Beautiful property! Will definitely be coming back best stay we had. The front desk was very helpful and let us check in at 1pm after driving 3hrs. Close to the beach and boardwalk, and many shops close by.

There was no dislikes it was amazing!

Cheap place to stay, but great area for vacation.

The location just being a block away from the beach and boardwalk also if your a person that doesn’t like to spend a lot of money on their hotel room this is the place for you. We were also lucky enough to get a really good spot room. On the second floor at the end right next to the steps and looked out into the pool.

Basically you are paying for the bare minimum… it wasn’t the cleanest but it was “do able”. Dead bugs were on the walls, the lamp was dirty, then we get to the bathroom… this was probably the worst area. The door (which was like falling off basically) didn’t shut like at all then the toilet wouldn’t flush for some reason. My boyfriend finally figured out that you had to hold down the handle the whole time it was flushing or it wouldn’t work. Shower was ok not the worst but we only received bar soap for your body no shampoo or conditioner so make sure you bring your own. Also while brushing my teeth I noticed a huge ball of black hair, gum, a cap and what looked to be some type of pill stuck in the drain. Eww was all I could say to that. Plus we kept hearing a lot of water noises coming from the bathroom not sure what it was exactly though. We were on the second floor which was nice but there were people in the room above ours which we could hear very loudly moving around and such. Then we get to the microwave which worked fine with an additional minute to make Mac and cheese. Then the next time we went to use it, it barley worked.

The location

Alot of sand in room , had to be out of pool area by 9- was still daylight outside . Workers didn't speak English was hard to communicate with regarding needing new towels an garbage bags etc..

The pool

The water dripping continuesly in the bathroom from the room above all week. Bathroom floor was always wet. Geting wet from it dripping as your using the toilet.

Its cool for a place to drop your bags and head out. Not built for comfort but practical.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was very clean. the fridge and microwave worked.

No closet! tv is difficult to work. No parking unless you pay and even if you pay for a parking pass, theres no guarantee you will have a parking spot. No exaust fan in the bathroom. Had to ask for wash cloths since there were none in the room. One dimly lit lamp in the corner was the only source of light.

the deadbolt on the door the television didn’t connect to the cable had to pay for parking for 2 days and was never able to pack in the parking lot because it was overpacked the blinds were ripped all the way up i brought up all these problems when checking out and the girl basically just asked if i wanted a reciept

It wasn’t a good stay I won’t be coming back , don’t recommend .

They let some people in the pool but not us, wifi sucks , no room service , no phones . Bed it’s really uncomfortable .

The TV was cracked and broken. We spent most of our evening on the beach so we really didn't need the TV.

The location is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants.

It was disgusting. Filthy carpets, bedsheets, bathroom, everything!

Location was close to fish tails like we wanted but that's it!

The room was dirty, towels were stained. Was told a guy cleaned it but then was asked if it was cleaned. Found beer caps French fries and trash on the floor....found cigarette ashes in the bathroom. Pool wasn't cleaned.. Just not what I'd expect for the price I paid. Toilet seat didn't even fit it was the wrong shape for the toilet

Terrible!!!

Nothing

Very run down building. No maid service. Dirty room with very poor TV. Never return there. No security. Other guests outside party till 2-00 am . Keeping us awake. Stayed there several years ago. It was not a bad hotel , but not now it’s a dump!
