SKI-IN/SKI-OUT A luxury condo located in Park City's Silver Star Community, about 60 feet from Silver Star ski run and Silver Star chair lift! Also, just steps away is the Silver Star Café, featured as a top restaurant on Diners, Dives, and Drive-in's, a ski/snowboard rental shop, Silver Star lift ticket window, biking trails, and walking distance to the Park City Golf Course, and Park City Mountain Resort and all its activities. For further distances, hop on the free Park City bus from one of the bus stops just in front of the community to take you just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction.
Park City Silver Star Ultimate is a 2,600 square foot, a 3-story large corner-end unit with four bedrooms (all with a private bath), and four and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests in complete comfort.
You will access the property from the communal garage right into the 1st level of the home and family room. Up one level is the spacious main living area holding the living room, gourmet kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Located on the 2nd level, this roomy yet cozy space offers comfortable leather furnishings, warm gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV with Direct TV, Apple TV and Sonos (whole house system). There is a wall of windows to bring in plenty of natural light and views. Off the living room is a private balcony with patio seating and a BBQ.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for easy prep of your homemade meals, and offers Viking appliances, including a gas range, stone counters and a center island with seating for four, and lovely hardwood flooring.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has seating for up to eight guests and plenty of natural light and views.

July 2022 Family Vacay
Great location. Nice biking trails for everyone including a paved pathway for the kiddos. We used the pool everyday. Well maintained pool. We did not use the hot tub at the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The condo furniture and appliances seems at the end of life and could use an update (dining chairs loose and squeaky, the oven was on and hot when we arrived and the knob was broken to turn it off! We never felt safe to use the oven after that. Only the range top which worked fine.) The grill was used once and it was great. Mostly we were out during the day so did not spend much time in the condo. As an aside, there was construction nearby that was really noisy but we are early risers so didn’t bother us too much. Just something to consider with this rental if considering renting soon. Overall this rental fit our needs.

The lift next to the house requires you to be able to ski a blue to get home and get out.
Only 1 restaurant in walking distance from the condo .

We had plenty of room for 12 people. The location can’t be beat for convenience to the mountain. The unit itself is very tired and needs a refresh.

BIG ski-in/ski-out, lots of beds and space
The good: Exceptional location and amenities. Walk out the building to the foot of Silver Star lift. FREE community shuttle on demand via a private app was a super convenient way to get in and around town. Lots of space and big beds fit our group of 12 perfectly. Communal outdoor hot tub and heated pool one building over fit the whole group.
The not great: This feels like a high volume rental. Furniture and appliances are worn. We were rationing bath towels and had to re-stock our own toilet paper and dish washer soap half way through the trip. Also, there is not a ski locker at the unit. You’ll have to keep your equipment at a locker up by the lift.
On the whole, minor complaints, this was an AMAZING stay. Would recommend.

Silver Star 904
Our group of 9 ( 5 adults , 4 older teens) just returned from our stay at Silver Star condo. The Condo was very comfortable and well equipped, and the managers/ concierges were extremely responsive and helpful with details leading up to our arrival. The entire complex is a bit of a maze, so we weren’t really sure the exact location related to the amenities until we arrived. The pool / workout room is very close. The condo is 3 stories, with the lowest level accessing the indoor parking garage. And although the garage is a community garage for many units , it still was reasonably secure requiring codes to enter or use the elevator. The ski locker room isn’t quite as convenient, and is located just past the Silverstar cafe. The Silver Star lift is also very convenient, had it been running during our stay. Unfortunately, and this is not the Owners fault but rather Vail Resorts fault. Vail only opened the lift the day we were leaving. I won’t go into the excuses here. Had the lift been running, it would have been awesome. We were still able to ski in at the end of the day so that was nice. We ended up carrying skis down the road through the adjacent community (10 min each way) and dropping our skis just above the Eagle lift. We would then walk back , get dressed and head out in our ski gear. The community shuttle was easy to use and other than one pick up that took about 45 min, all the others took 2-3 min, so very convenient. We used the shuttle to go downtown several nights. Overall the place was nice, not new, but comfortable, and definitely a place we would stay again.

Great place and good location, unfortunately lift was closed this year
The place was clean and well appointed, a nice hottub and setup. Overall suited our needs well. The property managers were fast to respond to issues with the house. Only downside is that it appears the silverstar lift is closed so far this season, so it's not possible to ski in from the house.

All great except.......
The location is wonderful overlooking the golf course, Silver Start restaurant on the property, close pool access, underground parking, short walk from town and trails. What I wasn't happy with is that the property manager or owner did not inform us that there is major construction right across the street. We were all woke up every morning at 6:30am with loud construction noise. So much for waking up leisurely while on vacation. I would have appreciated a heads up so that we could have made a decision on whether or not the location was worth dealing with the early mornings of construction noise.

B grade and very expensive.
For the price, property interior needs a refresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked. The stools in the kitchen island didn't fit under the counter (they were barstools and the island needed counter stools). The ski locker was too far from the condo. Getting in and out of the property with one key and also constantly having to enter a code to use the elevator, etc. was a pain. The location was great and access to the lift with no lines was awesome. The heated underground parking was great too. Very expense considering the quality of the property and I am sure having rented over President's day weekend contributed to teh cost. I'd rent in this location again but not this property.

904 Silver Star
Our family of 5 adults and 1 German Shepherd loved the condo. We did a lot of our own cooking and found the grill and kitchen great, except for a few things. As a previous condo owner, I know how these problems happen. Toaster and steam kettle worn and not functioning properly. No scissors. We bought and left in the condo 1 cookie sheet and ice cream scoop. Also frying pans not in good shape. Had 2-3 hour power outage one evening and only 1 small candle found and 1 flashlight with no batteries. My son went to store and bought several large candles and 3 flashlights and batteries and left them in condo. I reported to maint. broken cord in MBR blind. We did leave some dog hair, but hopefully left it in as good condition we found it. Would love to come back.

