The house was amazing!! There was everything we could ever need for the beach there. The pool was great!!! The house was beautiful everything was super clean. Lots of space for the 11 of us. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ted’s property for our 30a Memorial Day vacation. Both the house itself and the location were perfect to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast. The house had everything we needed—a beautiful pool, kitchen supplies, towels, a golf cart, and most importantly SPACE! And on top of that, Ted was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond, kind, professional, and extremely passionate. We highly recommend this property, and will be looking forward to booking again ourselves in the future.

The house was great, very clean, updated and had everything that we needed for a fantastic vacation. The pool area was perfect for the times that we were not at the beach. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Loved having the golf cart.

Perfect property. Clean!! Owner is super responsive if you need anything. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nothing we couldn’t find if we needed it. The pool was very big! We paid to heat it and was perfect. Plenty of space inside and outside for our group of 7. Bikes, beach chairs, seriously everything we needed was there. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We started talking about this trip last November. As we reashered properties, we kept coming back to this one and we're so glad we chose it! The kids slept downstairs and it was their haven! The grown ups took over upstairs and enjoyed evert amenity it offered. We cooked every meal thanks to your well equipped kitchen.
The kids swam every single day in your heated pool. We enjoyed the beach at Blue Mountain and Grayton. Loved Seaside and Angelina's for pizza. We hope to be back! Thank you for this awesome getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 8. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were just perfect and we were a long walk or short ride to the beach.

We had a great stay at Ted’s home. Everything is perfect. The home was perfectly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The fenced in pool area was wonderful for our two dogs. The beds felt like we were staying in a luxury resort or hotel. We will definitely be back in the future!

The house was extremely homey and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was incredibly clean.
We loved shulk Gulley for dinner, the Growler Garage for beer and Pazzo Haliano. Also Goatfeathers had a GREAT happy hour.

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 14 of us. ages 11 month to 70. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing. Santa Rosa was very nice and quiet for the family. We make yearly trips to the beach but this was the best place we have stayed. Ted was awesome he text to check in on us and make sure we were have a good time. We will definitely reach out to him again. Highly recommend this place.

Perfection!
This house is perfect for your vacation! We have stayed at many homes which have all be nice for the most part, but this one was the best. They have everything you need - plenty of space inside and out - the pool is and outdoor space is the perfect space for entertaining or just relaxing . The host was very friendly and attentive.. you won’t regret this one!

Couldnt have asked for a more perfect home. Great location, great amenities. The rental fit all 14 of the family easily. We cooked meals and enjoyed the pool daily. Ted was the best host I’ve encountered in years.

Privacy in paradise
My family enjoyed our 5 night stay at this exceptional home. The owner was very helpful and accessible. The privacy at the location is hard to find and top notch. There was every measure of entertainment from bikes to beach sundries. 2 full size refrigerators were great for keeping pool drinks cool. We brought our own cleaning supplies and soaps but those were available already. The kitchen includes just about everything you could imagine. Plenty of towels and in-home washer and dryer are a welcome feature for a beach trip. There were dozens of places to eat both in walking and biking distance. Highly recommend for families.

Paradise !
The comfort of the house, the cleanness, and everything working sharply, plus the hospitality of the owner made us to have an extraordinary time with the fam!
We were 10 people, 6 adults, 3 teenagers one 10 year old and 2 dogs!
we all had an awesome time! Escaping from the cold New Jersey we wanted to spend the holidays in a warm destination, and Santa Rosa beach was beautiful 😍 we felt in love with the beach, sand, ocean oh! And the sunsets ❣️
Ted was the best host that we ever had ! he even put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations through out the house. Certainly this was one of our best vacations!

Amazing home & great location!
We loved our stay here! Our large group of friends (13) was able to comfortably enjoy the space. Plenty of seating! We also especially enjoyed the beach gear - one less thing we had to think about bringing ourselves. Ted was very accommodating and responsive as well. Would absolutely book this home again!

