3 bedrooms, 3 full baths!!! NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Use of one Golf Cart is included. Ask about 2nd available golf cart. 2nd golf cart available for an additional fee upon request. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CARTS. Short walk or golf cart ride to private community Beach. This pier house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master has 1 king bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. Pull out couch in living room. Sleeps 8. 4 new televisions. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. Large dining room. Great outdoor deck with brand new gas grill and a charcoal grill as well as outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your day. Lounge at the outdoor adult or children's pool. Close to community center, playground, tennis courts and indoor pool. WiFi available. No smoking. Well trained pets are welcome and the dog park is right across the street. Make sure you register with a pet though.

This property met all of our needs. It’s close to the indoor pool, dog park and playground and a short golf cart ride to the beach. The unit was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The floors were LVP which helps with kids and pets for easy clean up. This unit is upstairs so which is fine if you don’t mind climbing steps. Brian was very prompt to reply and checked in to make sure everything was okay. The AC worked very well. If you arrive after 5 you will need to wait until morning to get a pass for the beach and side gates . Price is 30.00 per pass. Once you return it, they will mail you 10 back. I highly recommend this unit and will book again.

We love Brian’s property. This is our third year staying here and we love it. This property is our home away from home. We were very surprised with new flooring and an updated master bathroom. Beautiful. We feel like family when we stay here. And cannot wait to go back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

First the owner was amazing and easy to get in touch with. This was a last minute booking and he was right on it. The property itself was nice. The was updated and beautiful. I was very pleased with it and the all around experience.

We stayed for two weeks and Brian was an awesome host! He was super responsive and super accommodating. The house was great location, easy drive on the golf cart to the beach and pool. I would love to see the bedrooms updated like the kitchen (which was beautiful) but the beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Plus, who really stays in the bedroom when you're on vacation anyways. It was all we needed for stay in Myrtle Beach. Thanks Brian!

Place was better than advertised. AC was cold, plenty of room for the 5 adults we had. Golf cart was older but worked great. Communication with the owner was also great. Would def stay again

This house is open concept with full sun all day. We love the sun. We were made to feel at home the whole visit. Cannot wait for next year. As we plan to spend it there Love this place and the owners are awesome

Property was very run down. Steps where rotten on the deck. Placed smelled like mold. Master bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a very last minute trip for us and we wanted to take our dog with us. This was one of the only remaining properties available. The owners were super easy to contact and work with. The property is definitely older/outdated. The drawers in the kitchen were all off their tracks (and not easily fixed). The porch had some loose boards and screws sticking up. Overall, we just needed a place to get away for a few days but would love to see some updates to this place before visiting again.

This is the fifth time my family has stayed in Oceanside Village and it was another great experience. Close to the pools and beach. My 13 year old son had a great time with the other vacationing teens at the basketball and baseball fields. Was sad to have to leave.

A good 3 month stay away from the snow! Brian was the most responsive owner we have ever rented from. Location is good with a myriad of great restaurants, the ocean, and lots of things to do. Loved the golf cart too. Highly recommend.

This property is in a great location and overall had fun. Property is old and in poor repair. First day there the railing on the outside stairs rotted away from its fasteners. Someone repaired it temporarily two days later. There was black dust hanging off a filth ceiling fan. A/c insufficient although it was very hot. That’s not even everything. I don’t feel this property was worth what I paid.

We stayed May 11-16 2021 for Bike Week. Property was close to everything we needed, grocery store, gas, dining, shops and a 10 minute ride to Murrells Inlet. Just a short golf cart ride to the private beach access, which by the way, has a bathroom in the parking lot!! The property is showing it's age a little with some squeaky floors, but served our needs perfect. I'm sure Brian is glad we're gone with all the questions we had, but he answered every questions usually within 10 minutes. Loved the location so much, we are considering purchasing in this neighborhood!!

Our winter home 2021 was so clean , well stocked ,well suited for us Very modern with a great porch to sit on. The outdoor grill was a great addition. Loved that we could walk to the beach in about 5 to 10 minutes depending if we walked our dog. Brain and Cheryl were there anytime we had a question.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We have never rented a home before and we were looking to get away for a week with our dog. We couldn’t of picked a better place location was great, house was clean, golf cart was a wonderful bonus! Owner was great to work with! Can’t wait to go back! Property is located in a great spot (close to pool and beach). Golf cart access makes the ride to the beach and pool so easy. The house itself is a great size for a family of 4 (kids are 12 & 13). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a smaller family.

Brian was Very nice and always answered my questions promptly. Golf cart use was nice to have, especially the Beach parking. Fireworks were set off on beach every night - didn’t get to use pools due to crowds but they looked nice. Staff and full time residents in the community were very friendly. The property was in good condition but could use some tweaking. The home was pretty clean but a few things could have been better. The shower curtain in the master bathroom has some mildew on it. It would have been nice to have some hand towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. There was only one dish cloth and no dish towels. The drawers in the kitchen drag so the wood shavings are dropping into the lower the drawers getting all over the utensils. The front door lock was difficult to get into, frustrating. Could use graphite or WD 40. Fireworks every night not good for our pup. The golf cart was a plus and the amenities were great. Easy access to the beach.

Let me start off by saying that I am not easy to please. I was absolutely blown away by the charm and down home feeling of this house. It was immaculately clean, and no remnants of past animals or smells of past animals. Professionally decorated, even down to the details. Hand soap at every sink. Even Covid 19 masks were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, cable t.v in both bedrooms, and living room. Gas grill had propane ready to go! Shower head in the master bathroom was the icing on the cake! There was also a outside shower so we could rinse off after coming in from the ocean. Washer and dryer also very convenient. The southern hospitality in the community was refreshing. Golf cart was a very big plus and parking in the private beach access was very easy and convenient. Dog park was a one minute walk away. (Bring your own doggie poo bags...) I was EXTREMELY impressed with the comfortability of this home, and the upkeep. If I HAD to say one thing that it was lacking, it would be only that the master bathroom has no exhaust fan. I still rate this home 5 stars all day, any day.