Amazing, Luxurious Condo
This Silver Star condo was absolutely amazing! It had all of the amenities we could have asked for. It was perfect for a long summer weekend with 10 friends. The house slept 10 comfortably and the rooms were so nice, extremely comfortable beds. All of the kitchen supplies made the weekend a breeze when we wanted to stay in and cook. The location is amazing, with hiking trails right behind the complex. Main street is just a mile or so down the road and the shuttle makes it so easy to get around. I can't praise this condo enough, it made our trip to Park City! Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our 3 families! Amenities like the pool and hot tub were a big hit! The location was central to everything we had planned, much of it within walking distance. Our only problem was fixed as soon as we contacted management. They were super helpful and friendly. We'd definitely return!

5-Star Condo!
Kent and Valerie’s Silver Star home rivals most 4-5 star resorts. The unit is kept impeccably clean, the beds and furniture are comfortable and it is well appointed with many extra touches such as plenty of towels, paper goods, soap, detergent and condiments.
The layout of the unit is ideal for a group of friends or family. Each bedroom has the feel of a master suite with an attached full bath, offering a lot of privacy. The gourmet kitchen is open and features a large dining room table, barstool seating at the island and overlooks the living room that has very comfortable, over-stuffed furniture, a huge stone fireplace and large windows overlooking the golf course with a mountain backdrop.
The convenience of the ski in / ski out location, complimentary shuttle service and on-site amenities such as the café and equipment rental / retail shop are superb.
Kent and Valerie are accommodating, friendly and professional. They both went out of their way to make sure our group was comfortable and had an enjoyable visit. This is my second stay at their unit within the past year and it has become my #1 choice for accommodations in Park City.

Great Time at Kent's Silver Star Townhouse! Centrally located just minutes from Park City Mountain. Don't need a car. Bus Stop right on the corner. This unit was in excellent condition and is very spacious for large groups. Definetly are coming back again. The reservation procedure for this unit was very simple and staightforward. Kent will do anything to make your stay memorable. Thanks for a fanastic vacation. Highly Recommended!

Home away from Home
We enjoyed all aspects of Kent and Val's beautiful Condo. There are no negatives ! Having the chairlift within 5 minutes of the condo is perfect along with the Ski Shop, Restrurant, and Courtesy Shuttle. We were very pleased with the Park City area and the Family unanimously voted to come back next year and again stay at our "Home away from Home ".
We would definately recommend this property to a friend or relative !!

We loved Kent and Valerie's beautiful home and had a fantastic vacation! All the beds were very comfortable and every bedroom has its own full bathroom. The convenience of the lift and the superb service of the Silver Star transportation folks was unbelievable. We were very pleasantly surprised by so many "extras" in the condo that were provided: plenty of paper products, hand, dishwashing and even laundry detergent. Our 3 daughters all agreed that this is by far the nicest ski accommodations we have ever had..............they especially liked the large dining table and the very well appointed kitchen that opens into a very comfortable great room with welcoming stone fireplace, with beautiful views.

A Terrific Home
Kent's home is just exquisite and extremely clean! The furniture and amenities lovely and the beds heavenly. You can even see the TV from the hot tub and were able to watch the basketball tournament. My kids loved all of the huge TVs, as well. Another great aspect of this VRBO were the little things, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bags, kleenex- all those items that were there and made a trip with 4 kids so much easier.
The location is also wonderful - an elevator ride and short walk to the lifts and you ski right back in at the end of the day, equipment rental company on site, a delicious cafe for lunch and dinner (not sure about breakfast as we never ate out), and the shuttle was completely accommodating. When we return to Park City - we would be thrilled to be so lucky as to stay there again.

beautiful condo, fantastic location. kent was extremely helpful in many ways. the condo was stocked to the max which again was extremely helpful to us as a family with small children. everything was easy from location of the ski lift to the ski lockers. we look forward to returning next year. would highly recommend this condo. thanks kent for a wonderful vacation.

Fabulous Condo
We absolutely love staying at Kent and Valerie's home in Silver Star. The rooms are perfectly appointed, the common areas are comfortable and spacious, and the location is ideal. The ski lift is just a few meters away - super convenient. The concierge shuttle service makes it easy to get into town and home after dinner on Main Street. Wireless internet access makes it easy to connect from any room, and the spa is perfect for aprés ski. Best of all, the owners are kind, reasonable and very easy to work with. Our only hesitation to recommend this home is that we'd like to keep it all for ourselves!

Great place to vacation!
We just returned from a weekend at Kent and Valerie's lovely townhome in Park City. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed all of the accommodations. The house had plenty of room for a big group, including a great kitchen and eating area. We loved how easy it was to walk out the door and get onto the lift! The convenience of the Silver Star shuttle and was fantastic. We took it into town and to Deer Valley and never had to wait. The restaurant and ski shop being right there was so great. I would definitely come back!

Ultimate Convenience
This unit is beautiful and well laid out for 3-4 small families. It has 2 family rooms so the kids can do their stuff and the adults theirs. It is very very convenient to the silver star lift, shuttle stop and a small cafe and rental shop. The condo owner is very customer-oriented and a pleasure to deal with.

The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice. It was even better then we expected. Very spacious, and everything was first class. The entertainment system surround sound was outstanding, and all bedrooms were large and very comfortable. From a skiier's perspective, having the Silver Star lift right there made our vacation. Finally, the property manager (Doug) was very helpful and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this place.