There were lots of nice homes in the area, but this place was amazing. Not only was this home affordable, and very well located, but it had everything you needed and everything you didn’t think to remember you needed. The pool was very nice. The house is in an awesome location. Close to the beach, shops, & bars. And not far from PCB if you want to get around a younger crowd. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very spacious!! Ted was the best host. He may be the best you’ll encounter working with Airbnb. He was extremely THOROUGH. Also super kind and helpful with more than just the house. I hope he has other properties that I can make trips to as I know that it will be very well accommodated and taken care of. Thank you Ted. Again, if you go to Santa Rosa, STAY HERE!! ☺️

#1 Vacation House
My 5 grown children, husband and I spent the week at Nivel Del Mar. After visiting the areas of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary and Destin for many years, we all agree this is our favorite house and location. We enjoyed the fabulous pool, porches and quite neighborhood. The beds are all very comfortable and kitchen well stocked for our needs. The house was very clean when we arrived. We girls enjoyed all the art, pictures, do dads (birds on shelf, butterflies, lighted pictures over stairwell. The TV's were awsome. Yes this is our #1 vacation house. We will be back! Thank you Ted!

Best Family Gathering Ever!
Words cannot describe our stay at the Nivel Del Mar! The house had everything we needed to cook our meals, including outside grilling! We were very close to public beach access but the pool was truly wonderful for cooling off at the end of the day and playing water volleyball with our family! But the best part of all was Ted, our host, who was fantastic! He was always available if we had a question or needed something for our stay. Nivel Del Mar is the best!

Great place. In a quiet area of BMB which was nice but still close enough to multiple beach spots. Pool was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. House had plenty of room for 3 families. Owner was exceptionally responsive. New appliances and rugs and paint kept it fresh. Would stay here again.

Tropical paradise!
I loved everything about this house! The host was so communicative and helpful and easy to work with. The house had everything we needed, we particularly loved the huge pool area and the screened in front porch. Also the bikes were such a nice amenity! There was such beautiful plants and flowers surrounding the whole house, it just made it feel like paradise! 10/10 recommend.

Blue mountain beach keep me forever 🥰
The house is breath taking! Absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! It easily accommodated our 3 families. The pool is amazing. If our kids could of lived in the pool they would of. The pool is such a nice touch and the perfect size! The house had everything we needed. It felt like home! From pots and pans to beach chairs. The little extras was nice & made it stress-free. The property manager Ted was easy to contact. If we had an issue he got someone there in a timely manner to fix it and if we had a simple question he was right there to answer. My family is so thankful for this opportunity to make such wonderful memories in this beautiful home! This is by far the best rental we have stayed in! Ted has thought of everything and made vacationing at this rental completely stress-free! This rental all together is way better than 5stars! We will definitely be booking again!

Lovely House and AWESOME pool
We very much enjoyed our stay for Spring Break. The house is spacious and lovely with lots of places to relax both inside and out. It was perfect for our group of four adults and four children. The large saltwater pool was definitely the highlight of the house for the little ones. It was nicely heated for this time of year and very clean/tidy. We used the grill everyday and the extra refrigerator space and ice maker in the garage were very handy! We enjoyed all the recommendations of the owner for food, beach and hiking. We would suggest getting a golf cart for the week. It came in very handy with the children and packing everything to the beach each day. They delivered the golf cart so it was there when we arrived and they picked it up the day we left. It was awesome.

Great family home
We just had a fantastic week in this home. We had 5 kids 2-11 and all were always entertained by the amenities inside and out. Short walk, bike, golf cart ride to the East and west ends of the Santa Rosa Area. Ted was amazing and super communicative. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful & Inviting Family Beach Home
Thank you Ted for providing such a beautiful and welcoming home for our family of six plus dog to celebrate Christmas this year. We could not have asked for a better setup, location and amenities. We loved riding our bikes, relaxing in the spa and lounging by the serene pool. We made memories at the kitchen table playing endless and often, hilarious family games. We were able to be safely together during these “unprecedented” times. I don’t think we could have asked for a better experience and are so thankful that we could have this time in your home in Santa Rosa Beach. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back someday!

Family Vacation
The pictures of this place did not do it justice, it was much more beautiful in person. The décor was fabulous. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The location to the beach was very convenient and secluded. The house was well equipped with everything you need including umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys. Although there are houses right next door the fence and landscape around the pool area make it very private. Also, the fridge and ice maker in the garage was awesome. With all the amenities including TVs in every room and very comfortable beds it made for a very relaxing experience.

Family vacation
We rented the house for a family vacation which meant for our 3 children and their families. We had ages 2 to 62 in the house for the week. We found that the house meet our needs fully. We used the down stairs for the teenagers and their parents. Upstairs was for me and my husband and the other 2 children and the small kids. We loved the pool and the hot tube. We sent allot of time on the front porch and the side deck. We grilled and cooked on the deck several nights throughout the week. The house is very nice and up-to-date on decor. We would definitely rent it again. I was able to contact the owner directly for any problems that came up.

