Located in Wasatch County, this attractive lodge for $1,040 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ From November 1- April 15 please be aware of the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules pertaining to snow tires requiring M/S or M+S tires, snow tires (3PMSF), or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles. Winter Guided Arrival: - At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it. Limber Pine Lodge is managed by local property manager Cottonwood Lodging Co. where the guest experience is most important. Limber Pine Lodge is a private, high-altitude home situated at the bottom of Brighton Ski Resort's slopes and only a mile from Solitude Ski Resort. The cabin was designed and furnished as a private get-away. A rustic, mountain home with breathtaking views of Silver Lake in summer that can be seen from nearly every room in the house and easy ski access in winter to two of Utah's highest elevation resorts. The wilderness awaits you with hiking trails, fishing, mountain biking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing within view of the house. This vacation rental offers all the comforts and privacy you need in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains. MAIN LEVEL: -Living Room- comfortable seating in front of a huge gas fireplace, awesome views of Silver Lake, and a sun room. -Kitchen- fully updated, well-supplied with cooking tools, and ready for you to prepare hearty meals. Keep the chef company at the breakfast bar! -Dining Room- Large wood table seats 8, with extra seating at the breakfast bar. UPSTAIRS: -Primary Suites (2)- Across the staircase from one another, each primary suite is equipped with a king bed, lounge area, smart TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub! DOWNSTAIRS: -Queens Bedroom- Two queen beds in a spacious room with patio access and full ensuite bathroom. -Full/Twin Bunkroom- Down the hall, this room has 2 bunks with full mattresses on bottom and twins on top. Also features an ensuite full bathroom and patio access. -Den- Cozy up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie with the family on our large flatscreen! There is also a common bathroom off of this room with large double shower (perfect for rinsing off before and after using the hot tub!). -Laundry Area- Full-sized, modern washer and dryer with detergent provided. There is driveway parking for 2 cars in winter due to the snow, and 3 cars in summer. Please contact us if you need additional parking.

Limber pine was an oasis! pictures dont do justice! the house fully stocked with everything beyond! games galore amazing hot tub overlooking the lake and wet sauna tons of chilling space comfortable beds you can ski right to the door if you follow the northern boundary short walk to ski to the lift! man what more would you want, staff beyond friendly and accommodating and super quick to respond even on weekends and holiday. A++++++++++ will be back!!!

We wanted to “live like a local” in this Brighton cabin and it was perfect. We were able to ski at Brighton, Sokitude, Snowbird, Alta, Deer Valley and Snowbasin. The last two were longer drives but still very manageable.
The property was very nice, the pictures were accurate. Communication was easy and prompt. I would recommend this property.

The home is lovely overall and well maintained. The main family level is huge, open and beautifully arranged around a fireplace with a great view to the outdoors. There also are two equally sized master bedrooms with en-suite baths for easy sharing between two families. The house is close enough to Brighton resort for a short but vigorous walk to the slopes. The best part of the rental was the amazing service by the property management company who went above and beyond the call of duty to make our trip nice and support us during massive snow falls. They even arranged to have chains put on my SUV’s tires to cope with four feet of snowfall during the trip! I would gladly stay there again.
There were some small leaks in the home at the time due to the MASSIVE amount

Stayed here with my team from work for a long weekend. Beautiful house and very comfortable. Nice open living space for everyone to hang out. Lots of good tips from the team to prepare for the trip. Do plan on stocking up the house for your stay. Dining out options around Brighton are limited, but we stocked up on the way up to the house and all was well. Once there, didn't really need the car again. Advanced skiers can ski to the house, and everyone can ski in/out with a short walk down the road (5 min). We had a great weekend. Would definitely return with larger group.

The lodge was absolutely beautiful and the Cottonwood Lodging was very responsive to our needs while we were there. Only three comments: the house could have been cleaned of dead bugs before our arrival. There were hundreds of dead bugs on the floors and window sills. We found a vacuum and took care of this. Also, there were no forks in the kitchen and no hot water. The lodging company responded immediately on both of these issues but could have been resolved prior to our arrival with a little quality control. Overall a great stay!!!!!

Excellent location, impressive log structure
Very happy with our stay, the other reviews hit the highlights. Only hiccup with the property is we had very in-and-out/undependable wifi - couldn’t really use the laptop for more than 5min at a go without it cacking out - but cell signal in the area is good so phones worked fine. If being online is critical for you, perhaps check with the very responsive management to see if they have it sussed out. We will likely return To this tranquil and beautiful home.

Perfect House!
This property was a great place to stay for our 4 Family Ski Trip! The proximity to the mountain along with the layout of the house was the perfect combination for us. Kids and Adults had space to spread out and enjoy the house after a day of skiing. Would definitely come back to this one!

Limber Pine Lodge is in a fantastic location, and its size, layout and amenities made it perfect for our family Christmas ski trip. Twelve of us were very comfortable; we cooked nearly all meals in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoyed the hot tubs and jacuzzi, and walked to Brighton ski slopes and snow-shoed at the Nordic Center across the road. The setting could have been a calendar photo, with fluffy snow, majestic pines, and trails and lifts nearby.
We would love to come back sometime and would definitely recommend it to other skiers or hikers. Both Kipp and Jess were very helpful.

We have been renting various properties for family vacations for over ten years and this is by far the best, most beautiful cabin and property we have ever rented. The view is spectacular and the cabin is huge with every amenity you could ever need. We stayed there over Thanksgiving and all agreed it was our favorite thanksgiving we’ve ever had and this parioertty was a big reason why. We had 9 people staying there total and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were men there every day, even shoveling the snow on the decks for us and when it snowed so much we got stuck, they were there for an hour helping us get out. It is a 5 minute walk to Silver Lake and even has a hot tub to use. If I could buy this property, I would. The beds were comfortable and there are several fireplaces to use as well. The property manager was cheerful and helpful and I was so impressed with everything about this property. I give it a 10/10 review and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This cabin is situated on one of the most serene places in the entire area and has the very best view of Silver lake and the mountains. The cabin itself is something out of a movie. It is charming, rustic and has all the comforts of home. We were so happy when we drove up to see that it's better in person then even the pictures could describe. Nice open spaces to gather everyone all together. Many differnt gathering places within the home. Walking distance to the lake, the ski resort and the market. No detail left undone. It was immacualte in cleanliness. Thank you for shaing your home with our family. We will be back.
