Incredible light and space in this 2000 square-foot seaside, two-story condo. The open floor plan and loft-style living room and game room with 16 ft windows make this home ideal for families or groups – plenty of room to entertain, relax and enjoy your stay!

Only ½ block to one of the best beaches in LA! Enjoy a daily walk on the Venice Pier for sunsets and checking out the surfers up close. A main strip with tons of restaurants, shops, surf lessons, bike rentals, etc. is only 3 blocks away. The marina with sailing, stand-up-paddle, fishing, boating is less than a mile away. The home is fully equipped with wifi, Roku TV, BBQ, pool table, games, fireplace. There is one gated parking space that fits a suburban or smaller for your convenience.

The loft game room has a pool table, darts, board games and a tv.

There are two outdoor spaces – the upstairs patio with tables & chairs and another balcony right off the kitchen with a gas BBQ grill.

The condo has a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking and includes dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, pots/ pans, dishes, starter spices and a wine fridge. And we always provide a shampoo, soap and coffee for your stay.

The game room has a full-sized futon that can be pulled out for sleeping.

Great location two blocks from beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Property had everything we needed wirh plenty of room for guests to spread out. Good communication with owner who made sure our stay was a good one. Overall, a great property and location just south of the hustle and bustle of Venice Beach. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect! it’s right next to the beach in a location that is not overwhelmingly touristy. We were walking distance to plenty of food and a short ride to some other meal spots. Nicole was communicative and super helpful from the time we booked until we checked out. Could not recommend enough!

Grandkids really enjoyed organizing a pool tournament for us. Nice location for a walk to the beach and to pick up dinner. Really appreciated the list of 'owner favorites' in the notebook. It was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Can’t say enough about the host and this get-away. Location was great, and amenities in the condo were great- kitchen stocked with everything you need from spices , to lots of pots, pans ,etc. All beds sooooo comfy- very clean and the host was responsive and so helpful when it came to things to do! Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area - close to lots of shopping , food and close enough to downtown LA, but far enough away as well:). Had a blast!

Phenomenal stay at this very spacious, well decorated home. We instantly felt at home and everything was easy from the well stocked supplies to the wonderful secure parking area and easy to use TV. The area was perfect for walking and jogging, great restaurants, phenomenal beach access and easy travel throughout the region. Nicole, the owner was fantastic both in proactivity and communication. Would highly recommend this property for both individuals and larger families! The California large beds were amazing! Thank you Nicole for the wonderful stay and communication!

Spot was really clean and spacious. Lots of fun activities to do while at the home, with the beach just steps away. Beds were clean and very comfortable Owner very responsive when we landed to coordinate check in and any other questions we had. No hassles, would rent again.

The property was perfect for us, a family group of 5 adults. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the location was excellent, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a range of bars, shops and restaurants. Yes, as some previous reviews have mentioned, it is a bit tired and the blown glass in the large windows is an eyesore but the positives outweigh the negatives.

We loved this place! Very calming, great location for walking to restaurants, and wonderful host. We were in on business and needed 3 private restrooms. Perfect retreat! Wish we would have had time for pool and darts in the upstairs loft. Maybe next time.

The weather wasn’t super warm but we still enjoyed Venice and this condo. The pool table was such a fun addition- it really helped fill some down time! It was a very spacious, quiet and clean space. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay on the west coast and the home was beautiful. The condo is within walking distance of the beach and perfectly decorated to give off a beach vibe. The kids loved the game room and spent most of the time upstairs. Checkin and checkout was extremely easy and Nicole was very accommodating. I loved that Starbucks was just a short walk down the street. We enjoyed every minute of it and would highly recommend!

What this house lacks in luxury, it makes up for it in cleanliness and comfort. The house has everything we needed to spread out and sleep well. The area was quiet, king beds were comfortable, and extras like blankets & space heaters are readily available. Nicole was very responsive when we had questions. Literally just a few steps from the beach. Having parking under the building and an elevator to the 2nd flooor (PH) was helpful.

It was exactly as advertised with nothing fancy but well thought out areas. Great for families of all ages or a large group with big bed rooms and a pool table. Kitchen stocked well. my must is a hot shower- well done. Close to a less traveled part of Venice beach . my grandkids loved the space and the disney channel Their parents liked living areas. Recommend highly .

I can't say enough great things about this property! Fantastic location close to the beach and lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance. My friends and I stayed over a long weekend. No issues at all! There was 6 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Owner was a pleasure to work with, they even got us in a little early check-in. Thank you again for the great time!