Awesome family home
Everything was just as the other reviews stated. The beds were so comfortable as well as the rest of the home. We had a great location. The Blue Mabel has great food. We traveled all around Blue Mtn Destin and Panama City for great snorkeling.
Everything went without a flaw. Ted was great to work with.
The only bad part was having to return home.

Thankful Thanksgiving
First time being away from home on Thanksgiving. But, this home made it so easy.
It is everything you see plus comfort. Ease of getting to anywhere
The house is spectacular. We found everything we needed at our fingertips. Clean. Inviting. My favorite spot is the enclosed front porch.
The grandkids and I got up every morning and went shelling. It took us under 10 minutes to have our toes in the beautiful white sand.It is in a neighborhood. And the neighbor's are very friendly.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS PROPERTY...THE PICTURES ARE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL FIND ... THE INTERIOR IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL...BUT THE SHINING STAR IS THE POOL...OMG..CLEAN, CLEAN AND CLEAN. ONE OF THE BEST POOLS OUT OF THE LAST FEW WE HAAVE RENTED. AS FOR THE OWNER, TED, HE WAS AMAZING . BEFORE WE ARRIVED WE WERE PLEASED TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM TED OUTLINING NOT ONLY THE PROPERTY BUT ALSO WHAT AWAITED US IN SANTA ROSA BEACH AREA ....FOOD, ACTIVITIES, AND BEST BEACH ACCESS!!!!! NEVER BEFORE HAVE WE RECEIVED SUCH PERSONALIZED INFORMATION. DURING OUR STAY WE HAD JUST A COUPLE ISSUES WITH THE POOL BUT ALL WE HAD TO DO IS CALL OR TEXT TED AND HE WAS RIGHT ON THE ISSUE..EVEN CALLED HIS MAINTENANCE
MAN TO COME OVER TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT! WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR VACATION TO BE WONDERFUL. THE BEDS MORE SO COMFY AND KITCHEN HAD ALL WE NEEDED. IT WAS ALSO A PLEASURE TO BE ABLE TO USE THE GARAGE TO UNLOAD AND LOAD OUR THINGS.
WE DID TAKE TED'S ADVICE ON GOING TO SHRIMPERS SEAFOOD AND GETTING OUR FAVORITE GULF SHRIMP( NOTHING ELSE COMPARES) AND HAVING THEM STEAM IT FOR US...OMG IT WAS WONDERFUL! NO MESS TO CLEAN UP SO WE COULD SPEND MORE TIME ENJOYING OUR TIME IN THE POOL.
WE HAVE SPENT TIME IN MANY LOCATIONS IN THE PANHANDLE BUT THIS HAD TO BE THE BEST HOME AND LOCATION YET! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TO TED....WE WILL BE BACK!

Great Fall Break week - love this house!!
We had the perfect week in Santa Rosa for our fall break. First experience in this area of 30A and it is our favorite. Not too crowded, great restaurants (Stinkys and Shunk Gulley are favorites), fun shops, best Ice cream at Pecan Jacks. Beaches are beautiful and not too crowded. And we cannot say enough about this house — it was perfect. Very clean, beds slept SO good we want the same at home, the house is so roomy and comfortable, TVs in every room with all the channels and movies you could want plus sports channels too, the pool was one of our favorite areas to hang out, very clean and perfect size large pool, and everything was beautifully decorated. They also have a very well stocked kitchen with great appliances and two extra refrigerators in the garage. We loved this home so much we are booking it again for next year.
My husband and I ran together every morning and we stopped at the health food store and had the best juice shots and smoothies. Our kids loved the fishing close by too.
Ted the owner is the best. He is so responsive and makes sure you have everything you need.

Perfect 30A getaway!
We absolutely loved everything about this rental! We have stayed in the Destin area a few times, so it was nice to stay in a familiar yet new area to explore. Santa Rosa Beach is stunning and so is this house, both inside & out! The pool is a nice touch as well as the screened in porch that we enjoyed coffee in every morning. The owner takes great pride in his house and it truly shows, both with his communication and the condition of this house & decor. We would definitely stay here again!

Large family; short stay
Myself and eleven members of my family stayed comfortably at this home. It was close to the beach, yet far enough away to not feel like your always covered in sand! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults were always found on the front or back deck. All of the beds slept comfortably and the linens were great. We really felt at home while staying here, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
