleaners so I’m not sure what was going on there. The host was very responsive and polite though. We were very appreciative of the host and the accommodations that were provided and it allowed us to have an enjoyable weekend away.

One street over from the beach. Just a short walk or bike ride.
The indoor pool and hot tube were great.
Bring beach towels as none are provided. Bring pillow cases too as there are extra pillows but no pillow cases (or extra blankets).
There were beach toys and boogie boards so that was appreciated.

Hilton Head Stay
Overall, the size of the location is really nice. The property is well maintained. It would be nice for a few more updates to be completed. The shower/tub had paint peeling up in it, which made us feel uncomfortable having our daughter take a bath in. The sink in the master bathroom was leaking, as I noticed because I stepped in a puddle. I looked under the sink and there was a bucket under the pipes, so the owner knew about it but has not updated it. The flooring in the bathroom was also poorly done and was not finished and looked bad. The cupboards with the pots and pans in the kitchen also did not look appealing or clean. Tack paper was down that has not been replaced in a long time. The pots and pans were also well used and took a long time to scrub, even with using cooking spray. The owner was easy to communicate with, but requested I stay longer within minutes of me booking, since VRBO messed up his settings rather than just allowing it to be. The facility itself had construction happening and had paper down on the floors. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are plenty of places to stay that are more updated and cleaned better.

Spacious, convenient and economical
This is a very large two bedroom condo with room for more in the den on a pull out. Located on a quiet street with plenty of very convenient parking. Close to Coligny Beach and shopping area. The indoor pool and hot tub were close to the unit and our family, especially our grandson loved them. Great communication with the owner who very promptly explained the check in process and followed up as a courtesy.

Relaxing getaway
This was our first time to Hilton Head Island. The property was just across the street from the beach and it was just a few minutes walk to a public access point. It was also just a short walk to shopping and entertainment. Iverall we were very happy with the accommodation.

What a wonderful location and condo!!
Really enjoyed this home. It is much bigger than pictured, close to the beach, extremely clean, and well stocked. The bedrooms are far enough apar, the condo has 2 living rooms, and very spacious. I will definitely come back here when I visit Hilton Head Island next time. What a great vacation!

Awesome Stay
We wanted to get away for a few days. Host was very responsive. We arrived to a nice clean property that had two sides that were perfect for us. One side for us and the other for the kids. The side with the kids was great as it had a little kitchenette and tv so they would not interrupt us when we had down time. Everything we needed was in the property. Great location with a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a great property and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Pooja for a great stay.

Not as Advertised
This is NOT a 3 bedroom property. The "3rd" bedroom had a couch that was so dirty that no one wanted to even touch it. Other than the couch, it was pretty clean but check in process was a bit confusing. It was ok for a few days but I wouldn't recommend it for longer than that.

It was ok..
Being a first time users, it was hard to navigate on how to find how to check in. Once I got checked in, it was secure and simple.
Communication with the manager was seamless and very quick. I had concerns with the cleanliness, due to a very dirty couch that was in the attached room, tub basin, and cockroach’s dead. I sanitized everything, but then later found the cleaning services came in when we were gone and removed the curtain that were stained and bugs.
The beach wasn’t close, you had to walk or drive to coligny plaza. I was okay with that, but not how it was advertised.
The items on the balcony; beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys, although were there for use, were all broken. Luckily I had already purchased my own, because those were not useable.
I like the fob to enter and exit the facility. We had a scary encounter and thankful for the locking door behind us.
The frustrating part is that I didn’t realize that I had already prepaid a large sum for cleaning services, when I did a lot of it and sanitizing after finding the not so clean items.
The manager was very nice and easy to get into touch with. He was accommodating.

Great stay and awesome property
This property has recently been upgraded and freshly painted. The place was very clean and well maintained .
It was an amazing place very close to the beach. The property was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Host is super easy to communicate with. Great value for the money and location is close to Coligny plaza and the new Celebration park. The pools indoor and outdoor were well maintained which was a hit with the kids. I highly recommend this place!!

Great location, Ok property
Great location. Owner was responsive during my stay for the issues that arose: (1) deadbolt on main entry door was broken and would not lock from the outside. Owner didn't see the need to have it repaired but after my insistence said that he would send someone to repair it. No one ever came. We would have felt safer if the door would have locked property. (2) Upon arrival at first glance, the property appeared clean. However, later during our stay, we noticed that the bed sheets had sand in them. There was also food stuck to one of the bedroom door knobs. We also found a soda can on the patio in plain view. Clearly, the cleaning process was lacking...not good during Covid times. (3) One of the bathroom shower/tub's drain was clogged for the last few days of our stay, making it unusable. We were then only able to use one of the two shower/tubs, which was inconvenient. The owner indicated that someone would come to fix it, but no one ever came. Also, the sofa in the second living room area had several stains on it...needs replaced. Not something you'd want to sit on. Owner was easy to communicate with during our stay and during the booking process...the above issues though made our stay a bit less than satisfactory.

Sweet 16 Celebration for My Daughter
We spent a four-day weekend at this property to celebrate my middle daughter's 16th birthday. The group included two adults (me and my sister-in-law) and 5 16-year-old-girls. The layout was perfect for us. The girls had their own "suite" with the second bedroom, bathroom, room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but we piled on extra comforters the second night and they said it was better. Perfect location - easy walk to the beach and the girls could easily drive to shop and eat out. They also enjoyed the indoor pool in the evenings. The hallways are incredibly humid due to the pool and open areas, but it's summer in the south, right? Great value and exactly what we needed.

Perfect!
We LOVED this property and will definitely be back. The rooms and separated and perfect for “tweenagers” to have their own side, including their own balcony and living area! Great location to beach and Coligny! Had a great trip :)

Great beach access
This condo is conveniently located just a block and a half to the beach. I was able to start out every morning with a walk on the beach and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. The floors and furnishings of the condo are fresh and attractive. The kitchen and bathroom finishes are older, but that didn't not impact the enjoyability of our trip. This condo is a great value for its location.

Ok stay for a few days
I have spoken to the owner regarding the issues from my stay. He is aware of the updates that are needed and will work towards the repairs. I would recommend more thorough check in instructions on the VRBO site or meeting the renters there for check in. We were locked out of the unit multiple times, repaired the door for the owner so that it could not happen to the next renter.

perfect senior trip property
Myself and 7 other girls stayed here for our senior trip and had the absolute best time! Even though Coronavirus ruined our senior year, this trip definitely made up for it! Super fast walk to the beach and coligny plaza! Overall 10/10 recommend!

Good, just not our style!
Overall, all was good. This was a girls trip so the location of the property was not what we expected and dampened our spirits (for a minute). The headlines that indicate this property is a 2 minute walk to beach is not correct. It was a 9 minute walk, either direction we took. The property is in a good location that is an easy short 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk to coligny area and tiki hut. Pictures show an outdoor pool but it’s not on the actual property and we didn’t find instructions on how to find or use the outdoor pool. The indoor pool wasn’t our style so we didn’t use it. Note: the indoor pool makes the common areas very humid. Inside the unit is spacious, clean and roomy for several people, we had 3 and had plenty of room. The master has a king bed that was somewhat comfy. The 2nd bedroom has a full/queen bed and a twin bed. Twin bed was extremely hard so no one slept on that. The full/queen bed was ok. The complex is very much an apartment style feel to your vacay. Overall good.

Great Condo for our Family of 5
We had a great vacation! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. My kids loved having their own wing of the condo. The pools were great and the beach was only a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.
