81 Newport Boulevard - Two week stay

The room was a good size with a double bed and a large sofa bed. Kitchen had all the utensils, cutlery & cups required. WiFi was fast for the two week stay with no loss of signal. Washing machine in the Toilet / Shower room was a bonus. A good, clean room. Well maintained swimming pool and outside garden area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many thanks.Recommended.

Couldn't hang clothes out to dry until night time but can understand why.

Spacious flat in very good location

- great location, close to terminal 3, in nice building with pool, with many shops and restaurants downstairs - very nice and helpful owner - easy check-in and late check-out - apartament is spacious and nicely equipped (maybe only hairdryer is lacking)

- apartament is really clean, but still some small cockroaches managed to enter :D

Convenient location, inconvenient check in process

Very convenient for terminal 3 (use the resorts world pedestrian bridge). Plenty of nearby food options.

As mentioned on other reviews, the check in process was a problem. We waited for over an hour for someone to meet us and battled to get good enough reception to be able to call.

clean, quiet and convenient

the property was clean, located right next to the airport and in a convenient neighborhood. in addition the apartment is quiet as it is located on a high floor and faces the inner courtyard (versus being on the busy road) There is a security guard that lets you into the building as well.

the only downside was that the wifi was a little slow. otherwise. the property was great!

Nice Place right next to the Airport.

Very convenient Condominium just across from the Airport so very handy if u have early flight, host very responsive and the apartment its really cozy u have convenient store just outside also.

In the afternoon when I checked in the security guard treat as I come to rob the place was very unprofessional and little rude. Other then that everything was fine.

Great overnight stay

Sheila, the caretaker, was very pleasant and patiently waited for our arrival at the lobby. We came late for our check-in due to a delay in our flight to Manila. The property owner Cecilia promptly replied to all my SMS leading up to this. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed including the power adapter for our electrical devices. Our overnight stay was quick, so we missed out on seeing the nearby establishments and use of the pool downstairs. The unit is central to many places and the airport, and well priced for its provisions and location.

It would be a plus if there were single-serve sachets for hot beverages (coffee and tea) provided. The unit we paid for (unit 7i) was different from where we stayed (unit 9D) but appeared similar in size and provisions. Although we wouldn't have known the difference, if any, in comfort, it would have been helpful if this was communicated to us beforehand.

24 hour front desk doesn't exist.

Everything except the check in experience.

After traveling 24 hours I could only check in with one hour delay, because the advertised 24 hour front desk doesn't exist and the properties phone number wasn't working. The guard didn't let me enter and refused to contact the host. I informed the host in advance about my flight number and arrived punctually, but nobody was there to let me in. I had no internet access as I just arrived in the Philippines and could only message the host after the nearby Savoy hotel allowed me to use their WiFi.

I’m coming back here to rent a condo for a month next time

I can’t find any fault except for the fact that I couldn’t watch live tv

The person in charge was very helpfull and accomodating. The location also was very convinient. Lots of shop in the surroundings and just in front of the airport.

You promise transport from terminal 3 after we arrive... NO TRANSPORT !!!!! NO EXPLAIN WHY !!! No bar or restaurant.
