Nella camera da letto principale abbiamo un letto king size super confortevole in stile tempurpedic. Nella seconda camera da letto abbiamo un nuovissimo letto matrimoniale in gel. - In questi letti dormirai come un bambino!-
Si trova in un'ottima posizione. A pochi minuti da tutte le principali autostrade di cui potresti avere bisogno a Dallas: US75, I635, Dallas North Tollway.
Grandi opportunità di shopping nelle vicinanze (l'elegante Galleria Mall), fantastici ristoranti e bar e intrattenimento di qualità a 5 minuti di macchina.

Excellent experience both with the host & the property. Communication was clear, thorough, & timely. The location felt surprisingly secluded & quiet given the location. Quick access to highways & all of the locations we wanted to visit in town. Superior dining options nearby. In unit garage parking was a nice plus.

This condo was perfect location for my surgery at Methodist. Very comfortable bed in Master Bedroom. Lots of pillows and extra blankets, towels, etc. Perfect seating in living room for after my surgery. This location is very quiet, no traffic or noise at all. Kitchen is very well equipped and no need to pack things from home. Driving into the garage and walking into the kitchen is a big plus for security. We felt safe there. Host was very nice and accommodating. She gave many details about the property that were helpful before our check in. I would stay there again.

The owner is excellent and very accommodating. The rooms and showers are wonderful. The back is lovely and it is wonderful to be able to grill
Great location to the highway shops and restaurants. My only complaint are the towels are a little old and only one tv in the main living room. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Dallas.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here for our short time in Texas. The house is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a Roku on which you can sign in to your Netflix. Thanks for having us!

You won't regret staying here!
Fabulous place! Very peaceful and private. Felt like new. Well-equipped and super clean and cozy. Edina is very responsive and thoughtful.
My wife is a tremendous hard-working stay at home mom and I just wanted to get her out of the house. for a few days. I looked at a lot of properties in DFW area, and I am glad I found this one! Edina kindly granted us a generous late check out, so we are able to really relax even on our final day.

My son and I rented this apartment for four days and it couldn’t have been nicer! My bedroom had a very comfy king bed, walk-in closet and a large walk-in shower. His room had a very comfortable mattress and a setup for a mini office with a printer! Also nice bedding n towels. The kitchen was well equipped with coffees n creamers, various spices other guests had left and even disposable food storage containers. It felt like I was in a friend’s home. The neighborhood is upscale and felt very safe. Plenty of food/grocers around. I would go back!

My son and I rented this apartment for four days and it couldn’t have been nicer! My bedroom had a very comfy king bed, walk-in closet and a large walk-in shower. The kitchen was well equipped with coffees n creamers, various spices other guests had left and even disposable food storage containers. It felt like I was in a friend’s home. The neighborhood is upscale and felt very safe. Plenty of food/grocers around. I would go back!

Cozy condo in a great location
I very much enjoyed my stay here. This two bedroom condo has everything you need and then some (three blenders!). The bathrooms are great and the master has a rain fall shower head, which is always nice. The pool is nearby. Plenty of good food and shopping within 1.5 miles. Celestial Park nearby is worth going to for a walk.
One minor issue, was the smell of the home. It definitely has alot of synthetic fragrance everywhere. Plug-ins in the wall, glade sticks hidden in all the corners...not sure if it's covering something up but it was definitely noticeable and the fragrance smell could be a bit much when coming in and out. That can be easily rectified with an ozone machine or some other remedial measures.
That aside...I would stay there again!!

A power failure knocked out the NEST thermostat which required a PIN number to reset. We didn't see the PIN anywhere and were leaving the next morning so we did not bother the owners.
Be aware that there is an extra cost for more than two adults. ($10/night). This wasn't stated anywhere on the listing - perhaps that could be added for future clients so there is no confusion.
In addition, there is also a $75 cleaning fee and a $30 administrative fee along with a $52 service fee. (The latter is likely VRBO cost.)
I expect the large deposit ($300) to be refunded completely and promptly. While this is five to ten times higher deposit than other properties I have rented, I honor the owner's choice here.

Clean but lacking basics
I’ll start by saying this condo was very clean. However, I was disappointed in many things I consider to be basic. There were no paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen. When I inquired about this, the owner told me she wasn’t required to provide paper towels and I could “buy them anywhere for $1.00”. In the master bathroom there was one washcloth hanging on the towel bar (for two people). I found two hand towels in the closet, one of which went to the kitchen for use in there. The bath towels that were out for use were very thin and old. I found much nicer towels in the dresser drawer. The second bedroom bedding was too small for the bed, looked like full size on a queen bed. Very disappointing after the reviews I had read.

Wonderful Condo, Great Location
This lovely condo met our needs and was very comfortable. Joe and Edina were very accommodating and helpful in every way. The beds are so comfortable so we were able to sleep like we were home! We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and this one is everything that is described. The location was perfect for our visits to family & friends. Thank you Joe & Edina, Rod & Mary Lou

We have used VBRO on other occasions, and this rental was great. The owner Edina was very helpful when we inquired about the location, as we wanted to be near other family who live in the area. Edina was also helpful when we needed to extend our stay by one day.
The furniture and beds in this condo were very comfortable an everything was very clean. We were very happy to have the garage since it was raining on a couple of days.
We can definitely highly recommend this property to those who are visiting the Dallas area.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed
The property was perfect for our needs. Located in north Dallas it was just minutes from family that we came to visit. There are an amazing number of restaurants in the area offering every cuisine imaginable. The property is very well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. Despite being in a large building with other units, it was very quiet. Owners are responsive and nice to work with, I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Location!
This condo's location for us was the best thing as we had access to all things we desired to do especially our older son as his apartment was less than 10 minutes driving time. It met nearly all our needs for comfortable. The only negative was the TV service from Spectrum's Roku. The owner informed me that Spectrum is the only option that she has. Maybe in the future their service will improve. We hope this condo is available if we return to Dallas.

Nice area and condo...........
The place was very nice and clean, you have a nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. In a nice neighborhood and have 1 private garage. The place have one television, which that is fine, the owner provided internet service and Netflix for entertainment. I personally, recommend local HD antenna for local channels. The owner was very polite and responsive to any questions we had. Will come back again......

Perfect Condo
We stayed in Dallas for two nights in July 2017. The condo was perfect for what we needed: a location between Dallas and Frisco, and enough space for a family of 4. The condo was clean, well-kept, and the beds were very comfortable. The showers with the large rainfall shower heads were wonderful, the living room furniture looked brand new, and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo was in a very quiet area, never heard a peep from any of the neighbors. Best of all, the owner was very helpful and quite prompt with any questions I had. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rebook the next time we visit Dallas.
