Well located but noisy location!

Hotel Luna was centrally located and easy to get to all the main sights. The decor was lovely.

The hotel is on the main square, it was pretty noisy and chaotic most of the time. Breakfast was a limited menu, quite a lot of it traditional mexican

The swimming pool, and the patio area was beautiful

The rooms were very warm and the bathrooms were very awkward. The room stayed very hot even in the cool weather.

It was ok. I was very difficult to find with an UBER and It did not offer parking.

The breakfast was fantastic.

The beds were like sitting on a stone bed.

Love Guanajuato!

Location was perfect. Right on the center and easy to walk everywhere.

Unfortunately, the live music goes on until midnight and it's quite loud in the rooms that face the front.

Delicious breakfast. The room was gorgeous. And the location was fantastic.

Mariachi bands kept us awake until 2am. The room could provide earplugs. Definitely bring them if you like to sleep in quiet.

The place to stay in Guanajuato for value and location.

Hotel Luna is in the very heart of the city and you won't get a better location. The hotel restaurant was very good and the staff was excellent.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but it is on par with other good quality hotels throughout Mexico that I have visited.

Great Lively Location, Amazing Stay!

The staff were extremely helpful & warm. The room was perfect, free breakfast delicious and the location of the hotel was the best. Some reviews complained about windows which we didn't care, we had an AC & were happy. Others complained about the noise, yes the area is very lively so if you need absolute silence stay elsewhere. We are from NYC & the noise was normal 🙃 Stay here!

Beautiful but noisy hotel.

Hotel Luna is a beautiful colonial property in the middle of all the action in Guanajuato. The included breakfast was adequate, and the outside dining during the day was lovely in the shade of the plaza's vegetation. Most of all, the staff was incredible. Quick to change a room to a quieter locale in the hotel, or offer travel assistance, I can't say enough nice things about their concern.

Guests beware! That same central location translates into a horrific noise level in the evening! Mariachi's, amplified Norteno bands, and revelers all vie for customers dining on the patios in front of this establishment. They all play at the same time, attempting to drown one another out with their individual tunes. If you're room is above this cacophony, you better be deaf or dead drunk. Groups of minstrels will park under windows in the alley behind the hotel around 11pm with their boisterous customers as well.

Great place to stay in central Guanajuato

Location is perfect in the middle of everything including restaurants, shops, museums and attractions. Hotel is beautifully decorated and breakfast can be taken on the nice patio out in the square. Staff is very friendly.

As with all locations within the central area, there is noise from the streets sometimes late at night, but it's the same with all hotels in the area.

Perfect Location!

The breakfast was provided with the price of the hotel stay, it was adequate.

We were given a room with a balcony over the main street with restaurants and bars. Very Noisy. The next night we were moved to the back of the hotel with a larger room, balcony, and lovely view. Great Service!!
