Had to pay for everything nothing included,parking was 50 dollars a day.

Overall the rooms were clean, hallways were quiet, at night , beds were comfortable.

It was located in the downtown area, I liked that without room key no one can access the elevator.

I didn’t think it was close to the strip or area to walk with kids to view the fireworks. The pool was small, not many restaurants/food options close by. They had golf cart access to get dropped off at strip but a long wait time. WiFi connection on 8th floor was horrible

Encore du tapis dans les chambres, mais ce n’était pas quelque chose de majeur pour nous.

Very disappointing value for money.

Great location with a short walk to Broadway. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast cafe was nice.

We booked and paid for City view room, but didn't get it. We queried this with front desk staff but they were not interested in helping us. This was very disappointing. Wifi in the room simply didn't work. We got staff up to the room twice and it was fixed, but then dropped out again after less than an hour each time. Unfortunately, the floor also had very poor network coverage and we had to go to the lobby every time to use our phones. We only realised on the 3rd day that, unless you specifically call and request, nobody comes to your room to clean it, make the bed, empty bins or anything else. Overall, we felt we paid a lot (US300 per night) and got very little other than a nice room.

Had a wonderful time in Nashville.

Good location nice facilities and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean bed comfortable. Would definitely recommend .

Restaurants was not open when I arrived, a coffee shop in lobby wold be nice.

Poor customer service over changed and they acted like it was no big deal. Ruined our 11 yr annivers

The hotel was nice and up to date

I was charged 400 too much and was told sorry you should see a refund in 5-7 days. When the trip was just for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary. The money we budgeted for the trip was taken by the hotel so we stayed in the room the whole time

It was a great stay, every single person was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

location was prime for everything we did while in Nashville. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great communication.

The pool was small. We did not end up using it, but it was disappointing in size.

Schönes sauberes modernes Hotel in guter Lage

Tolle saubere moderne Zimmer.Sehr gute Lage in fussläufiger Entfernung zum Broadway. Kein Frühstück, aber kleiner Laden mit fast allem.

Wlan etwas langsam, die Hälfte der USB Ports defekt und leider extrem teures Parken

Ok but expensive.

It was close to the As end amphitheater.

For the price paid for the room the price for parking was expensive. Trash cans in the room had no trash bags. The bathroom shower has mold and the ceiling was peeling in there as well.

Fun in Nasville

The River Cruise was great! Pay to park was not cheap! Walking downtown was fun. Across the street was bbq and bands. Had fun!

Good location but between the tiny “pool” and the insane price for parking extra I will stay somewhere else next time.

The location was walking distance to broadway. The house keeping was the nicest staff. She was present and checked if we needed anything. The desk lady wasn’t very friendly at all.

The parking was $48 a night extra. The pool was a tiny rectangle and 6 lounge chairs so it was cramped. The bed was not very comfortable.

Location was good to down town. Staff was good

Door kept falling off the bathroom had to keep fixing didn’t have any stops on it. Main door didn’t latch shut without extra force. Paid 160$ Extra for parking garage and didn’t have a place to park and didn’t receive my receipt after paying for room

Our time on Nashville was fun, but we will likely stay at another facility on our next trip.

The property was decorated nicely.

The bathroom door was off track upon arrival. Maintenance came to fix it. The TP holder would not stay fastened. Parking was not ideal. We had an issue with the baker/asked park and had to request refund. The mgmt did contact me to assure me we would receive a refund fir the self park, but did not get to use the valet we paid for but once.

Listing said breakfast included but wasn't. You had to pay for breakfast. Exhaust fan didn't work. I reported it. They were unable to fix it.

Pleasant

Size and location of pool, very small, and basic. Not being able to charge to room from the Bodega or bar on property. Bar/restaurant staff were unpleasant, couldn't open wine bottles because the wine opener broke and they didn't have anymore. Gave last call one night and didn't give our group a chance to finish our beverages. Closed a lot earlier than advertised and just not a good experience.

Rooms were clean,service was fine,it was not far from downtown

Did not like that we had to pay 49 doller a day for parking and we stayed at the hotel,also the pool was so small that the kids could not even go swimming due to all the adults were there ,we put are sign on door do not disturb and they still came in the room other then that it was ok

This hotel is not worth it. Stay somewhere else that has better accommodations and more helpful staff

The property is close to all the downtown attraction

The building is oddly designed and the facilities Pool and Gym are not big enough to accommodate the number of people who are staying there. Also, the staff at the front desk were not knowledgeable and were unable to help with simple questions about the area. They just aren’t helpful or nice to deal with. The room was damp even with the air conditioning running
