The four bedrooms were obviously more than we needed with just my husband, our two Labs and me for a month. But we loved having room to spread out. The backyard is very user-friendly for dogs to go out and also to go a few steps downstairs into the pool area (which, frankly, looks like something out of a small resort). The views of the mountains are amazing. Ted was THE most receptive host we have ever encountered, as he made sure we had all the creature comforts of a real home for the entire month. He is a gem with whom to work! We will definitely go back again!!

I don’t think I could say more positive things about our stay at Suffolk. The location was central to our adventures and the house was awesome with the pool, jacuzzi and the views of the nearby mountains, all with privacy. If you have a medium sized family looking for a relaxing home base, Suffolk Hills is the one for you. Ted is also a good dude, he’ll fix you up right!

We had a great time during our visit in Tucson the house was awesome. It exceeded our expectations, very roomy. We enjoyed the multiple areas outside sitting areas. The beds were com, the house was clean and well appointed for cooking. The location was perfect and very convenient. Ted was extremely responsive with a couple of questions we had while we stayed. I recommend this property.

Spectacular views and nonstop swimming in the Catalina foothills. Despite the summer heat, we were able to relax, swim and enjoy the amazing views and incredible wildlife. Ted was extremely helpful, and even when we had an issue, his responses were immediate. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed here over Fourth of July and had a great view of the fireworks. The owner was very quick to respond if I had any questions. Great area!

It alway nice to stay in this property. We feel like it's our home away from home. Its clean, spacious and the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. We will be staying here again on our next staycation.

Our family of 7 stayed here for 2-days in May. There were no concerns of space as this property is very spacious. When we arrived, we had to reach out to the owner as we had a question and he replied within minutes and was very responsive. We actually changed around our vacation plans for one of the days and stayed at the home enjoying the pool and the amenities of the property. If we ever make it back to Tucson, we will absolutely stay here again and I would recommend this property to anyone.

We live in Colorado and were done with snow and cold weather. We stayed for two weeks and loved the transition to summer. The property was very clean and spacious. The check in process was very easy and all communication with the property owner was faster than we have had at any other place we have stayed. The private deck and pool area were daily places for us to relax after a day of golf, biking and hiking and was a perfect setting for happy hour watching the sunset behind the massive cactus. We would highly recommend the property and will return again for another winter transition.

The Royal Suffolk is very convenient to most anything you want to do in Tucson. Three miles to the Loop bike trail, less than a mile to the Pima Canyon trailhead and convenient to many other excellent hikes, five minutes to three major grocery stores and decent restaurants. The heated pool was usable but not heated in Feb-Mar. The hot tub was a welcome retreat after a 6-mile hike or 40 mile bike ride.

7 best girlfriends spent our week here and loved every minute! The home and outdoor spaces were perfect. Too bad the weather did t allow us to spend a lot of time out by the pool 😢. We loved the big dining area for playing games and cards and each bedroom had comfortable beds! Will definitely rent from Ted again!

This is a very nice property in close proximity to everything you would need. It was well equipped with comfortable furniture, bedding, and entertainment. The host was very communicative and quickly responded to anything we needed.

Immaculately cared for property with all of the amenities; attentiveness and prompt communication with the owner who was truly interested in the quality of the stay; and a incredible view of the city of Tucson from above. Everything was perfect! The property is private, quiet and secluded. The views are beautiful! The house is well stocked, clean and so comfortable. We are definitely coming back to this property next year!

Really nice home with a well-appointed kitchen (lots of coffee and tea, which we made great use of!). Location is close to many good restaurants. Perfect weather in Tucson this time of year and the pool was clean and refreshing. House was clean, although housekeeping could do a bit better job of dusting and checking dates on items in fridge. Very small issue in an otherwise outstanding stay! Looking forward to returning.

This property was amazing for our family! More than enough room for the 8 of us. Pool was great. Love the location!! Awesome sunsets!! It was perfect. I highly recommend this rental property. We even wanted to extend our stay because we didn't want to leave!!

Our stay was enjoyable and celebrated with family. The pictures were spot on and it felt like home away from home. Do let the owner know if more than 5 cars come over for a celebration. Neighbors are strictly enforcing the rules and rightfully so. Bbq worked amazingly and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed. Thank you again for the amazing memory. -T

This place was amazing to stay in. Very clean, the wifi wasn't working when we got there and the owners came right over and fixed it. Pool was great and very close to a lot of places to eat. Me and my family would stay here again.

We loved this quiet, private area with a pool and jacuzzi. It’s close to everything we needed and no more than 25 minutes from most attractions. There is plenty of room to spread out inside and outside. We really enjoyed the desert scenery too.

We had a great time using this house as a home base for hiking around the area. The location is nearby groceries and great restaurants. The house is great and the views during the day and night are amazing. Everything is well stocked. Our only issue was that the pool was freezing and unusable for our kids. This wasn't a huge concern, as they still enjoyed sitting by the pool and the hot tub was still very usable. We would certainly consider staying here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Ted set the tone early by making sure we could get in the house ahead of the check in time. The lock worked as described and was easy to operate. The neighborhood is what I consider to be “old Tucson.” I prefer the type of neighborhood that isn’t perfectly manicured but has more of a funky feel to it. I had never stayed this far west before but was not disappointed. There are so many restaurants of all types within 15 minutes of the house. The Safeway grocery was .5 miles away. The hot tub was such a bonus!

Roomy property with every amenity one could ask for. Property owners made us feel very welcome. Tremendous views! Plenty of privacy. Close to stores and restaurants but far enough away not to be bothered by the traffic that generally accompanies such things. I would definitely stay here again.

We left the Seattle drizzle and were delighted with the Tucson sun during our stay. The house is very well set up and provisioned. It is neat and clean. The location on the hilltop is wonderful. The patio, pool area, and hot top are all well maintained. The views are great, the hot tup delightful, the proximity to outdoor adventures, hiking, shopping, and dining could not be better. Our host, Ted, answered the few questions we had very quickly. We will plan to return next year.
