The location is awesome, such peace and tranquility. The chalets are well equipped with all your needs. Great braai facilities. the WhatsApp messages are an added bonus which is such a great personal touch. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing :)

The level of service and communication provided was truly commendable. I particularly appreciated the team's prompt and efficient responses, which significantly contributed to a seamless experience throughout our stay.
I had requested a special arrangement during my visit, and I was delighted by the team's willingness and proactive approach in fulfilling my request promptly and without any inconvenience.
The serene ambiance of the area coupled with the tranquil atmosphere at River Rock Resort provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, creating a relaxing environment that greatly enhanced our overall experience.
Due to the recent heat wave, there was a slight issue with ants in the area where the snacks and champagne were prepared. We were able to resolve it swiftly without any significant disruption to our enjoyment.

The staff were fantastic and friendly - great check-in. The bathroom and bath was a real treat.
The kitchen is old and didn’t have a lot of facilities in it. We ended up eating out instead of making a braai because we didn’t feel like we comfortably had everything

A self catering, but they offered a full kitchentte. Gas stove and solar exceeded our expectations. The room had an extra blanket fort this cold season. Everything was absolutely amazing. Will definitely go back.

I for one loved the no Wi-Fi. We got to actually relax and unwind,what we went there for.

The hospitality, warmth and kindness of Telené and Denise was beyond our expectations. The beautiful scenery was perfect for those Instagram worthy shots. The neatness and cleanliness of the rooms was top notch and let's not forget the surprise welcome snack. Thank you Denise for accommodating my absent-mindedness - your genuine kindness literally left me at a loss for words ♥️

The place was so lovely, we had so much fun. it was a chilled stay. Is the natural sound that the place carries (birds, water name it all. To top it all the place is close to restaurants and shops.
the solar inventor was not working that weekend but we were told on time. Loved how they communication.
