Muy céntrica y accesible

La habitación estaba limpia y estaba muy accesible al centro lo cual era lo que buscábamos. Nosotros traíamos coche y el hotel no tenía estacionamiento pero muy amablemente nos orientaron de unas pensiones para poder dejarlo.

A nosotros nos tocó una habitación en la planta de abajo y lo único malo es que tenía un olor muy fuerte a aromatizante que te calaba en la nariz, de ahí en más todo bien.

Buena ubicación poco aseo.

La ubicación y el desayuno básico.

Encontrar cabellos en las sábanas y en el piso de la habitación da la impresión de que no hacen una limpieza adecuada. El café del desayuno de mala calidad. Un llavin o cerrojo del baño se caía. Le falta mobiliario para poner la ropa.

Lovely small hotel tucked into a great location. My room had a beautiful niche with two metal star decorations with lighting at night- gorgeous!

Not worth it -

I came across 2 cockroaches in my room which made me feel very uncomfortable for the entire stay. The floor and sheets also didn’t seem clean. The entire set up with no reception made things awkward - you only communicate with the hotel through WhatsApp which is confusing. Considering how much I paid for this room, it really wasn’t worth it.

No Frills, Comfy, Clean, Central & Good Value

El Viejo Zaguan is located only steps away from Diego Rivera’s house & other art museums. There is an adjoining cafe, which I did not use, but which seemed very nice. The room had two double beds, an entire suite bathroom & shower (with plenty of hot water), a safe for valuables, and a T.V. A friendly member of staff whatsapped check in instructions prior to my arrival & was there to meet me to show me the instructions with the keys. There was complimentary filter coffee & biscuits the following morning.

Very small cozy hotel, within walking distance of major attractions.

The staff are very friendly, it’s location is really good 10 minute walk to Teatro Juárez. It’s very clean, the beds are very comfortable.

It's close to the city

Not very clean, had to kill some 'insects' in the room and toilet to be able to sleep. Shower have very little intensity of water.

The staff was real nice and after I decided to stay longer I was able to move to a nimuch nicer room

The room I was proposed had no window when according to the photos on the website it seemed very luminous
