BOURNEMOUTH - Nuovissimo appartamento con una camera da letto arredato ad un alto livello con tutte le nuove attrezzature da cucina. Ha il suo ingresso privato, posto auto su un vialetto privato e un patio / giardino recintato. Situato a 2 minuti dal fiume Stour con un sacco di aree per camminare con cani, pub locali, negozi, takeways, supermercati nelle vicinanze. Belle passeggiate lungo il fiume a Iford e Tuckton. Historic Christchurch Quay (7 minuti in auto) dove è possibile noleggiare una barca in estate, caffè, negozi, bar, ristoranti e vita notturna eccellente. Riserva naturale di Hengistbury Head e Southbourne beach in auto -5 minuti di distanza - Cani ammessi. JP Morgan a piedi o 5 minuti in auto. Bournemouth con miglia di premiate spiagge dorate. Un po 'più lontano c'è la New Forest con Great Cycling Routes, Salisbury, Sandbanks, Poole, Brownsea Island, Studland, Swanage, Corfe Castle e Purbecks con Beautiful Scenery. Camminatori, ciclisti e Dog Walker deliziano. Lymington bel porto turistico, città con un mercato di qualità con olive e bancarelle di pane di un sabato, traghetto per Isola di Wight in modo da poter girare l'isola di Wight. Collegamenti di viaggio; un minuto a piedi dalle fermate degli autobus, dalle stazioni di Pokesdown e Christchurch nelle vicinanze. Bournemouth Airport 10 minuti in auto. Campi da golf, campi da tennis e centri ricreativi nelle vicinanze. Pacchetto di benvenuto per la colazione Cereali, tè, caffè, latte, zucchero, pane e burro.

Pam has thought of everything you would need on a break. The flat is immaculate. A lot of amenities close by . Short walk to river and local pub . Pam was a lovely host and checked to see if everything was O.K. and even made us a cake on arrival ( cake was excellent).

The flat was perfect. Very clean. You didn’t want for anything. Had everything you could need. Very quiet. Small garden was perfect for dogs. Lovely walk by the river & field for dogs to run in 2 minutes away. Very good location to visit places nearby. Would recommend 100%.

Lovely property exactly as advertised. In a great location near to sandy beaches ,shops, take aways and the Iford Bridge pub just a two minute walk

Excellent holiday home for 2 humans and a dog! :). The flat was very well resourced and the bread, milk, butter etc was very welcome.
It was spotlessly clean and the garden was an added bonus. Good location with dog walking fields close by.

Fabulous flat in perfect location
I was greeted by Pam on my arrival following a 10 hour drive and she made myself and my dog feel very welcome. Pam had left a personalised, comprehensive information sheet about the flat and equipment and a nice welcome pack. The flat is well equipped with up-to-date kitchen appliances, TV with Netflix and broadband. The flat is nicely furnished and very clean, with a comfy bed. There is a small garden with table and chairs. My dog, who doesn't enjoy going away from home, settled in very quickly and was extremely relaxed which made our stay very enjoyable. There are lots of really good walks close by and Pam has a file full of details about walks and things to do in the area. I will certainly be returning to stay at this lovely flat.

Fabulous stay at Christchurch
The apartment was just as described, spotlessly clean and we were well catered for, we appreciated the lovely touches such as a home made cake and bottle of wine. Pam was very helpful and gave us lots of great tips with regards to places to visit etc. Thank you Pam, we had a fabulous break in Christchurch and would highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved our stay in Christchurch . Beautiful very well equipped flat . Everything was high quality . Very cosy and immaculately clean . Pam and husband were great . Couldn’t get a channel on tv and within a few minutes it had been sorted by Pams husband . We love Dorset and it was a great location to get to many beautiful areas . Would love to visit again . A Wonderful Stay
This property is first class. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with many unexpected extras. The owners made us feel very welcome. My only complaint is the stay wasn't long enough!! We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a short break. Property was in a good location for visiting Bournemouth/Christchurch and surrounding areas. It was clean and well-equipped. No complaints .... and the weather was great too for our first post-lockdown trip! Thanks Pam x

Perfect 5 star apartment
Had a warm welcome from Pam, the owner. She was very helpful in giving us ideas where to go and what to do as the weather was not great. The apartment was lovelly and cosy with attention to detail in every way. Would recommend you try this without hesitation. It is a good base to travel from. Hope to return again.

Perfect little flat for a relaxing stay.
Thoroughly enjoyed our mini break, was a a superb location for day trips out and only a few mins from Bournemouth. The flat was trendy and nicely laid out, so enjoyed lazy mornings and relaxing in the evenings. Will definately be back soon.
