Комфортные большие номера. Мы брали семейный. Двухкомнатный. Водичка, чай кофе, халаты все есть

Когда бронировали указывали просьбу чтобы нас встретили - но не было ни кого. Обратно трансфер был. Отель если ехать из аэропорта находится в 15км, объезд видимо. За такси отдавали 55-60 юаней

The room is clean n bed comfortable. Room is spacious too. Staff very friendly & helpful. There are a lot of stalls & restaurants around that area n it’s opened tik 2am.

10 points for this airport hotel! Great stay!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I missed my flight due to some covid regulations and the hotel provided me not even with a room within 5 minutes, but also upgraded me. They also prepared some fruits and sweets on the coffee table. The receptionist spoke English and offered me her help via WeChat, which was just awesome. The room itself was spacious and very clean!

I did not manage to turn the A/C to heating mode but that was probably my fault:-)

We requested a crib, and the staff said we were not eligible for one, despite the booking.com booking which clearly states that we could request a free crib. Room smelled of smoke and cigarettes, we did not want a smoking room, and when we asked if this room could be changed the staff personnel just ran out of the room! It was almost midnight and we had our 21 month old child to put to sleep so could not push this, and accepted the situation as it was. There was also a lot of mold in the sink.

Curiously far from the airport for an airport hotel.

Standard amenities, what one expects from Holiday Inn. Bed was comfortable.

Climate control was not very adjustable. It got quite hit in the room. The biggest problem was the location. On maps, the hotel looks very close to the airport. But the free shuttle must be arranged ahead of time. The taxi took us through tiny villages and around the airport zone. So it actually took 30 minutes to reach our “conveniently located airport hotel.” The taxi dropped us off near the hotel. We had to walk the rest of the way. Insufficient signage telling us which way to go. Once there, the front desk said they could not call a taxi for me because they can’t get there. A little longer drive will get you into downtown Hangzhou, near West Lake, where all the action is.
